My order was placed online and delivered to the Jacksonville NC location. As stated online, you have the opportunity to schedule an appointment. I was notified by text and email when my order arrived. I'd like to thank Eric for reassurance of the process, Julian (front counter) & the Tech that ensured my tires were handled with care. I was also impressed with the level of cleanliness of the store and the work bays. I would recommend Discount Tire to friends and family. I appreciate your level of excellence!

Nothing, but phenomenal service here. Customer service is top-notch. They go out of their way to help customers. It's definitely the place to go to get new tires and/or rims here. Highly recommend!

Chris is the man! He always has great customer service when I have gone and helped me out today by getting off a stripped lug nut. He needs to get a raise or something I always see him moving with a purpose and multi tasking with multiple customers. If you had bad experiences with other tire shops don t hesitate to bring your vehicle here !

Service was quick, fast, and in a hurry. As soon as I walked in, there was a guy there to help me. All I needed to get was a plug/patch job on my tire. The service is first come, first serve. Once the guy got me in the system, it took about 30 mins for the mechanics to get to my truck. However, once my truck was in the bay being worked on, it only took about 10-15 minutes for my tire to be repaired and to get me back on the road.

This store is excellent in Oceanside, California to Jacksonville, North Carolina. With an appointment, I got 4 new tires at an excellent price. It took 30 minutes for them to get me back on the road.They now provide window wipers which they automatically check when the tire tread is inspected.5 stars from coast to coast!THE Queen!

Always top notch service, which I have come to expect from Discount Tire. The employees are great and super helpful. Also, the efficiency is commendable and I never have a long wait, even if I do not have an appointment. If you it done right the first time, come here!

Called around to local tires places today to get my spare tire put on my jeep after running over a bolt, all the places I called were EXTREMELY rude, outrageously priced or didn t have time for my business.I called discount tire, talked with Chris he told me to come on down and he d get me all taken care of! I pulled up and him and one of the mechanics were already walking to my jeep before I had even unbuckled my seatbelt. They were actually able to repair my tire, instead of using my spare. The mechanic checked out my other tires and found another screw in a different tire and took care of that for me as well. Each staff member i spoke with was extremely friendly, and had stellar customer service! I was in and out within 20mins had 2 tires fixed for the low price of $0.00, which beats the $100 I was quoted from another place.I also need to know what kind of coffee Chris drinks, he was so cheerful on the phone and his energy level was at a 10!Thank you all!

Amazing staff. Professionally knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Plan to get my tires here next time again and will be confident they can execute a satisfactory job. My Challenger feels great with the new con extreme contact DSW06 plus. If you drive it as a daily, then I suggest these tires to all my Mopar fellows out there.

I love discount tires they have great customer service. I've gotten my tires from them back home in South carolina. When I found out that they had one here in jacksonville, North Carolina, I went right back to them because I already have an account with them because their tires are more affordable than going to your regular car dealerships.

Another gold mine for Jacksonville.Since the day they opened at the Jacksonville location very professional. In the office or on the shop floor your going to be handled with respect. No worries of the floor crew stripping lugs or loosing them.Polite and courteous. A pleasant experience every time.

Went to this Jacksonville NC location on 2/27. They did not have my tires in stock but had to order them. Said they woud arrive by 3/1. No one called to say that they had not arrived. I called them on 2/29 they Chris said they would be there by Monday. I called Monday and still no tires. They said they would call me Tuesday to give me an update. I called at 5pm Tues because they failed to call me. Still no tires in sight. Now they are blaming FedEx. Mind you the tireshave already been paid for. Worst experience in 15 years dealing with this company

Exceptional service!!! Had a nail in my tire that started to leak. I asked if they could fix it. John and Alex were professional, courteous, and very informative. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The service was free. Everything from start to finish was so impressive, I tipped the technician that fixed my tire. Their behavior made me feel obligated to pay for something. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

While previous experiences have been pretty good. They just tried to sell brake service on brakes that have 3000 miles on the pads, turned rotors, and fluid. Assume everything beyond a tire replacement is a complete upsell for stuff you don't need.

Had a good experience today at Discount Tire on Western Blvd. It took a little longer to get my new tires but they were very busy. I was very impressed with everyone s attention to safety! Cheyenne runs a great garage area! Great job everyone!

It was so easy to make an appointment, Check in and everything. They finished ahead of schedule and I didn't even know that tire balance and rotation would be free. Amazing.

Made an appointment to get my Tesla model 3 tires inspected and rotated here. Chris was awesome in getting me checked in and out. Everything was free and done in about an hour and a half, I dropped my car off so I didn t have to wait. I highly recommend Discount Tire and this location!

Very friendly service, my check tire air light came on while driving. My mom told me this place will check it for FREE, and add air if needed. I pulled up, and was helped in minutes. Although I bought tires from this place in the summer for one of my vehicles I wasn't aware of this service, so I'm glad to have given them my business when I did, and will continue to do business with them, while referring family and friends.

I was in much need for a new set of tires. For someone who isn't completely knowledgeable on tires, Chris L broke it down and gave an actual personal review on a good selection to choose. You re getting exceptional service at an exceptional price, and almost every employee will go above and beyond in order to assist you not only transactionally but attempt to improve the equipment you ll be behind for the future! This place is amazing. I'm currently standing here right now while Emily (who is incredible, and cool, and we're totally gonna be best friends) changes our tire and THEN is going to drive us back to where our tire blew and PUT IT BACK ON FOR US. We've had an excellent experience here and everyone we came in contact with here has gone above and beyond, like Chris! Who has assured us that we have won the tire jackpot today, like emotionally and financially.. we haven't actually won a jackpot, but in spirit.

I was a walk-in and I just wanted a tire rotation and I did not realize a tire rotation is free. All I did was wait an hour and I got a free tire rotation, fantastic service and I watched them torque my Lugnuts.

Discount Tire was hands down the best shop I have dealt with in a long time. I needed my wheels put on and they were the only ones that had the proper equipment that can handle it without an issue. I called them and they said no problem just come on in without hesitation. They even wrapped my old wheels in their own bags. Very professional...This is now my "Go 2" for any and everything that I don't do myself.
