Went in for a new battery and received excellent service from the knowledgeable and friendly staff. These folks know their stuff and are very helpful with identifying problems, making recommendations, and even working under the hood. Was in and out with a new battery installed within 10 mins. Look no further - come here for your auto part needs.

This review is for the person that complained yesterday I was there for one hope was helping the older gentleman and he was in a good mood she helped him for everything he needed two you need to know what you need when you come in there and if it exists or not. Three you need to look around before you start mumbling vulgar stuff or wait till you get out the store Hope was very professional trying to help you out and I bet you still ain't found that part you're looking for

Every time we go in this autozone when either Hope or the male manager are working, I think his name is Terry, we are met with very unappealing customer service. The latest visit we walk in to Hope assisting an older gentleman at the self checkout, she was making him look like a moron bc the checkout screen was acting up, he looked back at us in surprise and was obviously confused at the situation. She finishes with him, and asks us if we need help, in a very condescending attitude. We step up seeing as we were in line waiting, and I ask her to pull up a part I'm looking for. She tells me she has never heard of the part being on both sides of the vehicle, and I told her I was just under the car and the part is on both sides. So she very dismissively says there is only one side available, I say okay and walk out. After too many encounters with these two members of management trying to make everyone feel like idiots, I felt like it was enough. I go to this autozone primarily bc we have a family friend who is also a manager here. I have more personal experiences but this review is long enough.

My low beam headlight quit working on my car and I went to AutoZone to get it replaced an encountered the most friendly customer service/sales rep-- her name is Hope. I told her how I was scared to drive at night for I could barely see and and had planned to go to a mechanic to get it fixed the next day and she immediately said..."I can fix that for you" and she did in less than 10 minutes! Now this I call world class customer service!! Hope is a great asset!

I knew the name of what I needed, but nothing else(i dont know much about cars). I was totally lost, but the lady who helped me find what I needed no problem and helped me change what needed to be replaced. 10/10 recommended this spot awsome costumer service.

I m not one to bash people or leave bad reviews because I believe that you never know what people are going through in their day. However I must share that my visit to this store today was very unpleasant. I called ahead to call and ask and make sure it was okay to change out my battery seeing that my husband has a warranty on it. The person that answered our call was a manager named Hope and while she did come off rude over the phone and made sly remarks we let it slide & just headed over to the store. Upon arrival we were met by Hope once again and she was very condescending and just very unpleasant to us. I am writing this review not to bash you but if you happen to read this to make you aware that you were not nice to us. There wasn t a single reason for you to be rude and condescending to us so I hope you take this and try to do better Hope.

Domnic and Joshua were very helpful and professional employee's that could have not done anything more for me than they already did. Those guys were awesome and deserve a pay raise!!

I had an amazing experience !!! I came in just 30 minutes before they were about to close & Mr. Wayne greeted me as soon as I walked in. I needed a headlight for my car and he was detailed and thorough. Even though he was busy , he took the time to switch out the headlight anyway. I was extremely grateful. Definitely going back for my car needs .

Came in last Monday with my Dad to get my battery checked. Carl was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He switched out my battery with the new one as well. We will definitely continue to recommend AutoZone & know where to go in town if we need some help. Thank you, Carl!

A huge thank you to Amy for doing my wipers. This is why I always come to your store! I want to acknowledge Hope as well. Also, thank you ladies for seeing that I had no idea what I needed. You jumped in and under the guise of chit chat got me what I needed. I so hate feeling like a big dummy. I don't ask questions for fear of feeling stupid. But, Not at your store! Your easy going positive attitudes are appreciated. This Grandma loves you guys.

Wayne the parts manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and easy to understand. Even though this store is farther from where we live we will definitely come back here for our Auto needs. Thanks Wayne, you're a good guy!

Ran a free diag on my car to recieve codes and few possible issues. Very helpful staff, manager Scott Is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sherry is very helpful. The whole experience was very very satisfying

Ms.Sherry was soooooooo amazing!! I had a horrible morning and needed a jump and once I arrived at Auto Zone she came to my rescue and was so knowledgeable and friendly and showed me what I need to do for future reference and what to buy! She absolutely turned my frown to a smile! Customer service was absolutely the best! If I could give you ten stars I would! Women empowerment! Awesome job! Thank You once again! She is sooo sweet! Keep spreading kindness the world needs it!

Usually I can find what I need even if the placement of an item doesn't make sense. Older gentleman, probably hard of hearing since his booming voice hurt my ears. Not the smartest guy to help me out seeing as he was gunning to leave work for the day considering I had some questions and needed a little time. Rushed out and told me to ask the other staff for help. Extremely unprofessional. The other two staff were very nice. Both answered my questions. The younger gentleman, was barely out of high school. But he was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me so much that my truck ran smoother than when I pulled up. Jason is definitely a keeper. I hope that he is able to rise someday as a manager. Either way I hope that Jason is appreciated as a valued employee, thanks so much!

I went to this AutoZone hoping to solve my battery issues and with the help of Wayne I was able to get a new battery installed right away! He was the biggest help and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to anyone. Such a great experience. Thank you again Wayne for saving the day!

Wow! Stellar out of this world customer service from Amy at Auto Zone. Phenomenal experience! I cannot say thank you enough about how well she handled the situation, even in the rain and wind. So thankful for her help! This is why I continue to be a loyal customer. She exhibited great leadership qualities.

I had some problems with my battery last night and had to go get another one. The stuff was AMAZING! One employee in particular went up and beyond what she had to to help me out. Big thank you to Amy for helping me get all the corrosion off my old battery so we can switch them out and a few other small issues we were having. She was so so helpful and truly an amazing employee. Whatever y all are paying her, it s not enough.

My battery died, so I called the store, they had one in stock, but I had to wait to get a jump. After I got a jump, I scrambled to get there before they closed. At 7 minutes before they closed, I arrived. Asked them if I was too late for a battery install. We can stay late the young lady said. At 9:10 I was leaving the store with a new battery !!! Can t thank the people that assisted me enough!!! Definitely went above & beyond! !

Stellar service!! Mom's car needed some love. Went in for oil, but remembered wipers were SHOT! Amy, was conducive to finding the correct/best (opinion) wipers for vehicle.(22" both sides) She made sure I didn't forget, and leave without my wiper fluid.(needed) The 2nd employee, Hope, was assisting another patron. When finished, she greeted me with a smile and a "have a good day." You too Hope, you too. Amy followed me outside where she expertly switched out the wipers while showing me quick tips about them. Outstanding! 10/10 def will return! -Scott

I needed to puchase a car battery today. Even though the store was short on staff, Wayne took the time to install the battery. He did a great job and was fiinished in a flash. His experience and professionlism was obvious. Thank you for helping me today.

Went in about 30 min ago the lady in a gray shirt and blonde hair with braids was helping my husband and I, she was incredibly RUDE. I went in to ask for rear break pads for 2006 Dodge Charger and she kept asking me all these questions so I put my husband on the phone and she started arguing and slamming her hands on the counter while talking to him (with other customers standing behind me) I ve worked in customer service for 5 years and didn t know this is how we treat customers now while my husband was being respectful??? It s funny how she supposedly knew what she was talking about trying to argue with my husband about break pads and rotors when he clearly said he doesn t need rotors more than once. She also got a few phone calls while I was talking with her and someone called and after she hung up she said seriously just google it and rolled her eyes. but once we took our business to advanced auto zone across the street they knew exactly what my husband was talking about and helped us! (: my husband and I will never be going to this auto zone again.
