Eric Campfield helped us get a reliable work truck for use on our ranch. He made the process smooth and easy to understand. He was true to his word and held the vehicle for us while we drove for over an hour to pick it up, even when there was another interested buyer. He was kind to our children and ensured the vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. I haven't dealt with a better used car salesman in a long time and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Honestly horrible place to buy a car. Bought one about a year ago drive it for two months before the check engine light came on. Had an extended warranty which was through AUL trash come to find out entire engine needed to be replaced. Blown head gasket, oil bypassing into the pistons, rod knock it was awful. And we didn't drive this to the edge it was a daily driver and was driven Modestly. Called them and all I got was that it wasn't their issue and they wouldn't help in anyway. Just to get a call back today for them to try to sell me another probably horrible car. What a joke.

Eric Campfield was quick to come out and help us find a car both in my budget and for my personal needs. He went above and beyond in helping me and my family with our insurance company and financing. We had spent a long day out trying to find a car and he did everything we needed asap and was very kind and courteous. You can find used cars anywhere, but you cannot get the same kind of customer service that he provides.

Do not buy a car here. We bought one amd check engine light came on on the way home and they lied about ahat the issue it was having. We had to take a huge loss of money because of the issues they would not fix

Knowledgeable and KindI needed a daily vehicle because my wrangler was getting up in miles and is terrible on gas. We have an X1 and I grew up with BMW so I gave Mr. Jones a call. He and the staff patiently answered all of my calls (there were multiple) and answered all of my questions. Since they all came from big name dealerships and we very knowledgeable, I felt comfortable with this purchase of my Zed 4. She's beautiful and I am very happy with the purchase and customer service from this dealership. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend!

First, I want to thank God that I got the car I really liked at a great price. Mr. Eric was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and took time to share some life experience with my daughter and I. I came in interested in about 4 cars. He pointed out this cute, fully loaded Ford Focus Titanium. I have always driven a Chevy but he said this little car was one of the best on the lot. He told me several things about the car. He was patient and sweet. I had an emotional attachment to my vehicle that I traded and he was precious. I want to thank him so much for being so gracious and kind. THANK YOU ERIC!! GOD BLESS! First time purchasing a car and this process could not have went smoother. The staff was super friendly and helpful, specifically Eric helped us get a very nice price on the car we wanted. The owner Grant helped us through the rest of the process with professionalism and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend Jones Automotive!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Jones Automotive Group with such a friendly staff. Eric is great to work with! We didn t just meet a salesman, we met a new friend! It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service throughout the office. Jones Automotive Group was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Right from the start they were attentive but not pushy. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make buying a car a pleasent experience. Prices were great and they were willing to work with me on the pricing to help meet my financial needs. The salesman was helpful and honest starting right from the moment he greeted me and my wife. Very happy with the experience and with my new Subaru Outback. I definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new car to give them a shot.

The staff and the choices of vehicles were well suited to our needs, especially the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They went above and beyond the expectations we had going Jones automotive. We greatly appreciate Mr. Eric s help in our purchase.

Grant and Mike Jones gave my mother in law and I an opportunity we didn t think was possible. They stayed late waiting for us to get there on a Saturday and worked very hard to secure financing for us on an absolutely wonderful vehicle. I m so happy that I called them before we went anywhere else. I m now driving a car nicer than I ever imagined and I love it! Please call Jones Automotive before you try any of these other dealers. They will get it done, quickly, and even if your credit isn t perfect. I m extremely grateful to them for the work they did for my family.

Jones Automotive Group is the most amazing dealership I have gone too! Mr.Jones helped me with everything and I ended up purchasing for the first time a 2015 chevy equinox! They were all very friendly and respectful. They make you feel more like family than just a simple customer. I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them to everyone! You can trust them and believe me, you will end up driving a new vehicle from there!

The trailer s they advertise on Facebook marketplace are almost 100% interest. Taking advantage of the public is absolutely disgusting. If they do this with trailers one can only imagine they practice the same ethics with all their other endeavors. I never leave reviews, but I simply have to leave one for Jones Automotive! I am in Raleigh and chose them over every other dealership along the way! The owner and his son found me a vehicle quickly and without stress.Being a single mother of three children, it was imperative that I wasn t taken advantage of, I could understand the process, and I felt 100% comfortable with everything! They checked all of those boxes - plus more!I changed my mind multiple times and asked a million questions. I was never made to feel stupid or like a burden. Mr. Jones walked me through everything so patiently.They really make you feel like family!Thank you, Jones Automotive!

Eric is the man to see if you're looking for a vehicle. 95% of my purchase was done by the time I walked in. I signed the papers, paid, and left in my new jeep without having to wait around the showroom for several hours like other places. Great experience!

I have bought two cars from here. The owner Grant and his staff have always been helpful to me. I have had a great experience each time I have spoken with them and I will continue to buy cars there. They are very honest, dependable, and reasonable. I have referred 3 others that have bought cars and they have been very satisfied.

They are so nice!! They don t pressure you into anything! Eric helped me and I told him my price range and he never pushed me into getting something out of my range! Eric is so nice! He is super helpful! I got a Jeep Renagade!! I've had it for a little over a month now and I love it!! I definitely recommend them!!!

Recently my boyfriend Evan and I went to Jones Automotive in hopes to get Evan a new car as his was on the edge of breaking down. Eric helped us through everything and was amazing. Not only did he help everything go wonderfully he also made sure we were happy the entire time. I definitely recommend coming to see Eric!

I purchased a 2017 Hyundai from Grant Yesterday! My credit was not GREAT but he went out of his way to make sure I got a decent car with low miles that I could be proud of as I build my credit back. It was so nice to actually work with some one that I felt like really cared about me and my family and not just selling a car. I recommend Him to anyone.

Eric Camfield is the 1st salesperson I have ever felt comfortable with. He is beyond OUTSTANDING!!! He had me in a 2016 truck in less than 24 hours! He made the process simple, painless, comfortable. He got me financed and accepted my worn out SUV on trade. Literally in probably 2.5 hours. Dang near every other dealership blew me off. Some my family has done business with since the 40's.If you need a car. Your situation is difficult. Eric is your guy.ill never buy from anywhere else from yesterday.
