This is a family owned shop that recently moved to this location. The entrance was a little hard to find. There is a sign that says entrance , but it was hard to see from the car.My car has an issue that is very unique that I couldn t figure out with online research. It was in a wreck in the past, and there was a noise that I couldn t diagnose. I try to do maintenance by myself but this was something beyond my abilities. So I finally decided to go to a mechanic to figure out what is causing the noise. Before coming here I stopped at 5 different shops and only one of the shops actually came out to hear the noise. Nobody could tell me even vaguely what could be causing the noise. This was the next shop on my list, so I came here.I walked in and was greeted well and introduced to everyone in the room. All around good customer service. Perhaps it was because they were not too busy at the moment but the mechanic and I almost immediately went on a test drive so he can hear the noise. The mechanic put the car on the lift and inspected the area where the wreck occurred. After a few minutes he came to me with a recommendation, and worked out a deal on the price. I agreed with the price and within 2 days both parts arrived and after dropping my car off it was installed within another day.The noise is still there. The mechanic knew about it. After installing the parts he took the car on a drive to see if the noise was fixed. After hearing it, he came back to the shop and took everything apart again and inspected everything again. He greased the ball joint and the CV axel, and inspected the strut assembly. I wasn t charged extra for that. The noise is only slightly quieter, but the work did something. The reason I m still giving a 5/5 is because before I even came searching for answers I accepted the possibility that it can be multiple parts causing that noise. Nothing online mentions what can be causing that noise specifically. There s still a few other things that still can be replaced until even the mechanics don t know where the noise can be coming from. After the first test drive, the mechanic gave me a very plausible explanation as to why it s the wheel bearing, which made sense and the bearing wasn t replaced after the crash so I thought I should replace it anyways. It s disappointing that I still have to get more work done, but it s a salvage title car. In no way do I have a feeling of being tricked by the mechanic so they get more business. The recommendation from the mechanic made sense because that s where the crash happened and a portion of the bearing could be damaged, causing the noise.

The guys at Busters were very friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the fact that when a particular shop can't help you with your particular problem that they are willing to point you in the direction of another shop that possibly can. To me that is a firm of customer service as well and it is nice that at least in one shop around here that it still exists.
