Very helpful! Looked up my car to get the correct battery, showed me the acreeen to give me my options as to not overcharge me. Came and tested my battery and alternator after installation! All sales associates very helpful!! Highly recommend!

I've been impressed by the way auto zone has adapted to changing customer needs and technology. They offer a variety of ways to shop, from in-person to online, and their website is easy to navigate and use. Whether I'm shopping in-store or online, I always know that I'm getting the best service and products when I shop at auto zone. Their exceptional customer service made the whole process much less stressful and much more enjoyable

Not exactly thrilled with my Sunday afternoon experience. I use this store a lot during the week and have no problems. Not the case today. Management seemed very put out by having to help a customer. If I have to have parts on a weekend, I will be getting them somewhere else.

Justin at the Wilmington Hwy 17 South, Jacksonville, NC store receives 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. I had to help my daughter with a problem with her car and he and the staff went the extra mile to ensure we had the right part, later I had to return, they asked me how did everything go and helped me with my own vehicle. KUDOS!! Big thanks

We went in and the Miss Crystal and Mr Steven answered all my questions about what I needed and got it all for us and few extra things I might need very polite and knowledgeable with everything I needed! Thank them both for making it so easy and friendly service!!

Customer service was outstanding! Helped me right away. He even upsold me on a couple of items. I was told later though by my mechanic who installed the spark plugs that they need to sell me exact model specific ones for my car. Oh well, guy did a good job either way!

The young man who changed my battery for me was very friendly and nice. Had a nice conversation about his Tacoma. He even apologize about how long it took when the issue was truly mine. Old bolts and battery acid all over the top of my battery making his job difficult. He never once complain. I wish all workers were like him. If I had cash I would have given him a tip. He took pride in his job and went above and beyond. If I worked in the car repair industry he would be someone I would want on my team. Just sorry I didn't catch his name.

Normally helpful but this day the woman that I asked for help was not very helpful! I had my grandson in my arms who was old enough to walk but had not put socks on so he couldn't get his little boots on w/o them rubbing his feet. I told and showed her what I was looking for and she stood there at the stand she took me to and said "This is what we have". I honestly don't think she knew what she was doing, unlike most of the women staff I've encountered in the store before. They always amaze me with their knowledge! May be why she was straightening shelves and not behind the parts counter. This visit was just not the usual visit for me.

Very rude woman working there right now! My mother went in to inquire about a car battery and right off the bat the lady was like "well I can't do it right now!!" Etc etc. My mother said "you don't even know if you have it in stock yet" Then turned around and left. She has someone rude every time we go to this one so we had stopped coming but she really needed a new battery this morning so that's why she even stopped. Anyway, She went to the other one on Western Blvd and had an amazing experience there!

This store is well managed, with an excellent staff. Everytime I walk in there it feels like I am greeted as if I am family. Also, their knowledge about automotive repair is top notch, I have never been lead astray about parts or service just to make a sale. All together, I very rarely shop at other auto parts stores. Any price match or discount cannot replace the customer care I receive here.

Went in to return a warranty fuel pump and was told him to leave and just throw it away Instead of returning it. Went to the location on western and they helped by actually looking and helping me.

Very wonderful experience. Steven and Trell helped me with my needs looking for parts for my truck. Both very knowledgeable, polite and went the extra mile. Best auto zone store in ONSLOW COUNTY NC.

I needed some new wiper blades. So I checked the price and it was going to cost me about $40 for 3. I went to Walmart and saved quite a bit of money and still purchased brand name products.I know AutoZone will put them on for me but I didn't think it was worth that much extra.The staff was very helpful and polite while showing me where they were and assisted me with finding out the size I needed.

I've never had an issue here! Its a great place to buy car products. Most the people are knowledgeable! Given that some people don't have car knowledge they are still decent at figuring stuff out! One of my favorite autozones!

Got the exact parts I needed (nothing special really, just some air filters), as well as a Haynes manual. I was slightly surprised that the attendant helping me had never looked into said maintenance manuals before, however it did not influence my purchase.

Ordered a part on the phone for pickup and when i got there, there was a lady (manager who took the order) and she literally told me there was no order put in. She seemed all over the place and a bit jittery. I told her; "I'm sorry ma'am, but you are the one who took my order less than an hour ago." She then looks at me oddly and says "I dont remember that but whats the part you need for what vehicle? Ill see if we have it in stock." I just faceplamed myself, bought the part and left bewildered. I still wonder to this day just what was that lady on?

Needed two filters. Told the sales person what I needed, he looked them up, retrieved them from the shelf, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Great customer service.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and professional staff. Good range of products for popular vehicles. Great discount deals full synthetic oil with a free STP filter. I saved at least $20 buying my oil from them. They also do free used oil disposal recycling.

Always great service and knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend for basic repair at home parts or parts to take to a mechanic. Much cheaper than paying for the parts at the mechanic themselves.

Thank you for the free diagnostics read, as I'm traveling and didn't know what to expect since not all states provide the service at no charge. Marcus was knowledgeable in the F150 Fx4 department and enlightened me as we both have experienced the same issues with our '05. Thanks for the free and valuable information!!!!!!!
