For 50 bucks I'd figure they would do a good job but not the case left unfinished. What a rip off

I received the best service today from this business. My dog had an accident in the front seat of my car, I called and spoke to a gentleman named Anthony who was very kind and helpful. I went in shortly after to have my seats cleaned, the manager evaluated my car, was very kind and helpful, and gave me a quote. My car was taken care of in a very short wait. I m so grateful they were able to help me, the staff were all helpful and kind. Definitely will return again.

I used to love this place last time I was stationed in the area. Hadn t been there since mid 2019, and today I really needed them but got turned away because it might rain. I don t want my boys to get wet Driving home it hit me: Can you wash and detail cars without getting wet? They lost a good customer and great tipper.

BUYER BEWARE I ve gave this place several tries hoping I was just catching the wrong person or a bad time. I ve even tipped each person after asking them to fix the mistakes which they still did not fix. I ve NEVER ONCE left here satisfied in the 5-6 times I ve been. I ve spent $60 each time by getting the number 1 that includes everything in the inside and out cleaned. Plus I always buy 3 car fresheners. Today is my LAST TIME COMING HERE EVER! I am not exaggerating when I say you will waste your time and money coming here. Todays pictures is exactly how I ve had to leave in the past. The rims were still dirty. The very back of my Murano was never even vacuumed. The console nor my dash was cleaned thoroughly. I m so upset I came back and was treated the way I was. The guy had the nerve to be upset with my because I told him I was not tipping this time. Every time I ve been and seen different people and this is the result in the photos. I wasn t even there an hour and the guy said he worked over an hour on it. There wasn t anyone else there he had to rush for. I said I wasn t in a hurry and I needed a deep vacuum and deep wipe down since I ve been unable to clean it due to health reasons. NEVER AGAIN!! Please believe me you won t be satisfied! I try to give folks a chance and not complain but this is ridiculous that I ve gotten this results every timeServices: Full body wash, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I just had to give my review of the Auto Brite on Country Club Road in Jacksonville. I hadn't been there for awhile and my car was a mess. Seriously!Anthony was the attendant that finished cleaning my car after it was washed. He really took his time to insure the job was done to perfection. And it WAS perfect! He even had a towel waiting for me so I could wipe my feet prior to getting into the driver's side. I was extremely impressed with Anthony.

I Have been a Jacksonville Auto Brite customer for many years Before I went this morning I checked their website for their Opening time. While I was checking I read some of the customer comments, and wondered if there was another one in Jville. I have always gotten good service and a quality cleaning. Tim handled my final cleaning, and I was very happy with what he did. Come on people, you get what you pay for. Worth the Price of a #3. UPDATE....Mgr has agreed to look at my vehicle in the morning and is having someone review the recordings. I will amend my review if this is worked out peacefully and to my satisfaction. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was at this location today (11/3/23) around 12:30 for a carwash. I got home to find numerous scratches along the passenger side And drivers side of my BLACK truck. Fairly significant paint damage. When I called them the manager on duty was very short with me and became defensive saying there is nothing in the wash that would have cause it. She further advised IF she had time she would look at the cameras later today. NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION!! You guys will be hearing from my attorney!Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I went today for a basic wash for my suv. I have used Auto Brite for years and I ve always been satisfied until today! I went inside to pay for my wash and there wasn t anybody inside so I walked out the front door and stood (my ride was there in her truck) and Kristen who I later find out www a cashier came out from the side telling me not to drop my truck off. That s fine, but I merely told her that the sign by the register says no drop offs for an extended period of time and that they need to update it. The lady was the rudest person I ve ever encountered! Kristine came from the side of the building yelling & pointing at the door telling me to read! When I walked to the back to get my vehicle the manager approached me( she didn t have any attitude) and was asking me what happened/ the worker walked back there still screaming and yelling telling the manager that she was not going to wash my vehicle. I told the manager that I didn t have an issue about staying, but the employee had no right to approach me the way she did. The manager told her to be quiet but she proceeded arguing to herself bc I didn t even respond.. I did call corporate to complain, but I really feel like this woman approached me the way she did because I was a black woman. I did ask an employee if she was always behaves like that & he said yes! There was absolutely no reason for her to be so irate and disrespectful over a sign! I m also confused how she tells me what she isn t going to do and she wasn t a manager to make that decision! The manager didn t even refuse service to me. If this is the type of treatment black healthcare professionals receive here the. I will not be spending my money there again. A free car wash is not compensating the disrespectful manner in which I was approached with today.

The first person who detailed my vehicle did a horrible job although I tipped her anyway. When I asked to speak to the manager, he and another employee re-detailed my car with more attentiveness and had a great attitude about it. Very courteous and kind. Did an excellent job and I really appreciate the manager stepping up to right the wrong as I paid for the most expensive detail package on the service menu. I tipped the manager and the other employee, also. Will be returning to have my vehicle washed and detailed.

I maintain my car really well and usually do what I went here to have done myself at a more superior car wash down the street to avoid businesses such as this one cutting corners and charging a lot of money for cheap low class service. Due to personal reasons I wasn t able to do it myself this time so I decided to go here. THE WORST MISTAKE I COULD VE MADE!!! After being told my car was finished it was parked right to the door. Upon exiting the business it didn t take me a hot second to see the corner cutting. My windshield window was screaming smeared up and totally untouched. I immediately went and found the lady I seen detailing my car and asked why wasn t my windshield window cleaned? First she said it was I said no mam it was not anytime I could see it from standing in front of it it definitely wasn t cleaned. She then said she made a mistake and cleaned it with windshield washer fluid but forgot to do something! She did apologize but to me it was neither here nor there as I then checked the rest of what should ve gotten done and seen there was several other things missed. I still had bug residue on my front bumper my floor mats wasn t hooked to stay in place I still had dirt under and around my gas pedal and between crevices my door jams wasn t wiped down I still had dirt on bottom of interior doors which wasn t wiped down either to add insult to injury I paid an extra $5 for armor oil on my tires but my rims was still dirty and wet. I then asked why wasn t my rims dryed and cleaned also? She said they don t clean rims even though I was never told that before they touched my car and certainly wouldn t have gave them another $5. What car wash don t clean rims but slap armor oil on your tires as if your wheels isn t part of exterior cleaning??!! My tires was still dripping wet with armor oil that was so over sprayed I ended up having to wipe my car down again when I got home as it got all over my windows and car. While pointing all these things out to her the manager/owner whomever that clown was had the nerve to butt in and had the nerve to have a problem with me addressing her with the poor service and pretended like he was going to fix what wasn t right but the next thing I knew he told me to leave and get off his property!!!! I then told him he was even worst than the poor low class service she gave me and I had no problem leaving but refund either all or half of my money back then! He then said no and he was calling the police. I said fine call them I ll stay until they get here as I don t know when it became a crime to pay for a service they botched up and could clearly see then refuse to fix it or give me all or some of my money back as I requested. He said that wasn t the first time he s dealt with a problem with a customer that rose to the same extent with him using the police on speed dial when someone complain even though it s not a free service. After he called police he stood there while I explained to them what the problem was and never tried to contradict any of it as for starters even the police could at least see the bug residue still on the front bumper. He was asked if he was willing to fix what was wrong by the police at which time he said he would fix what was wrong but I happily in a hurry declined and said I get better satisfaction leaving him nor anyone else at this establishment will never touch my vehicle again! The moral of the story is go here you ll get low class service and the cops called if you complain!!! The worse detailer every, I paid for the works and got a mess my car had grass after being vac , bird poo , streaks on windows, just awful and the manager had the never to offer me a free car wash how about i get what i paid for i will never never come here again how are they still in business, after so many years and please don't pay in advance, because then your stuck tring to get them to fix it , and they better not be looking for tip.

This place deserves 0 stars. I went for a wash and vacuum and started to walk across the street to grab something from a store. This Krystal person followed me out stating you can t leave your car, I then turned around asking if I m being held captive and she said you can just take your car and leave. Should of been the end of discussion right? But this very unprofessional manager proceeds to yell God don t like ugly and spew obscenities and racial slurs. She followed me to the back of the building yelling and acting like a complete animal. When I asked her name she said it doesn t matter, I m a manager I walked out and she proceeded to stick her tongue out at me via the window and flick me off like a child. When I pulled my phone out to record her behavior she ran off. And to think this was a manager behaving in this way. In front of other customers as well.

Asked that they vacuum my car and clean the windshield and all they did was spray the mats off. Sand is still on seats and the carpet under the mat. The windshield is still covered in bugs. I was charged $13 and they didn t do much at all. Go to a competitor because this was a rip off.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

I went to have my SUV washed and vacuumed (full service) back in July. When I received my vehicle back at first glance it looked great. After I left and stopped to get gas I checked my trunk and it was untouched even though I specifically asked that vacuuming the trunk was included in the service I requested (it was the main reason I was there since I was 36 weeks pregnant and difficult for me to do myself). I went back and said, Hey, I was just here getting my vehicle cleaned do you mind wiping down my trunk there are still paw prints on my plastic floor cover. An employee came out with me to my car and while he was wiping out the paw prints he noticed that it wasn t cleaned at all. The gentleman that was assisting me wound up being Anthony, the manager. He was so kind and courteous to me which I greatly appreciated! He took my SUV back through and had it vacuumed again. Then he had me check it out before I left to make sure I saw the great job that had been done. Because of Anthony s excellent customer service I will be going back when I need my vehicle cleaned again!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

We went to Autobrite on Sunday the 6th of November for a full detail (#1) and was told they weren t doing #1 or #2 cleanings due to being short staffed. We were second in line. The vacuuming was half done and the fragrance was not added. That is my only complaint. The young man that finished the detailing did a great job. The two young men that were there were busting their behinds to do the job. Kudos to the ones that showed up for work. Still, hands down, the best detailing facility in the area.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

This has to be the WORST experience I ve ever had with car detailing. I paid for the detail and tipped before they ever brought the car out. HUGE MISTAKE. When the lady brought my car around literally looked like all they had done was a normal car wash that they charged me $127 for originally the guy said $119. Mind you I have a Toyota Corolla. No stains were pulled from the seat, a puddle of water was left in my emergency brake, the doors were not even wiped, the lint from the blue rags they used was left all over the car. Worst part is after the car sat it smelled like fish. Apparently this can happen from mixing chemicals. Terrible smell I brought it back to Auto Brite .all the lady did was spray odoban all throughout the car. So now the car has an overwhelming smell of odoban and fish. Worst part is I get motion sickness from riding and intense smells make it worse. I cannot even drive my car a mile without getting sick. I now have to pay someone else to remove the odor from the car. Save your money the mobile car washes take more pride in their work and actually do a good job instead of just trying to take your money.Service: Auto detailing

I've came here twice, both times there was an excess of dirt inside and black marks/stains on the hood and outside. My car was still dirty after getting the deluxe wash. I was cleaning the car myself on site and wiping the seats (they have a policy to not clean the seats) and dash since it was all dusty still, to ensure it was ok before driving off. If you want something quick/in and out, this is the place. If you want something in great detail, to impress; look elsewhere.

The place was packed full of people getting the full blown interior and exterior clean, but my car was done in just about ten minutes. Reasonable pricing and most of the employees were great. All I got was the exterior wash because I prefer to clean my own interior, so they quickly and efficiently took my car around all the cars getting the vacuum done. Only thing I didn't like was when I got home I noticed one spot they missed drying. Update, it rained and now there's streaks all over my windshield. Very annoying

Every time I bring my car here I m satisfied. Deep cleaning done by hand at an affordable price. The attention to detail is what makes this place stand out. Smelled like pot in the front office. Stunk like sour swamp water outside the office. Waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me. Even though an employee came behind the counter , he never acknowledged me nor asked if I needed to be helped. I finally left and went to the car wash down the road.

I was scared to bring my car here after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I picked it up and it was like new. Washed and detailed top to bottom. They charge $10 extra for leather seats but it is well worth it. Ronnie is the one who completed my car and I made sure to tip. I recommend him. I also went at a slow time (a Tuesday morning - I'm a nurse and have random days off) so this may have helped because they were not rushed. When I picked it up I did have to wait 10-15 mins to be checked out. They may have been short staffed because there was no one at the register. Overall a good experience and will go back.

They did a great job. My only complaint would be that it took awhile. I did get an oil change and car wash. If they had a few more employees they could probably get the cars done quicker. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, too.

The very first time I brought my truck here, I was greeted by what seemed to be a high school kid, but he was very polite. After giving me my ticket and pulling my truck around, I walked inside and paid $20 for the wash. 10 minutes later, someone else came up to me and told me that my truck wouldn't fit in the wash because my tires were too big, and that they (obviously) weren't going to be able to wash it. I paid with my debit card and they wouldn't give me a cash refund, but they told me it would be put back on my card. That never happened, so I basically just paid $20 for nothing. Just wish someone would have told me they couldn't wash my truck BEFORE they pulled it around and I paid for the wash. I got over that and went back a couple months later, this time after getting new (smaller) tires. They did a good job washing my truck, but did a very poor job vacuuming and wiping it down. Still had some dirt under my floor mats and water marks all over the exterior. My truck is black and I'm extremely picky, since everything is a lot more noticeable on black vehicles. Definitely not a wash/vacuum worthy of $20.

I give 10 STARS people with the low stars Check it ouT u get what u pay for ok so if u get a regular full service that just a basic regular car wash so don't expect like presiclla wanting the rims spotless and cup holders if u look in her pictures u will see trash and change IN HER lil changecup holder auto Brite is not responsible for wiping down where yur change and trash is comon so Priscilla there is yur answer!!
