Drove by this place every day for 2 yrs. Had I known more, I would have been in earlier. I was having starting/electrical problems in my Tundra. They had it figured out quick (and extremely affordable). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing diagnostic and repairs. They found an issue within a day that another local shop could not find for weeks on my Nissan 240SX. Highly recommend these guys! Definitely earned a new customer!!

Had an electrical problem. They tested my battery that had already tested good and said that was the problem. $200 later and a new battery and I still have a problem.

Came in without an appointment when they opened, they figured out what was wrong in less than two hours, within 4 hours total, was finished up and back on the road. Amazing, friendly, and funny staff. Ask to meet Hashbrown! She s so cute. Amazing pricing, paid a third of the cost we were expecting to for them to fix our wiring harness. Good pricing and great work. I brought in a 04 Camry with something nobody anywhere knew how to fix and within a couple days my car was up and running! Great guys! They seem a little understaffed so work with them and they will take care of you.

Recently, I was having some frustrating electrical issues that were leading to overheat. I gave up on troubleshooting and brought my vehicle to Lancaster's Auto Electric. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and installed in a very timely manner, for a very reasonable cost. I have used them before and they have always done good work. Had been working on an 85 GMC and burnt a fusible link. One of the big auto parts stores sold me an inline fuse. It didn't work, so I called Lancaster's. Very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The mech made the right part in minutes, came home and installed, works great. If you need auto electrical work stop here first, you won't go anywhere else!Service: Electrical

Had some electrical issues with the cluster that needed sorting out. I called, then drove over for them to have look. The problem was diagnosed straight away, they ordered the part and then called me when everything was set to go. Really friendly and helpful service, fast, and reasonably priced. Very fast and friendly service! I took my suv in and within 2 hours they had it looked at and fixed and it was really affordable. I was expecting to pay a ton or to have to leave my car there for at least a day so I was really happy with the service; I heard one of the guys say they were short staffed and even with that being the case they still did an exceptional job. Hopefully I don t have any other issues but if I do I d definitely come back!Service: Electrical

Called different shops around town, seeing who had expertise diagnosing and fixing German VW Jetta electrical (doors,windows,sunroof, trunk,) problems the first time, and shops I called recommended Lancaster. Dropped car off Monday morning and they had all the electrical problems diagnosed and fixed by Monday afternoon, for a fair rate. You know what they say about first impressions and this shop checked off all first impression boxes for this first time customer! Thank you and highly recommend!Services: Electrical, Oil change

I'm way late in posting this review. May of 2021, Friday afternoon, I went to pick up a UHaul with a used car I had recently purchase. Tow package appeared factory installed with Toyota parts. Hooked up to UHaul, no signals. I was leaving Saturday morning for a long trip to make a move. Went to a repair shop - they were full. Went to another who took 10 minutes to take a look but couldn't troubleshoot. They recommended Lancasters. I called them in route to express the issue. I arrived and he pulled me in. They tore into the back end to find out a power converter was missing. He said he could have it Monday which would be too late. I was panic searching for a drivable UHaul when he said he was headed to the scrap yard for another vehicle. He'd see what he could find. One hour search in 90+ degree heat and he came back with the part! Installed and sent me on my way. The bill was ridiculously reasonable. The service was impeccable. They will get my business any time I need auto electrical in the future. Great people . . . just great people.Service: Electrical

My son was stationed in Jacksonville and neglected his car. I had it towed to Lancaster's and because I live in California had to do everything over the phone. He not only got my son's car up and running, he was honest with the pricing and didn't try to milk the situation. I flew in to town and drove the car across the country with NO ISSUES!! Thank you Bob and I made it back with NO ISSUES Friday evening! I recommend Bob for any and all auto issues if you want honesty and integrity. Called them at 9 AM because my car was having trouble starting, and my radio kept resetting itself. Dropped it off, and 2 hours later my car was fixed, charged very appropriately and received excellent service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with a car battery or other electronic issues.

My husband has a Dodge Ram that had several electrical issues. We took it to Lancasters and they had every bit of it fixed within a day and ready to be picked up. I honestly thought it would take a few days maybe week or more. Also the price was awesome!! Thank you guys so much!!! You are a lifesaver!!!

Multiple issues with my wife's Lexus ES330. Took it Lancaster's after previous Auto Electric shop couldn't resolve the issues. The team resolved my problem within one day and I was very pleased with the service and the cost to fix the issues.

Im not one to say what is a fair price or not, i felt It wasn't anything crazy though..but this review is mostly about the customer service. They did a great job at keeping me informed and up to date on parts. They got my needed work done quick and they fit me in as soon as they could. They were super friendly even after a time miscommunication and it was super cool that they made sure I still got my work done that same day.

The older aged gentleman at the front desk was very kind, talkative and represented the company well. The technician however was very mouthy. Major attitude on the phone with my wife and myself. I don't know who he thinks he is talking to people like that. I am sure his boss wasn't aware of the hostility because I have a feeling they wouldn't appreciate it. Also my wife asked him specifically if they were open on Veterans day and he said yes. Today is veterans day and the part should have been installed today so I can have our truck back. We showed up and the place is closed today even though we specifically asked just a few days ago on friday if they would be open and he said yes twice. Mainly upset at how unbelievably rude the technican was and for misinforming my wife. Also even when they are open it's pretty useless trying to call. Good luck getting them on the phone during normal working hours. I give a 2 star because the technician should honestly be fired and he was incredibly rude to both me and my wife right off the bat. I will not reccomend them to anyone and I was prepared to bring my Camaro to them as well but due to my experiance I will be taking it elsewhere to find friendlier service. Will not be returning here ever, that technician was way out of line. Sincerly, a disabled USMC vet.

Wanted to charge 300$ for a part that was 30$On top of 140$ labor. For a job that takes an hour.They will take advantage of your ignorance.The clerk is the good cop to thier bad cop scheme.But he's the only guy in Jacksonville that touches electronic to my knowledge.Looks like I'll be driving to Raleigh.Trust me, guy doesn't need your money, he works the monopoly pretty hard.

First time I dealt with them it was okay. I have recently took my truck up there a second time and they were absolutely horrible! Kept my truck for days on end when they told me it would get in the shop days before and then when I called to check up on my vehicle the man on the phone said "you have to take your vehicle elsewhere I don't have time for this crap bye" and hung up

Right now as I am standing waiting for front desk personnel to assist no one was in the desk and as I was looking outside they were looking at a friend's vehicle while I was waiting. Even after entering from being outside the mechanic and the front desk personnel never asked if I needed help with anything and I had to wait for them having a conversation.. staff was rude even after noticing customer walking in to lobby and even walking by never paid attention... as I am writing my review they are still talking it's been 30 min and shop will close in another 30 or so... poor customer service.
