Had a very poor experience with Dave and D&S Towing. I left my 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with them for seven months while I went on a deployment, requesting four items to be fixed: 1. Repair body rust on both rear quarters 2. repair rust on hood latches 3. fix instrument electrical issues on three gauges, and 4. patch hole in driver's floorboard and paint, all of which I was quoted $6000. After six months I had received little to no information on the progress of the work after numerous inquiries. Once I returned, I was told the work was not yet complete after seven months (I suspect work had not even begun for the first four or five months). After granting an extension three times so the work could be completed, totaling over eight months for the entire project, the only thing Dave had done was replace the rear quarters and painted the vehicle. For this alone he was charging me $7500, which felt a lot lot like a bait and switch considering I had not once authorized the increase in cost from the originally quoted $6000 in the eight months he had my vehicle, not to mention he had failed to fix the electrical issue (which was priority number one) and the hole in the drivers floorboard. The worst part was the rear quarters he replace have a half inch gap between the original body and the new quarters, a fix he could not do and quickly shooed me out the door after realizing his massive mistake. The lack on information flow and unauthorized commitment on funds made it a terrible experience, not to mention I now have to clean up his mess with the gap in the quarters. Do not recommend for anyone trying to have quality work done on their vehicle.

I am very disappointed in this company. We spent $2400 for them to fix the engine of our truck only for their fix to cost us just as much about one month later! We now need another engine. There was NOTHING but excuses and more work needed once the truck was put there last month. The owner took the parts apart and put it back together with EVERY step because he didn't like a mess which cost us more in labor. The brakes still need to be bled again even though they were also just fixed. The owner scratched the side of our truck and said "I didn't do it." Every time there was an issue the only thing stated was "I didn't do it or I didn't see it, or what are you accusing me of ...."Their mechanic was absolutely despicable yesterday. He put his finger to his throat and threatened a tow truck driver. There was a lot of yelling and verbal confrontation. This escalated because when asked where to leave the truck, the mechanic yelled "go ask him he is over there, I am just the f**in' mechanic." The tow truck driver stated he would park the truck right behind the bay if not told where to park. Needless to say, problems were caused by only fixing part of the engine are not going to be fixed at D&S. We have had our truck towed elsewhere to do the work. I do not recommend this company for your auto needs.

Absolutely love this auto shop!! We had an accident thursday due to our wheel berring breaking. They towed our truck thursday and since we had to wait on our insurance to come out and look at it the Tuesday following they had it done the next day. The owner was really nice and wasn't trying to screw us over like most auto shops. We came back to get our new wheels and tires put on today. Their prices are pretty reasonable. I will be recommending D&S towing and auto to all of my friends.

Had a very bad experience with these guys, not only did I get charged over the roof, they crack my windshield by changing wiper blades and blamed it on me and said it was already there. I have pictures and storage inspections day of but I only get excuses and no reply s. Don t go with D&S auto.

The guys here have bent over backwards to be helpful. They went out of their way to get the parts and make sure the paint looked right even tho the job was unique. They even let me have my car stay their over a deployment period while they worked on it
