Had these guy install my lowering springs and adjustable control arm. Cost roughly $700 and about 2 months later a bolt came loose while driving. Needless to say I had it towed back to the shop. The service tech got it on the lift immediately. They were extremely professional and apologetic this happened. For peace of mind they allowed me to inspect for any damage (there was minimal on the rotor) and offered to check my alignment. Long story short they made things right and vowed to take care of any future issues. This business is operated by outstanding mechanics that aren t looking to take your money and run. As long as I m in Jacksonville I will always go here for any automotive needs. Highly recommended

Came here for a brake inspection, a new set of tires and an oil change. The entire thing was inexpensive and quick. When I returned for some engine power issues, they diagnosed and solved my issue once more, explaining in detail what was causing my issue. They didn't try to sell me anything, only recommend what I needed for my issue. The staff is very polite and professional, overall the best autoshop experience I've ever had.

Been here twice since moving to Jacksonville and the reviews weren t exaggerating their level of service and honesty. They have been straightforward with me every time and explaining the situation very well.I even brought my car in on a whim because I had thought a repair they had made still hadn t resolved the issue and they got me in first thing in the morning and looked over it free of charge! Thankfully everything was fine, but they encouraged me to come in again if the issue were to pop up again so that they can take care of it.Wouldn t go anywhere else to get my car looked at.

Good people me and my husband have come to C-side on numerous occasions but this last time took there customer service to another level for me, this past weekend. We came in with headlights that me and my husband tried to DIY on our truck but just couldn't get it done, to say we were frustrated would be an understatement. But they looked at them and then the next thing I knew it was on the lift. Then, these guys literally and I'm not kidding we're done in under 15 minutes.They didn't charge us anything and we really appreciated them for making it happen. Thank you!

It doesn t get any better than this place in Jacksonville. Professional, polite and smart techs. Fair prices. I ve had brakes, AC compressor, radiator, water pump and a few other miscellaneous jobs done here. Each time, they come under what I thought it would cost and they guarantee the repair. They aren t just remove and replace mechanics, they can actually troubleshoot. Not shady like most mechanics in Jacksonville. Great place. Cant recommend them enough.

Friendly, allowed me to supply my own parts, same day service! They do all repairs. I had brake pads and rotors, serpentine belt and rear shocks done. Completed the same day! Competitive prices. Highly recommend. Thanks for the work guys!

Don t go anywhere else! This is the place for honest and commendable service! I was so impressed with the service provided to my daughter who was told by a national well known repair shop that it would cost $3300 when her car overheated. All she needed was a simple water pump and yet the other place had no idea so they were going to replace everything to solve the problem.

Absolutely THEE BEST mechanic/car repair shop I've EVER experienced!! Jordan at check in desk was fantastic!! Being an old single female? It's hard TO trust any mechanics!! Knowing NOTHING ABOUT cars and repairs?? It's easy TO rip us off. But C-Side NEVER did anything remotely close to that!! Even repaired my flat tire, put it back on my car at no charge since I was also getting other maintenance done on my car before moving long distance!! Oil change, headlights replaced, windshield wipers replaced and interior air filter done!! Jordan put a rush on my car because I was really short on time with the move!! Guys were awesome, professional, helpful with me ordering the right parts via Amazon even!! Jordan was extremely helpful regarding the headlights!!! Amazon sent the WRONG one's TWICE!! And every time I called Jordan WITH 85 questions?? He had the patience OF a Saint!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for ANYONE BUT particularly females!! THESE guys CAN be trusted!! NOBODY tried up selling me on anything!! Very reasonable prices as well and convenient location!! Behind CVS off Western Blvd and Country Club Dr!!

Finally an honest shop that doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need. I went in to get a misfire diagnosed and they found and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Their prices are good and you get more than what you pay for in my opinion. They also sell vehicles at KBB value, not the "I know what I got" Facebook marketplace value.

The crew at CSide auto saved me thousands! I was needing to replace the cooling fan housing in my car and CSide Auto repair was able to quote me a complete repair for 1/3 of what the dealership said it would cost me.Not only that, They had my vehicle in and finished the same day, and I was on my way.They saved me money, time and so much energy trying to figure out how to come up with the $3000 I was quoted from the dealership! I am more than thankful for the staff and the owners at CSide auto.I will not be taking this vehicle or any other vehicle I own elsewhere for any future maintenance or repair issues.They EARNED MY BUSINESS.

C-Side Auto Repair & Service is the best shop in Jacksonville second to none. Old school rules still apply here. Rules like honesty, trustworthy, patience and hard work on your behalf are just some of the characteristics you will experience. The entire staff (Dream Team!!!) were genuine, friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Family oriented and you'll be treated as one of theirs. Folks who work here WANT to help you. They all are considerate and kind and helpful and you re not charged an arm and a leg for work done. Solid repair shop that makes it clear they aren't trying to gouge folks. Bought a vehicle from them that the owner wanted to replace a major part before I took it home even after I committed to buy. You can't replicate that level of integrity.

After taking my car to the dealership for my oil change and tire rotation package I brought my vehicle to C-side to be worked on because my car was making a funky noise at a speeds over 30MPH. After inspecting my vehicle, c-side informed that the dealership never rotated my tires and I now had an irregular ware pattern on my tires from the lack of rotations the dealership was supposed to be providing and I would now need new tires. The dealership never even inform me that I had wires showing on my tires. The gentleman at C-side took great care of me and made me feel like I once again had a safe vehicle for my children and I to ride in.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I m a technician myself but didn t have an AC machine to put Freon in a clients truck. Best price out of 8 other shops I ve called!! Shout out to Jordan and Marty for a great service even in a tech s perspective. My customer went home happy with igloo temperature AC. You guys have won my business when needed, thank you!

This business is absolutely amazing! Kevin in particular went above and beyond for me. I mentioned I was moving out of town and I needed my e-brake cable fixed, they had it done within an hour! Then I came back and asked them to tighten/install my bumper ball hitch and they did that for me as soon as I came in. Just cannot say enough good things. Extremely trustworthy, great price, even better quality. Worth every cent.Service: Brakes

For once, an amazing car repair place. They know how to take care of us car owners. The are up front with the cost and keep you posted on the status.I've been using them for a couple of months and I have seen a lot of different things. From helping others with a quick courtesy check to checking a vehicle before someone make a purchase on a used car. A simple advisement saved the dude 5k and from making a poor purchase.Finally a local car repair shop that doesn't charge dealer prices or over charge us.

C-Side has done work for me personally in the past and also service my business van, I had issues with my AC. They had all components replaced and it was ready within 24 hours, as someone in the service industry getting your vehicle back ASAP is a priority. I couldn t have asked for a better team of professionals to handle my vehicles. 5 stars good job!

There is no better place to go in all of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas to get your car repaired. They are good and honest and help you if they can. If they know it is something that they can't do, they tell you where to go. They repaired a break repair that was done poorly and even fixed things that seemed unfixable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. they deserve their good reviews.

1000% best auto place I ve ever been. I will only ever go here for my car if I can help it. They saved me hundreds of dollars on brakes after Firestone told me I needed them and I actually didn t. Didn t even charge me for looking at it. My car has had a computer issue/exhaust issue for months and these guys have hands down put their all into helping me figure out what s wrong. Not only was every single man who worked there always kind and helpful, you can tell they truly work as a team. The owner is amazing and truly sees his customers as people and not dollar signs. I m sincerely grateful to all of them for how much they ve helped me. I will always tell anyone in the area to go to this place hands down because they ll never steer you wrong.
