Great shop with honest mechanics. Used them recently for an NC state inspection for registration. Jimmy and Charlie are great dudes and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

These guys are great mechanics who treat customers with the utmost respect and do good honest work for very fair prices. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else unless they told me to. These guys are always awesome. Great to work with a proper small mechanic shop with quality mechanics doing quality work and not trying to clean out your wallet. Their pricing is fair, and they will treat you right.If youre tight on funds and let them know that they will be honest about what work needs to be done and what can wait

Been goin to them the past 3 years for my truck and wife s car. Jimmy and Charles are extremely nice, outgoing and informative. Moving to another state and my A/C messed up and only had 1-2 days before I d leave, and even though they were backed with other customers, they took care of me in a matter of hours because of the situation. Highly recommended. They re very friendly and polite. I needed a weld on my exhaust pipe due to an exhaust leak. Although they do require scheduled appointments, I didn t need one because it was a quick job since my exhaust pipe was already off my car. They were able to do it in 10 minutes even when they were busy.

I highly recommend Jimmy s Auto! They re HONEST, fair, and overall have wonderful customer service! As long as I live in Jacksonville, my husband & I will never take our vehicles anywhere else! Just God sent. I have took my vehicle to all most everyone. And no one absolutely no one,could fix my issue. But he was able. to diagnose and fix my issue in 2 days or less when i say absolutely God sent Jimmy's Auto Service is amazing. Great service and great people. Truly a good mechanic and person. He rebuilt my rear end on my 99 Camaro upgrading the gears. He ran into complications and had to do more work and still charged me my quoted price. Great guy would recommend him to anyone and will be using him for the rest of my time here.

On the 7th of September 2018, the radiator and cooling fan on my Charger needed to be replaced is to wear and tear. I took it to a dealership in North Carolina (not going to list them here) and got an estimate that was way too high ($2400.00) for the part and labor. Same day I decided not to repair the parts at the dealership. I called Jimmy s Auto and asked for an estimate and the price was reasonable for the labor. They re great at their job, nice and always willing to help out. Don t look any further, if you re in the area definitely bring your vehicle and get it repair here. Great job guys and thanks for getting my vehicle back on the road.

Came in for an oil change to end up with additional leaks.. spark plugs and oil change $424= additonal $1400 at the dealers for repairs.

Despite being extremely busy they were able to squeeze me in, diagnose the issue I was having, and fix it promptly for a reasonable price. I would have honestly paid double for such timeliness. I have a 1993 Jeep YJ that had both rear shock mounts snap. I found Jimmy's and went to their shop to ask them if they do automotive welding and how much it would cost. The price was ideal and the work was better than I anticipated. Charlie also showed me where my lift kit could cause issues and to get a shackle drop kit. He also went over other areas of concern. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate him taking the time to answer questions. Thanks guys!

Had to get my truck towed last night and called and they rescheduled other stuff to get my truck. Amazing price. Very nice gentleman. Tried to offer him a tip and he didn't want it. Very impressed

Had work done on my PT Cruiser. They let me know exactly what needed to be worked on and didn't push me on the results. He prioritize the work needing to be done. Didn't kill me with labor fees. I will only take my vehicles to Jimmy's

I had thought my starter was done for, Jimmy gave me an estimate, towed and then found out my alternator was bad. Called me to give new estimate before doing anything and fixed my car that very day!Took my car a 2nd time and it was a tricky fix but Jimmy's made sure everything was good to go. Still 5 star service for me.

I took my 2006 Chevrolet cobalt to lil Jimmy for repair because it wouldn't start. He worked for hours trying to figure out what was wrong and he explain every step of what was happening until the job was done. I'm from Jacksonville and there is only one place to have your car fix and that's Jimmy's. I can't say enough about the guy. Thank you Jimmy for all you do. my hat is off to you.

Jimmy was super nice, he gave me details about everything that was being done. Got my VW Rabbit 2008 oil change and it needed a new windshield wiper arm, jimmy gave me all the information on where I could find one.
