They did an amazing job.They were very efficient and fast with their work. They were amazing with communication and contact with any extra needs end progress.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and return for any future needs.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming when I came to drop my vehicle off. They informed me step by step on what s going on with my SUV and told me what needed to be repaired and how long it would take. I received my SUV the day the told me it was going to be done. They had my vehicle cleaned and vacuumed. I am very pleased with their service and would work with them again.

Extremely prompt and easy to work with! The customer service was incredible. Every single person I worked with was so friendly and sweet. The amount of stars I d give them is 20 out of 5. The entire team was amazing! Thank you so much for making my car feel like it s brand new

Last week my son s car was in the shop for insurance covered repair work to repair damage to my son s car. This week I was back with a non insured repair for a damaged mirror. I had the replacement part, just needed it painted. They went above and beyond to take care of me and I was exceptionally pleased with the work and what they charged me for the work. While I hope I never have to go back, if I need a body shop, THIS will be the only place I will use. 11 out of 10!

I can't say enough positive things about Gerber! Their attention to customer service is top notch. I received regular updates, either by text or phone call and my vehicle was ready before the projected time given. Although I hated giving up the 'zoom zoom' Dodge Charger rental (Lol), I am very happy with how quickly my vehicle was ready. It was clean and looked brand new again! I highly recommend this establishment!! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Dave "The Man", kept me inform every step of the way! He did not skip a beat! I never had any unrealistic expectations about the timeline to repair my vehicle because this Team was very transparent.I deeply appreciate every member of this team for showing relentless effort for this major repair to my vehicle.Mike, even though I did not personally meet you, your work speaks to the caliber of professional you exude, because my SUV looks like 'NEW NEW!'Kristen and Nicole are the glue that holds the Team together. Everyone at Gerber (Onslow Drive) were wonderful. Kristen was on top of everything helping me with the insurance and rental car companies. David was spot on with keeping me updated on the status of the work they did. And the guys doing the work were polite and professional. Everyone at Gerber has a great sense of humor, which comes in handy when your car has been keyed on both sides. Thank you David, Kristen, and everyone at Gerber. My Forester looks brand new again!

Went with family to take a vehicle for an estimate. No actual work has been done on the vehicle yet. We are supposed to take the vehicle back in a few days to get the body work done. I will update this review as soon as the work has been done. However, the people were very nice. Very friendly! And very professional! I have high hopes.------Update Febm 1 2020-------We picked up the car today, and WOW! They did a great job! The damage was repaired, paint was blended so that it's nearly undetectable, and they even cleaned the car inside and out!They estimated the work to take six days, and it took six days. They called on the afternoon of the sixth business day to let us know the car was ready for pick up. Due to the time, we had to wait until this morning to pick it up - as we could not make it by closing yesterday.They worked with the insurance, and the rental agency flawlessly.Obviously I wish the minor accident didn't happen, but they fixed it, and did a five star job all the way!Side note: they even came in close to their original estimate. that's impressive, and not at all the normal body shop way of business. Great job!!!! Highly recommended!Fast, professional, and Great work.I've included a pic showing the right side where the damage was located. There was moderate damage to the front right quarter panel where it meets the front passenger-side door, and the door(s) had an extensive scratch running down them before the repair. It looks great now. Please forgive the less than optimal lighting conditions.

Everyone was nice. My car issues appeared basic. Gerber said it wasn't, my insurance paid. Excellent customer service, they keep you updated on progress weekly. They cleaned car up expertly before it was returned. They coordinate with Enterprise rental, if you have rental on your car insurance. I'd return for the smooth process.

Wow. Customer service is top tier here. My wife's car was hit and they were quick to work with insurance to get it fixed. Most importantly to me was the updates. They sent me text updates every work day to let me know the progress. Any body work I ever need I know where I am going.

Very helpful and informative staff, friendly too. All of my questions were answered, and I was given weekly updates on my vehicle regarding where they were in the repair process. My car was finished on time, it looks great and runs better!

I was informed of all aspects of the repair status with phone calls and text messages. Very pleasant environment. My truck looks like nothing ever happened to it. Dent removed paint job matched. Completely satisfied.

I had been in a minor (& literal) fender bender, & they made the process so smooth & easy. I had never had to deal body repairs before, and Kristan walked me through the process before David did the estimate. Check-in for the repairs & the pick-up process were the same way. We had to have a minor repair done on our car after an accident. We did not choose the collision repair company (the insurance company for who caused the accident did), we were very happy with their choice. Gerber Collision did excellent work! The process from drop off to getting a rental and then picking up our repaired car was incredibly easy. I think what I was most impressed with was their system of communication. We received constant updates through their system with updated estimates. We were overall extremely impressed with the process and result! Thank you so much for being a shining moment in a less than happy event!

Got caught in a tornado/hail storm while visiting my son in Oklahoma to attend his graduation at Fort Sill Army Base. On top of it all, I had just purchased the car and had it for 4 days. Gerber repair damage my car like new and got all the micro dents out. Thank you!

I took a chance on Gerber Collision on Onslow Drive. They initially went over the adjusters assessment with me. Within a matter of a couple of days they delved further into the damage and updated the repair estimate. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and went over all of the repairs that were done when I picked up my truck today. I am very impressed by the level of service I was given throughout the process and by the work they performed. I pray I never have to use them again however If I do, I will be a repeat customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I can t even say the best place all because I refuse to try anywhere else. They have serviced my car for two accidents in the last month and I have been nothing but pleased. Everyone at the front greet you by name, well at least me! No way someone could have a bad experience by them. They LISTEN, they explain, they update, they do it all with such professionalism. After hitting a deer the front passenger side of my 2021 Camry was toast. Gerber completed the repairs in less than two weeks and did a great job!
