Blew a trailer tire on 17 heading towards Wilmington to put the boat in the shop. I realized pretty quickly that I didn t have a jack that would allow me to change the tire. A nearby local said you should call Blacks. I did, told them my situation, and in a reasonable amount of time they showed up with a new tire. The truck was well equipped, and they quickly removed this flat from the rim, put the new tire on it, inflated it, and mounted it. Then, they inflated the other three tires to the optimal pressure and sent me on my way. My biggest takeaway is that they delivered a new tire to me on the road and fixed it on the spot. No need to tow, and all for a reasonable charge. I m impressed!

They were very friendly and helpful. My car was fixed within 12 hours. My brother and his family go to Black's in Wilmington. I will definitely use them in the future.

Highly recommended!! The staff is amazing and the work they do is top notch. My truck had an oil leak and they took care of the issue ordering parts and labor all within the same day. I know why I was recommended and will definitely recommend others to go there.

They were extremely helpful and helped me get into the tires that I wanted. They definitely make you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My tire had to be special ordered due to its unusual size. There was a very short turn around time and they communicated with me through the entire process. Customer service was great from Robbie and Sonny. Great place, great service and I'll definitely be a return customer as well as reccomendating Black's Tire on Western Blvd.

Amazing experience and left with a smile and reassurance all my vehicle needs were met! Sonny explained everything being done and what I needed to ensure the longest quality for my vehicle and the best safety offered , he put my mind at ease during what I thought to be a stressful time. I will be a returning customer and sharing with family and friends. You guys are awesome .

Couldn t be happier I purchased 4 255/70/22.5 guys over at the commercial tire center worked to make sure my rollback was ready to go and to get home safely. I was pleased with the price and how well they took care of the installation for me. Thanks guys if any of my trucks are in the Jacksonville area I will definitely send them over. Hope all a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year.

I highly recommed! My brother recommended them to me, and from the moment I walked in, it was clearly the best choice. The employees are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I would have known about them much sooner! Corey assisted me and took the time to educate me on something with my vehicle that I had no idea existed. I always have an incredible experience at blacks. Steve always takes care of my vehicle and suggests practical and reliable work to be done on my car- It s very clear he has my safety and wallet in mind. The bathroom and Waiting area is always clean and everybody that works there is very friendly.

I walked in to set up a pointment tire sensors and a state vehicle inspection aswell and thay took me that day and had it all done right when thay said and for a reasonable price on short notice very professional

Wanted to update my previous review! - promptly after expressing my concern (mentioned below) blacks tire reached out via phone, was extremely apologetic and offered a full refund of the service done. Very appreciative of the quick and responsive costumer service.12/19/23 - I took my van here about two weeks ago for an alignment. Following the alignment I took the van into my mechanic to get other work done. My mechanic was the one who pointed out how much play was in the tires and that the inner and outer tie rod ends for both the left and right tires needed to be replaced immediately. I told him I had gotten the alignment and he informed me that the alignment should not have been done without whomever performing the alignment disclosing the condition of the parts - on the verge of breaking. I thank God I took my vehicle in and found this out before an accident.. parts were replaced by my mechanic and I took my van somewhere else for a second alignment. The staff at Blacks was kind and I felt trustworthy which is why I feel so taken aback by the outcome.

Only place in town I ll take my F-350. Saved me $1200 bucks on a brake job. Dealer was gonna charge $2k Blacks did the exact same for 800 bucks.

I give the company a zero. I did not have a positive experience and did not receive any service. I came to get an alignment only. On Monday, Jan 22d the machine was down and I was told to come back on Thursday, Jan 25th. I arrived on Thursday, checked in and waited for over an hour and my car was still parked in the same place I left it, never being moved. I went to the counter to inquire about it and all I got was excuses. It's obvious I am not who they want or consider a valuable customer. I will not go back and I will take my business to Silance.

I had a really good experience with Blacks Tire installing brand new tires on my Jeep and also doing yearly inspection. I didn t ask the guyyname but he was witty and we had a great conversation. I would suggest that everyone give Blacks Tire a chance for new tires, even repair work on your vehicle. You won t regret it. Thanks Blacks Tire for a Great Experience!!! My first time there but Definitely not my last

Blacks Tire was excellent gentleman in office was very helpful and they were able to mobilize almost right away to replace a tire on my small dump truck on the side of the road within an hour of it happening and price was great for such good and quick service. Thank yall so much

i m new to the area and jiffy lube actually recommended them to get my car checked out! the guys are hilarious. i m a female and i didn t trust shops with my car but only trusted one shop back home. so since jacksonville is my new home i finally have a shop here i can trust! the whole staff is amazing. you will definitely leave with a smile on your face
