We decided to avoid the expense of the dealership oil change and went here instead. Big mistake. First they tried to sell everything under the sun to my wife saying we never had it done despite our records showing we did. They pulled the air filter and cabin air filter out to show they needed changed but it s something I m more than capable of installing. Today I went to install the air filter and cabin air filter and got a glimpse of their handwork. First, I found the screwdriver on top of the passenger side battery. That could have been major if it shorted out on the chassis. Next, only a few screws were tightened on the air filter cover. Next, the cover for the cabin air filter wasn t reinstalled properly so it whistled when you used it. The glove box wasn t installed correctly so it was crooked. Finally, there was oil all over the cover and chassis where the oil was put in and the oil filter was removed. I highly recommend not using this place if you want it done correctly and cleaned up after.

Everyone was very nice. However, I was offered headlight restoration with a lifetime warranty for $59.99. I was excited because my headlights definitely needed restoration. My assumption was that they would look new. After waiting and completion of my oil change and headlight restoration, I was asked to pay. My headlights, I was told, would not be able to be restored as it was inside of the light cover. I asked more questions and was told that there was nothing that I could do about it. I then proceeded to pay and then left feeling like I just threw $59.99 down the drain. I trusted that upon first inspection, they would know whether or not it could be done satisfactorily.Edited review- The Manager has offered a full refund for the light restoration.

Excellent service. I have been coming here for all my cars inspections (wife, daughters, mine) for over 10 yrs now and still a great place to take care of your car. Everyone here is very friendly, feels like you are family. Will continue coming here for the rest of my life. Strongly recommend anyone to visit Jiffy Lube, see and experience it for yourself. We had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! They guys went through everything and showed us the price before they started our car. Everyone was nice and friendly and we were in and out quick! We will definitely come back here again for all of our oil changes!

There was a bit of a wait but it was a Saturday morning and the service was well worth it. Every crew member I interacted with was super polite and they even let me know that my air filter was still in good shape so I didn t need to change it this time. They totally could have taken advantage and I wouldn t have known the difference but they didn t. I ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends.

This location has one of the best examples of good teamwork I've ever seen! The clear communication and enthusiasm I saw seemed to make the jobs seem to run smoothly. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and had amazing customer service. The mechanic Chris gave me some future tips about taking care of my mini coupe and I really appreciate that extra care as I've only had it a year. Will be back for the next one, thanks again!

Great service! My friend and I both brought our vehicles over. I got an oil change and coolant flush, done in under 20 minutes. They even wiped down my car! Super friendly and sweet! Highly recommend!

My go to shop for Oil Changes and Inspections. Fast, friendly, and everything goes smoothly. No hard sell tactics, they may recommend things on occasion but you don t feel pressured. Great service. Staff are great and if you need a service stop in.

Went in to get my vehicle inspected. Wonderful customer service, even enjoyed a few laughs with some of the employees. Overall, smooth, and fast. Jiffy Lube 10/10 service, I'll definitely be going back. Night and day difference between NTB, never going back to NTB again.

This review is subject to change, but I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Rachel Myers, she does an amazing job at her job, and keeps things running smoothly any time I go in there she knows how to treat her customers. If prices weren't an issue I would be in more often. But I go in when I can afford to. And I only go if she is working.

Very poor service, I went in for a state inspection and was givin a lecture of fake laws that don t exist. I had a license plate light mounted to the frame of my truck directed to where the plate is. It s is more then visible from 50ft away. Instead of passing me they had me pay for the inspection and failed me because they said you need to be able to turn it on and off from the inside of the vehicle. Which is not a law at all after reading different laws it states that it needs to be white light; it was. It stated needs to be visible from 50ft; it was. Those are the only laws for license plates. This place needs to 1. Stick with something they say and not change there mind once I do what they say is allowed. 2. Read up on the state laws and not make up certain ones because they don t want to complete an inspection again. Most likely will find service from somewhere else.

I had to get a jump start Sunday afternoon. Jiffy Lube replaced my battery and checked all the additional equipment at a reasonable price! The woman who took care of my car was knowledgeable and friendly. I had to take the car in the next day for an oil top off and she was quick to explain what might be happening to my oil levels. Big thank you and I ll be back!

I called on Saturday price shopping around after being told by the dealership I needed to get 2 services that would have been nearly $500 through them. Bryson (spl?) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Of all the places I called he was the only one to verify based on the mileage and make of the car if I was actually due for these services gave me a great price and a military discount. He saved me nearly $300.00. When I went and got it serviced he remembered who I was, was super professional and got everything taken care of in less time then originally planned. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and a great price!

The inspector looked for anything that he could find to fail my vehicle for a state inspection. I have made no modifications to my vehicle since purchasing it in 2018 and have never had an issue with getting it inspected. I will recommend to all my friends and family to not go to this Jiffy Lube for any services in the future.

Great crew who took care of me while visiting from out of town. I had just had an oil change in another state and apparently my oil filter was bad. They quickly identified the issue and got me back on the road quickly and safely.

They had my car in the bay for an oil change for over an hour. 6 people standing around talking and playing on their phones. Nobody went near my car for 30 minutes after they drained the oil. Then have the gall to charge $131 and leave the oily paper mat in my car. I hope the store shuts down.

Do NOT go here. While the workers were nice it was the most unprofessional experience I ve had and extremely overpriced. I paid over 2x the amount of an oil change and only followed through because I failed to request a quote prior to them working on my vehicle. This is the last place I would take my vehicle to get work done.. go somewhere else.

Seriously the best place ever and I will always go here whenever I need an inspection done. Rachel and Dane are the nicest people, especially Rachel and they definitely deserve raises or some thing. You can t train customer service like what they have there in that office.It s first come first serve which I think is absolutely fair. They were really fast and I was in and out in probably 20 minutes, if that. I love this place!!

DO NOT TRUST! We should've avoided this place from the start. My husband usually changes my oil but the plug was tighten too much so we brought the vehicle to jiffy lube for an oil change. $200 for synthetic oil and they didn't even add the oil. The milage has not gone up or above 1000 miles and the vehicle was shaking because some idiot decided to not add enough oil. The oil stick was dry and when my husband decided to check by removing the plug there was NOTHING. Oil doesn't just evaporate into nothing especially not after way LESS than 1000 miles so I'm absolutely positive that this location just robs clients of their money. Go literally anywhere else, there's a mechanic down the road that does it for way cheaper and doesn't scam clients.
