Amazing ! Took my IPhone in to replace the screen and it was finished within 30mins the price was very reasonable and I m still in awe with this hidden gem!

I would not recommend using their battery repair service for iPhones. I took mine in a couple of weeks ago and first off I didn t know that they would be replacing the battery with something other than an Apple battery. So with that being said now I keep getting notifications about the battery. I said fine I can deal with that. Now to the real issue..the woman didn t put my phone back together properly. I noticed once she changed the battery that my screen protector was coming up off the right corner. Thinking it was just old I bought a new one. Turns out the face of the phone isn't flush anymore. My new screen protector is not laying down either. I didn t have this issue before I took it to them.

Would not fix my key fob. The retaining pin that head the key to the fob came apart and the employee tried fixing it with a paper clip, which came apart when I was driving to get glue to get it back together. Will not come back

Placed an on-line order that showed in stock and once placed get a call that the order was declined due to only having one in stock and not two. I asked about the next available lower quality battery and was told they didn't have it but it showed it on-line as available and i told the lady what it was showing. She then puts me on hold to go and check and they have it, but she tells me i would have to pay for it first before they can put the acid in it and charge it. Granted i had already paid for two better quality batteries but they declined the order. So i go back on-line and reorder and wait for an email saying they are ready to be picked up. I finally get an email saying they are ready for pickup and drive 30 minutes to get them. I get to the store and give my name for the order and the guy goes back then comes out and says its not ready that i had to pay for the one first and i informed him that i had done that over and hour and a half ago. So goes back to put the acid in the battery and then comes back out and tells me i will need to charge it when i get it home, frustrating but not a big deal. So, i get home and wait until the next morning to get them out of the box to place the one on the charger, when i notice the one they placed the acid it had on cell that was almost empty and two others that were not full. I luckily had some acid on hand and was able to finish what the store didn't and charged the battery. I have used Batteries Plus Bulbs on multiple occasions but doubt i will do so again due to all of this and the one guy in the stores attitude.

First I need to tell you that this place rocks!I m here from Michigan visiting my son who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. We needed a 3/ 15 ah battery for a electric mini bike. We waited to long to get one in Michigan and ordered one on line to have it shipped to NC from a company in Colorado.Needless to say they dropped the ball and i was desperate to get one today and the staff at Batteries plus went above and beyond to help me.Not only did they have the 3 batteries they helped me re-pack them in the housingThank you again for all the help!Highly recommend this great company

I ordered watch batteries that I thought I ordered shipped but I must have hit pick up. I have no transportation so I called the store to see if they could mail them. The manager and his assistant did better than that. They actually drove them to my residents. This kind of customer service is really above and beyond especially these days. These gentleman should be commended.

I recently purchased a replacement battery for my Samsung Galaxy S5 online. This was an extremely easy process. I received a confirmation email once I placed my order and I received an email notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. I ordered the battery just before my wife and I left to run a few errands and before we had even reached the first place, my order was ready. I have been using the new battery for about 3 days and it is working perfectly. I am extremely pleased with their service, their timeliness, and their professionalism.

Took my watches to get batteries replaced, they messed up one of my watches. I was instructed to contact the manager the next day, called as soon as they opened, I was told she was on the phone and would call me back, I didn t hear anything until I called back after the lunch hours and it was a quick conversation saying I have to talk with my district manager about getting a jeweler to look at it etc no apologies about this happening or anything. This was Monday and today is Thursday and I had to call to get a update. It s sad how a business does not follow up with a customer or keep them informed on what s going after the company messed up their stuff. The crazy part was the guy wanted to still charge me for the battery, I kindly said no sir I m paying for that battery after yall broke my watch . This entire situation has me frustrated and upset on how it s being handled. I will definitely not be going there no more....only to get my watch!!!

I had an excellent shopping experience at this Batteries Plus. Traveling through and staying at a hotel up the road and I had a battery issue on my motorcycle. I ordered online and my battery was waiting at the counter for me when I got there. They even lent me a screwdriver to swap the battery out real quick in the parking lot. The crew was friendly and helpful.

Very rude employee that really does not want to work! I asked to make an appointment to get my screen replaced on my phone and that the warranty approved their store. She tells me that they don't have a screen for my S8.I asked if they could order one and then she says that they will probably be in next Monday. So I asked her if I could make an appointment for next Tuesday. She replied, you can go online to do that. But I should go to CPR to get it fixed. I asked her if my warranty number would work there and she says, "probably not".Let me tell you this- I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING! EVER! I do not want people like this anywhere near my phone.

Clerk was unable to process a return. First all they did not have in stock what I ordered online listed as "pick up today". OK, fine that happens, but the clerk said the system was not allowing him to cancel or decline the order. 25 minutes of waiting for....nothing. I left my phone number...no call back.

This was not the best experience. I ordered a replacement battery online for my Dewalt Drill. The ad said that I could save $10 if I picked it up at a local store OR I could have it shipped for free. Since I could not get the store in Morehead City to show as the store to ship to, I opted to have it shipped to my home address. After a couple of weeks, I called the store in Jacksonville to inquire. They said, it was there and they were wondering why. They never contacted me about it. I finally picked it up in Jacksonville, did not get the $10 off and it took them several minutes to just enter the information in the computer. I am not happy with this transaction but have been satisfied in the past.

I use many types and sizes of batteries in my home and business and they always have them in stock. A real plus is I can drop off my dead batteries for recycling, especially the large ones used in my battery backups devices.

I was recently out on a ride on my motorcycle and needed a battery. I called and they had one that would fit my bike. They held the battery for me until it was picked up. Very helpful and thoughtful staff.

No complaints out of me. I had a battery that had a 3 year warranty on it that was dead. They replaced it with no questions asked and even made sure to mention that I had a full year left on my warranty! Can't ask for much better!

I love our batteries plus guys here in Jacksonville, North Carolina!! They helped me find an extra life battery for my laptop, a USB charger for my cell phone and talked all about different deep cycle marine batteries with me for a solar project I am working on. They even showed me some additional battery options that I didn't know were available! Awesome guys, thanks so much!!

Group 58 Duracell battery was not completely charged 12.3 volts when he checked with his meter.Sales person told me it needed to be charged. He did ask me if a had a charger. But for on online order that was to be picked up. One would think to check the charge before letting the customer know it was ready to be picked up.

Bought a car battery online and it said free installation and was a big reason I went through Batteries Plus. Went to the store to pick up but they said the couldn't install it in my model vehicle since they needed a special tool...Sigh. A screw driver was all my bf needed.
