I have been to the location many times and always had great service - today was even better. Josue was just amazing. He helped us fix our problem with excellent customer service and kindness. He even walked me through using the app and showed me all of the benefits. Recommend this location!

Great prices, especially if you order online and pick up in store. There is almost always a 15 or 20% off coupon that can be used if you order that way. Staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. They are my go-to local auto parts store.

They say you can tell a lot about the employees by looking around parking lot. Well the area was spotless outside and inside. While making a purchase earlier today my brother left his wallet. Mr. Jose went above and beyond to get in contact with him. His whole life was in that wallet and the efforts that Mr Jose when through to get it back to him was above and beyond what is expected.

Just had the quickest, and most delightful change of my wiper blades ever! Patrick was a joy to work with, and even found a way to make my back one work, despite it being a random type. Thanks! Definitely will be back! Highly recommend as I've spent many of days at auto parts stores while doing motor rebuilds and such, and no one was as eager and happy to help. Usually you have to ask and try to pry them away from day dreaming. So that in itself was a surprise and much appreciated! And while I can do the wipers on my own, he was so quick and I'm not ruining my clothes with that black grim from them. So many thanks! :)

I went in knowing I needed a new battery yesterday. Unfortunately, I let things go for so long that everything was badly corroded causing my cable terminals needing replacement plus I needed a new kit to secure my battery in place. Patrick waited on me and went above and beyond to change everything out for me right there in the parking lot. I thought everything would be much more expensive than it was. Everything was so affordable and Patrick fixed my car quickly and had me on my way. Thank you so much for being so awesome! I will definitely come back for all my car needs!

I visited the store to drop off a fed ex package a few weeks ago. The employees were so nice that I decided to go back when my battery was dead this morning.Patrick was kind, funny and knowledgeable. I was having a rough morning and his upbeat personality paired with an efficient and easy battery change turned my day right around!

I went to get a new battery, after having trouble with mine. Patrick and Larry were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Patrick was super friendly and so helpful this evening. I am on Social Security and had a flat tire. He let me use his air pump. I will go back to this store on Wednesday and purchase one to keep in my car.I can't find the words to praise him enough. If only all customer service and sales people were as nice as Patrick, it would be a better world! God Bless You Patrick!

I needed some fuel injectors for a 28 year old truck. No one in town had them in stock, so they ordered them from a warehouse and gave me a price. After a couple days, Jose called me and told me they couldn t get the original injectors we ordered .. but found them from another vendor at a better price, and they were ready for pickup. Big thank you to those guys up there for doing me a solid like that!

I was riding down the road in the ice storm. My wipers weren't working correctly, but Patrick help me get them fixed. I will always return to this location. They have always been nice, polite and helpful all the times I have visit. I am able to make it home safe thanks to Patrick.

Patrick replaced a friends battery in 20 minutes and got her on her way. I had jumped her car to get her there so I knew it was the battery. Patrick Ed cheerfully checked it out and confirmed what I knew. Recommend him for prompt, courteous service with excellent customer service skills.

Patrick went above and beyond to help us out this afternoon. Very friendly, cordial and respectful. Took the time to explain and talk us through a treatment for our vehicle. The other staff working were also amazing. Kenny is ok too but was not present lol.

I went here twice recently to get a car battery (two different cars) and the staff was super helpful. Specifically Ellis and Larry. They were very friendly and quick to look up what I needed and installed it for me with ease. Ellis chatted with me while he installed it and just made my time there better. Thanks for the help and great service.

I went today to buy wiper blades for our 2 vehicles. I dealt with Patrick. He was so helpful, friendly and professional. He put the wiper blades on my 1 vehicle, then I went back to him with our other vehicle. If all the Advance employees are like Patrick no wonder they have a ton of business!

Patrick, the store manager, as well as all of the other assosiates here have been nothing short of proffesional and helpful, offering great recommendations, speedy service with great attitudes.I really really appreciate advanced auto, I think I will always be loyal to a store that employs such great people.Anytime I have questions, I get the most informative responses, I've learned about batteries, alternators, how my electrical system works.. nothing short of awesome.

Patrick is amazing! I went in with my girlfriend helping her get use to maintaining her car so she took the lead looking for fuses, wiper blades, ect. Helped her a ton and even helped us out with what to do to check for issues with the cars horn, (relays and fuses were fine.) Best help to us both!

We stopped in to pick up a battery that we ordered online and pick up some windshield washer fluid. It was busy with a little bit of wait time, but the staff were incredibly kind and even installed the battery for us so we wouldn't have to. Great place for any parts you need, with quick and convenient service.

These five stars are for the rest of the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful with a smile, not including the skinny gray haired guy who is always in there being rude and condescending to people. He has had a very bad habit of seeming to know what he's talking about when he really doesn't and my mechanic has sent me in there to ask him for a specific thing quite a few times (i have two vehicles) and he always behaves that way. Word has gotten around town about how rude he is and I really do think that the manager or hiring manager needs to correct the situation. The hiring manager also needs to take a look at how many inactive commercial accounts that they have and then ask themselves why and take a look at this guy.

I phoned before hand to check they had what I needed. They were great in the phone, when I arrived, I spoke with the same gentleman, he got the item straight away and installed it on my vehicle for me. He even offered that I could stay inside in the AC as the temperature outside was in triple digits. Everything was fast and friendly. They did a great job.

Horrible workers there today. Wouldn t wait on us. Ignored us while the other guy worked with someone. Acted as we didn t walk in. Horrible service.

My battery died today. I was not even in thier lot. A store worker, Britt, walked with me all the way to my truck to trouble shoot my battery a few hundred yards away. All the diagnostics came back fuzzy, but she gave me advice that made all the difference. Because of her and this store, I was able to drive home and not get towed. She really went above and beyond, and the workers of the store were all very supportive. I can't thank her and the store enough. There are other places closer to me, but this is where I am going from now on.

Stopped in because the alternator I bought from Rockauto was the wrong one. Patrick was on it! He tracked down the right part and had me on my way in no time!
