This place should be blacklisted doing this to our nation's military. They saved me a truck while I drove to Marine Federal to apply for a loan and they sold the vehicle under me. After I returned they said the guy went to go get gas when really he was hiding inside. Bunch of cowards. Nobody deserves this. I pray you all get your deserved karma especially you Derek.

Very good and honest salesman. The truck I got have had for a year and running great. Good dealership and if ever needed another vehicle this is definitely where I would go!

Derek was a gentleman who is very patient and knowledgeable about all of his vehicles. He was extremely patient and very forthcoming about the cars that he has on his lot. He offered us to take the car for a test drive and even gave us a history lesson which made us feel at ease. No pressure and very confident! I highly recommend going to Derek if you need a car!

These folks sold me a Dodge Ram at a good fair price. Much lower than what the competition was asking for. I shopped around & I always heavily look into something before I buy it. The truck still runs great to this day, even after pushing harder than it was designed for.Great truck, friendly, & helpful.2 years later I called them up & asked for some info on the sale in case I need it to transfer to title to another state. He was very helpful & took time out to look it up & offered to even fax & mail it to me. I'd recommend them.

very personable salesman not a big selection of vehicles. most are high mileage but found what I was looking for with low milage and a good price. know what you are looking at when purchasing a vehicle dont expect a brand new car at a used car lot. I would recommend this place as long as you aren't looking for a vehicle with high mileage to be perfect. took a long test drive to make sure no issues at all with vehicle and salesman wasn't pushy or trying to hide anything

Friendly and outstanding staff. There was a small issue with the truck I bought but when it came to talk numbers it was fixed right there on the spot from the mechanic with no additional fees.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went to this dealer and asked to see a vehicle and test drive. He was the owner and was very rude to me. He told me his cars are fine and do not need to be test drove, maybe I should go to another dealership because his cars are in perfect condition. Mind you I am a woman who was alone, 5'0 nothing and obviously needing assistants in this situation. He walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. SOO UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DEGRADING. DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Sold me a Corolla advertised as inspection ready and safe for use. Check engine light came on the same day . My mechanic said the codes were cleared and it needs a new MAF sensor. That s a couple hundred to replace. Despite the cost they were very rude when negotiating and walking off in the middle of conversation post offer. Very unprofessional environment. Do not waste your time.!

Don't buy a vehicle here, at All-Star Auto, before having it thoroughly inspected by an outside mechanic. I chose to take them at their word when they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle, and then took my newly purchased car to a reputable, highly-rated shop in town a few days later. I had noticed the handling was loose, and that the engine ran a tad rough. Several things were found to be wrong, and I was allowed to look at the problem parts prior to removal from the vehicle. The final bill was $1,080. I brought the paid, detailed invoice back to All-Star Auto and was told that the shop which had completed the repairs was outright lying, and that I had been scammed. I guess the much improved handling and drive of the car was just a placebo effect? Thanks for your commitment to excellence, All-Star Auto Sales. I apologize for trusting you.

Terrible customer service. Sell cars with mechanical problems and passes inspections on vehicle's that are not safe for the road and would not past a real certified inspection else where for example the car that was sold to us had a power steering hose leak loosing power steering pressure and a ceased oil plug and many other mechanical issues not brought to our attention at time of sale they say "sold as is" but they do not tell you what is wrong with the vehicle's which they are aware of because they perform their own inspections. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I will be reporting to DMV inspectors they are passing inspections on unsafe vehicle's.

Okay so what I thought was pretty odd was that I went there to look at a gti and he let me start it up and there on the screen it said check coolant and I asked if there was a coolant leak and he said nope, doesn t overheat like okay buddy that wasn t really my question but that was a big lie right there because I asked him if I could test drive it (2 times) and he declined. I bet there s a coolant leak that s why he won t let me drive it otherwise the engine overheats and will smoke. And from what i ve heard he lies to everyone abojt the problems of the car.

Hope I haven t spoken to soon .... but I bought a 2005 Camry with decent low miles ....and I m pleased ! Had my car for a month now drove it to raliegh and newbern (with no problems at all) I love my car .... I pray it last me for a great while until it s time for something new again :) the salesman seemed very nice as well :)

We bought a car in mid September. That night the radiator blew up. They offered to repair it. One day after getting the vehicle back the pin on one of the brake calipers fell out while we were driving. We fixed it ourselves. Two days later the water pump went bad. They refused to fix it or give us our money back on the vehicle. Within a single week of regular driving the car became the most expensive lawn ornament ever. We don't have the $600 to get it fixed. All Star is an all time con job and should be listed as one of the most crooked used car dealerships in Jacksonville. DO NOT BUY EVEN A LUG NUT FROM THESE CROOKS.

Although I feel I got a pretty good deal on my Dodge Ram the truck has since been giving me so many problems and it is now at the auto shop because it kept stalling, they told me the truck was used for transporting parts all the time but since I have had it, it just got worse and worse. Please look closely into what you buy before you buy folks. Thank you.

Employee uses the company name to attempt to purchase furniture on private sale sites. We settled on a price for an item and I held it for the guy to pick up, then he sayes he wants to pay 25% under what we agreed on, on the day of pick up. Spoke to a manager who claimed it was the employees "personal account", yet it is clearly listed as coming from the dealership. Seems like sleazy car dealer practices in the works here. I wouldn't trust this place to by a car from if they have these poor practices outside of the car industry and haggling and low balling over furniture.

DONT DO IT DON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT Said nothing was wrong with the truck, said if anything wrong will fix it just bring back. Went back and said thats not what he said. A piece of junk. And got the nerve to say he is a preacher for inmates. Lord help. If I could I would say 0 stars. DONT DO IT.

Biggest crooks in Jacksonville NC. They sell vehicles that are days to months away from costly repairs and refuse to disclose at time of sale. When you turn to them for resolution on the costly repairs they act like it's your fault for buying the vehicle.

I wanted to test drive a vehicle and also let my dad test drive it bc I don't know alot about cars and I was unable to bc I was told they had too many accidents and they would rather it be test driven only ounce. I never heard that before

Bought a car here for $6k and 2 days later, the check engine light came on, then when i called them the day they asked me to call back, the person on the phone copped an attitude on me.

Bought a van here I was told there was nothing wrong me and my wife paid full cash and the same day we bought it it broke down at the gas station not to far from it we spoke to the man who sold it to us an told us there was nothing he can do we bought it as is .

If you want to waste your money and time the owner Jimmy is the crook you want to ask for by name....I honestly wouldn't send my worst enemy there....
