There prices were very high for a thermostat $192 advanced auto $120. Scan the codes they were wrong and said they can't reset the code, took battery wire off for 2 hrs, fixed the PROBLEM then drove 13 hours, florida was an error.THANKS YOU TUBEE

There are many Auto Zones in Jacksonville, but I prefer to come here because of the awesome service I get. John, one of their long time employees knows me well by now and consistently provides great service and excellent advice. Makes coming back here a no brainer. It s great to deal with people who you have known for years and can quickly resolve an issue. Thanks John!

Had a check engine light come on our vehicle. The employee was pretty awesome in checking it out for me and even provided a print out of the problem, that I could compare with the dealerships diagnosis. It was the same problem. Employee was great to deal with, I will return to this store in the future.

The people working there are great. Really good hardworking people. But they are short staffed. I hope that they hire soon to be able to assist customers in a more timely manner and not let them have to stop them to get any help like I had to. Like I was interrupting them.

The sales associate had what I was interested in a video surveillance camera . I almost didn't buy it at first bc u gotta buy the SD card separately. However the associate said sd card is only to record things. I bought it so I can keep an eye on my mother who has dementia

Today was my first time there. The guy who helped me was wonderful & so kind! I wish I knew his name to give him direct credit for exceptional customer service. He helped me choose a new battery for my car, took the old one out & put the new one in. I felt so bad because he finally finished a little after the store closed. Thankful!

The people that work there are so extremely friendly, most are super knowledgeable, and very very helpful. They do lots of testing for free, and helped us a little to get the alternator out while we waited on our battery to recharge. They are so delightful and really care. I am always impressed with their service

When I walked into this AutoZone store #439 on Western Blvd yesterday looking for the right headlight bulb for my car. I had know clue my father loves this store and it's the only one he will go to. My low beam bulb had went out so he advised me to go and get what I needed. When I tell you the atmosphere in the store was very nice and professional. I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Mike Lopez who greeted me with a smile his customer service and knowledge of what I needed was on point. He explained to me all the different types of bulbs I could get for my car and explained the difference and was very patient with me as I knew nothing about the bulbs. Thank you Mr. Lopez for your great customer service.

Autozone has always treated me well. Decent prices and so far reliable parts. As long as you know somewhat of what your looking to they can help. They arent all professional mechanics so sometimes it's like asking a McDonalds employee a fine dining question but that's expected. Customer service was amazing and the store looked pretty clean and in order.

The customer service is extremely poor. Stood in line to be helped for 30 minutes while one employee worked the counter. The other employees wondered around doing other things other than helping customers. Don t go here because they don t give a F about making the customers happy. If I could give no star rating I would

I couldn't tell who was staff, but maybe that's because I lost my glasses! The service was amazing, and the staff was everything you would want. I have a hurt foot and cant carry heavy things. The staff member immediately offered and came through with getting my new intake to the truck! All Autozones I have been to are amazing!

5 auto parts stores, no one understood what a water pump mounting hardware kit was. This place totally hooked us up. Knowledgeable employees and great service! We got everything we needed! It was great because we broke down on a road trip and were needing assistance.

Same customer service everywhere right now.... very new slow, but working trying.and polite, i only give 3 stars because their system had lost record of me purchasing a 500$ part the has lifetime warrenty and i was in desperate need to use the warrenty(within its requirements to do so) and the night could not have cared at all it seemed nor or less pawning off the harder work of finding my purchase.on.file.to.the day crew'

Very unhappy right now,Paid for 2 new knock sensors for my truck and took them to a mechanic only to find that although they charged me for 2 sensors they only gave me 1 because there was only 1 in stock. Now I'm paying an additional 200 out of pocket for extra sensors at the mechanic because of this mistake the cashier made.

Majority of the staff was on point. Like the person that helped me. The only reason for four stars instead of five, One of the employees tone when asking a question to another customer was not ok with me!! His statement was SO are you buying this part or NOT?? Get out of the customer service business if you have no patience!!

Great service even when they make a mistake. A part I ordered was misrepresented on the website but they still called around to 5 different stores to get me what I needed. Fantastic job overall. Ask for J, he's the man!
