I m overall satisfied with the work that was performed on my truck. Time is whatever and cost is the cost in my opinion. Good quality work will require time and money. The end product for me is a daily driver that I feel comfortable driving knowing it was taken care of properly. Green line did the work that I asked for. Thanks for checking in afterwards!

Wow Brandon is such a knowledgeable and helpful guy. Sent my truck to have it fixed up all the way from Virginia Beach, VA. They got it done exactly how I wanted in such a timely manner I couldn t be more impressed. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for high quality diesel work!!

Called around a few shops right off the bat these guys gave me the best price anywhere. They have the expirence and a great business mentality, they worked with me to accommodate my work schedule and what maintance I needed done. They went out of their way to call with updates and any parts they thought might need repair in the future. I will 10/10 come back for mechanical issues or engine issues. Can't wait for the tune, thanks guys.

Figured I'd offset the apparent review bombing that happened with my own positive experience. If they already had good reviews I'd be torn between 4 and 5. They aren't always the fastest to do their work but they stand behind it and will keep at it until its right. I bought a very large used truck and I took it to them for just a general look over and to install an aftermarket fuel pump. They did a good job, but it had a bit of leaking fuel afterwords and they diagnosed and fixed it for free. Only reason I would consider knocking a star off is their communication is a bit less than ideal (had very little insight as to what was happening with my truck while they had it), but their work is solid. Can comfortably recommend them to friends.

Brandon and his team have been nothing but professional every time I have been by the shop. I have done some metal fab and welding work for him including his business sign out front so I can say I ve spent some decent time there. From what I observed they actually care about the vehicles they work on and take pride in trying to help people. I do most of my own work but if I run into things beyond my level of experience then it ll be sent here!

I wish I could give them zero stars, but 1 will do. First of all, WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They apparently find my experience hilarious on social media and don t care at all on how I felt about my situation. My vehicle was dropped off with just a minor fix and was given back with a bill in the THOUSANDS. My vehicle is leaking fluid, damaged mirrors, and is now making the worst noise while running. I had to take it to another shop and now I have a list of things that I HAVE to get fixed again because this place decided to neglect my needs. Pathetic.

I ordered some parts from Greenline. Brenda was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The parts came quickly and were exactly what I needed. I will be referring all my friends his way. Not many businesses have customer service anymore, but Brenda went above and beyond.

I ve had serveral problems with this shop since dropping the vehicle off in January and just now receiving my vehicle on Wednesday (sept 28th) but I was told my truck was ready to go and drivable on the 27th how my truck is down again due to almost catching on fire due to fuel, oil, and coolant all over my engine causing it to smoke. Along with not running right, check engine light flashing, and a long list of problems to now come about when I received my truck from this shop. Not even having my truck for 24hr it s already at another shop being diagnosed and receiving multiple calls about things gone or messed up.. I honestly and truly would not take your business to this shop Greenline Diesel Performance or recommend it never again to anyone.

Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Came to them for a valve lash adjustment and was very impressed with their quick turn around. As well as washing and waxing my truck. Will be taking my truck back anytime I need anything done.

The amount of an inconvenience this business has caused me is immeasurable. I continuously have to drop what I am doing to pick my brother up on side of the road because his truck keeps breaking down after he picks it up from this place and it s been a year.At this point, they should just make my brothers truck their mascot.

Words can't explain how outstanding this shop is. Greenline diesel is the best diesel shop in Jacksonville hands down, I highly recommend. this shop has incredible Attention to detail, they are knowledgeable and have outstanding customer service. If I could give more stars I would!

Took my 17 f250 6.7 to them to install a fass lift pump and sump pump i was very picky on how i wanted things done and tidey as im very picky and did not have time to do it myself as my work is very busy and needed done by a certain time frame for my and wife's vacation... i gotta say the guys knocked it out and above expectations!!! I highly recommend them...GREEN LINE DISEL KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and communication skills yall have with customers and it will carry you along ways!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Worst experience I ve ever had, they will leave your truck sitting for months, add extra things to to your bill that you don t ask for and give your truck back to you running worse then when you dropped it off, had to bring it to another mechanic to fix everything they ruined
