Bought my Leer 100XL cap in October 2023. Like anything in life, sometimes stuff isn t perfect. Had some pretty significant window leak issues from day 1. Had to take it back 3 different times. Finally Leer agreed to made me a brand new cap. Was installed today. What I appreciate about this experience, while a little time consuming, was the professionalism and helpfulness of the guys at Leonard, Chad and Eric to be specific. They couldn t have been more helpful and tried to do everything they could to fix my leak issues. Not everywhere these days that you can find people that care, and these guys care about their customers. Thanks to them, and to Leer for making my issue right.

They went above and beyond to perform maintenance on both of our DZ dump trailers. The crew and I couldnt figure out the problem. These pros knocked it out of the park! Much appreciation to the staff, and thanks for the help! Will definitely be coming here for future trailer needs.

I have done a lot of business here from buying a trailer, truck cap, bumpers and air bags. Highly recommend this location, the staff are really knowledgeable and great to work with. If you are looking for no stress in your truck / trailer needs these are definitely the guys to go to. Will continue doing business here personally and with my company.

I wish I could remember their names - two men helped me and went above and beyond. I went in on a tight schedule and I was upset and frazzled and probably not the best customer to deal with (having nothing to do with them but had been to three other car places for my hitch). They got me the part, installed and answered all my questions etc. I was treated very kindly and respectfully. They were transparent and honest about cost and time. This is counter to most of my experiences as a woman and working with cars. They never were condescending and offered more help than they had to. Cannot say enough good things and how much they helped me. Thank you!!!

Just purchased a new Utility Trailer. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing him. No high pressure sales just excellent Customer Service. Definitely will do business with him again!!!

If you need anything for your vehicle, this place I highly recommend. I never got one sales pitch, never tried to sell me anything I didn t need, were extremely knowledgeable and went out of there way to take care of me. I worked with Chad and I can tell you he is an honest good guy that wants you to get what you need for your vehicle and will help in any way he can. Great experience! Thanks!

I needed a trailer for my business and these guys were more than helpful. I didn't know much about trailers and they answered all my questions with the upmost professionalism. I came in 2 weeks later to tell them I ordered a hitch from amazon that got sent to Kentucky for some reason... I drove my truck to the location and the gentleman behind the counter took one look at my truck and recommended a certain drop hitch and ball. when I got home to my trailer, everything fit perfectly and the trailer was level. awesome service!!!

Came in and talked with Brian one of the Managers about a huge custom trailer I needed to purchase for my business. He walked me through the entire build. We added a lot of items to this trailer to include special wiring, cabinets, tie downs, and other small changes. He worked with my partner and I as we had to split the cost of this trailer which made things difficult for the licensing portion. He was patient about all of it. He told us it would take about 7-8wks to build and ship the trailer to Jacksonville. Surprisingly, he contacted us at week 6 to let us know it had arrived early. Being a business owner from this area, his character as a salesman and manager is pleasant to deal with. The ease and peace of mind knowing a well known company still focuses on customer relations and building relationships that last is so awesome in today's time. I highly recommend anyone I know or come in contact in my line of business to use Leonard for all their needs and also to deal with Brian. He was super helpful and just a great guy with a passion for the customer. This company is going places in success with Management like Brian leading the way.

The guys are great. Very professional and helpful. They got me out the door in less time than they planned. Very efficient. Definitely recommend them for their trailer hitch installation and I will go back for some of their other products. God bless Gerard and the crew.

The salesman Brad was EXTREMELY helpful and COURTEOUS. I have never towed or hooked up a trailer before. He installed tow hitch while showing me how to do it. Gave me instructions on how to back it up and driving instructions. Told me if I ever have any questions to call and he would be happy help.I highly recommend this place.

They're great in every way. Very responsive, great prices, extremely clean work. They put an entire base plate/front tow system on my CRV and it looked flawless when I picked it up. They pay attention to detail and do high quality work. You can tell that they actually care what comes out of their shop. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this place! Called to get a hitch installed, rep asked several questions about our truck, I answered all of them. He Rep asked to speak to my husband, he did not like my answers, my husband answered the same way. Once they figured out what we needed, we ordered and asked if we could come the following Friday for install, he rep told us yes. Did not asked us to make an appointment. Called a week later to ensure I didn t need an appointment for the following day. Was giving one window in the middle of the day and was told we should have made an appointment. We will not be using themFor install, he did not want to speak to a female about our equipment and was rude .

Our trailer lights went out on our way back to Texas. This place was recommended. He fixed us up in short time. Methodically checked out each step till he found the problem. Found the problem quickly and very reasonably priced

Great customer service! Bought a cargo trailer and went back to get a brake control unit put in my truck, which was installed promptly. They even took the time out of their day to wash my truck in the North Carolina heat, free of charge. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a trailer or truck accessories!

Little overdue for this review but these guys are awesome and really helpful. First time I went they helped me get set up with a brake controller that fit what I needed without shoving the most expensive one they had at me, answered all my questions and got it installed quick. Fielded all manner of questions about trailers to help me find out what I needed for my application. Came back again today with a trailer I got from a trade and again they were nothing but helpful with how to turn the trailer (wasn't bad but definitely could use some TLC) I had into something that would last a long time. 5/5 will definitely be back in the future when I need more things for the trailer.

We came to this store looking for a trailer to store property in plus to have down the road for travel. They listen to all our needs and showed us how they had all the equipment we needed. They put it all together for us. Plus we can t pull it at this time. They even deliver. The 2 gentlemen that was working was manager and co-worker. They couldn t care enough for our needs. Very helpful and listened. I recommend this place. They treat you like family. After the hurricane they understand. They aim to please.

Awesome service and very helpful. The process was completely painless and i walked out the same day with my product. i needed a motorcycle modification to the trailer i purchased, they came out took measurements and completed the workmanship to the the exact specification. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Great job Guys!

If your looking for truck accessories, this is the place to go. The staff is very helpful and willing to satisfy your needs. I recently had a brush guard installed and I am overly happy with the installation. I will continue to use this company for all my truck needs. Awesome service, highly recommended!!

These guys are an amazing team that are very knowledgeable and will get you the trailer you need. They went out of their way to help me with my trailer and I will always be grateful for their willingness to help me into the road. Very professional crew at Leonard's! Ordered my truck cap and it got here in no time. Chad installed the topper and made sure to windex and shine the windows on the new cap. Thanks for your time and your attention to details. I highly reccomend!

Excellent service! Mr. Gerard Gibbs, is a wonderful Sales Associate/Manager. Helped me pick the perfect tonneau cover for my truck and was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. I will definitely be coming for more truck accessories in the future.

We went in to get a 5th wheel hitch installed in our Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck, they were ready on time and got right to work, the installation was quick, took only about 30 minutes, then we were out the door. Definitely going back for anything we need for our truck.
