I can not say enough about Excel Body Works. From the first time I inquired about getting my truck worked on there, my mind was put at ease. I could tell right away that they were going to do the job RIGHT and they did that and more! They kept me informed through the entire process and were quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Not only is their work superior, they are good, honest people as well. Their customer service is beyond anything I ve experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done to their vehicles.

Excel body works is my go to shop for body work and paint work in Jacksonville,NC. Phenomenal work at an affordable price. Hard to beat these guys. I been back for multiple custom painted parts and they knocked it out the park as expected. Painted my front lower valance and painted my mirrors to match my truck. Very satisfied. Got estimate right away.John very professional and knowledgeable. So pleasant to work with.Kept his word..needed my car 1 week and I picked it up on the dot..He even sent him lovely Mom to pick me up to get my car.They go above and beyond..Recommend them 100%.

Went in for a fix that I thought would've been hard. Found out it was an easy fix, charles K, worked on my vehicle, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working. Extremely helpful, and was attentive. Will be coming here more for anything with my car

These guys did top notch work. I had a fender bender in my company truck and my boss would not settle for anything less than making the truck look like new. These guys really came through and it was done when they said it would be. Thanks Excel, I'm glad to have my baby back looking like new.

My family had an unfortunate accident with our newborn in the back seat. As a brand new mother, I was hysterical over the fact that the door I usually use to access the car seat was now smashed shut. The entire passenger side of the car was smashed. Excel made my car look BRAND NEW! They updated me along the way to let me know what all was being done with my vehicle. Upon pick up, they offered to show me pictures of the process. I got to see my car cut and welded and much more. The honest work they put in is incredible. On top of that, they detailed the inside of my car before giving it back. The entire staff was so helpful throughout the entire process. I don't have access to the 'during' photos but here are before and after. If you need work done, go to Excel!

Excel body shop is the place to go you need not look any further. Month ago I was hit in the rear end and needed a quote for the repairs. So I turned to google and found excel body shop in Jacksonville. The oldest body shop in town. The experience and kindness that I received was above and beyond. Not to mention the restoration of my vehicle after they fixed it looks beautiful. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again excel body shop. Amazing place to take a car. As a female I always feel like I am getting scammed but here was amazing! They did extra work on my car that was not included with the damage and left my car so clean! Overall loved the place and will be taking my car there from now on

Excellent business, professional and we highly recommend. My son's Honda Ridgeline was damaged in a parking lot and we needed to get it repaired. John at Excel was excellent and made the process easy and stress free. They came in under their original quote and did an excellent job. They have supported the local fire departments, and helped with donation drives for hurricane victims. Oh my goodness! Excel Body Works Inc -- a family-run business that's been in existence for three generations -- is absolutely AMAZING! Seriously, look no further. Excel Body Works Inc is the best auto body shop in town! My car had a small ding in one of the rear doors. I took my car to Excel Body Works Inc. John greeted me in reception. John is the sweetest guy you'll ever meet. I explained my situation to John and he immediately walked outside with me to look at the ding in my car door. He assured me that the damage could be easily fixed and at a very reasonable price. The ding has been fixed, and my car door looks brand new! I can't say enough positive things about Excel Body Works Inc. These folks are honest and ethical and will treat you like family! Brought my 2016 Camaro in for some work, even with my insurance being a pain, these guys got me into a loaner vehicle. I've not felt so adequately taken care of by any mechanic... these guys are killing it... 6 stars

I got into an accident a couple months back when I was in GA. Now that i'm here in NC for military reasons, I really couldn't of chose a better place to get my car worked on. They were professional and nice through out the whole thing. And i'm so excited how this car turned out. It looks brand new. Thank y'all so much.

Brought my car here to get the rear bumper fixed and replace some of my exhaust with aftermarket exhaust that got damaged. They did amazing work and kept me informed on what they were doing and how long it would take. In the end they did amazing work and I'm very impressed by there work.

Beautiful work (car looks like new)! While work was back bumper they cleaned & prepped entire car (didn't think was our car when first saw it)
