The customer service was incredible. They got us in quickly and were able to get our car repaired in an expedited manner. They kept us posted on repair statuses throughout the process. I would certainly utilize them again for any future repairs.

Josh keep me informed price parts all the time. Treated me better than some companies that act like women short senior knows nothing. I was treated with respect professional my car completedin a satisfying time looks fabulous . Already made an appointment to get more work done. He went beyond the call making sure all programming was reset including my remote garage door opener. My car was cleaned inside an out including the trunk.

From Drop off to pick up I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, and also from the professionalism of this company. My antique car was repaired perfectly, and returned, clean and shiny. I give them my highest recommendation.

Definitely recommend this place. I hit a deer and had extensive damage to the front of my car. Joel was very professional and attentive with any questions or updates on my vehicle. I was very impressed with the repairs as my car looked like new when I got it back. Everyone I encountered at Gerber Collision was super nice and helpful.

Zach was great with updates twice per week! The overall customer service exceeded my expectations. The closest BMW certified collision center is roughly 3 hours from my location so after seeing the reviews here on gerber I settled on it and they did not disappoint! Parts were by far the headache due to supply chain but I got my car in time for Marine Corps Ball and Christmas!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the results, there s no doubt in my mind that Gerber Collision & Glass is the best there is. Not only did I receive my car ahead of schedule, but they left it looking better than new. Further, every week I d receive a call or a text updating me on my car s status. Gerber Collision & Glass did an excellent job on repairing my Nissan Rogue. They were able to remove the dent on the back driver side, repair the bumper and apply a fresh coat of paint on the finished product. These repairs were completed five working days ahead of schedule. The repair quality of Gerber Collision & Glass is superb! They had assured me my car would be back to pre-accident condition, and it is. I am so happy about that, especially since my car is less than 2 years old. It was hit, while parked, by a delivery truck, but Gerber Collision & Glass fixed it good as new! They were professional, courteous, & friendly & they kept me informed of the progress being made. My car was done when they said it would be & it was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off to them! I am grateful my local Honda dealership recommended Gerber Collision & Glass & I, too, highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2010 C6 Z06 here for some repairs after someone hit my front bumper and fender. Michelle, Zach, and Dwayne were extremely helpful during the repair process. The car came back earlier than the estimated completion date and looks absolutely amazing! You cannot tell that anything ever happened to the car. The paint matches the car flawlessly. Would highly recommend taking any car that needs repairs here. The whole staff here really seems to have their stuff together and they provided updates consistently throughout the whole repair process and they were able to work with me, so I could pick up my car outside of normal hours. Although I hope to never have to have my car repaired again due to an accident, I would definitely bring it back to here!-DylanServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible service,we took the car to get it fix after we got rear ended, we only not got it fix it right but we end up, keep vising them to get it fix again. In our second visit our car not only did not got fix it but end up scratched it and wtih one of the lights broken. This happened inside their shop. I don't recommend this place, i would be mindful in what they do i were you.

They were very professional and very nice. I was kept updated twice a week by LaShonda. Everyone was very friendly and always happy. My car looks brand new and drives better than it did when I first got my car. I was have a bad experience with another shop smh and Gerber collision and glass saved me!!!! There staff is friendly polite and helpful. They took my car from other shop and work fast and efficient. The other shop took 3 almost 4 months to work on my car and got nothing done but Gerber finished everything with in a month I was very pleased. During my waiting they stayed in touch with me with either phone call or text. The communication was great. I recently experienced a noise on the side they fix they told me to come in asap. I did and they had me in and out with in 30 mins. I really appreciate not getting a run around. I highly recommend there service to everyone. Thank you Gerber collision and glass.

Customer service is amazing all around. They keep you updated and they make sure the job is done right. They give you paperwork to take with you in the work they did. They handle the rental nicely for you. Seating area is lovely. All they need is golf carts for the staff to use to transport between buildings. I highly recommend gerber for your needs. Gerber did a great job at making a stressful situation. I m getting my car fixed into a very seamless and quick process. I couldn t be more thankful. My car was done before they said it would be and they kept me updated the entire time. This is the second time I have used them and I have used another business in town and I will always come back to Gerber because they excel compared to the others in town and do a wonderful job.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair

Ended up getting my car hit Gerber helped me out with getting my car fixed on time while updating me throughout the process with no hiccups.
