Just want to give a huge shout out to Keith! He went above and beyond to help my mother and my husband find the perfect wind shield wipers for their cars. He also have great range of product reccomendations. Glad I listened to him about getting the 1 year warranty on my wind shield wipers because right when my husband tried to install the window wipers it broke. Thankfully we were able to replace them after it happened since we had the warranty. Keith even came out to assist us with installation of the windshield wipers since we could not figure out how to install them. Thanks again to Keith! We had an amazing customer service experience! Definitely will be back!

Stopped in to Advance Auto Parts because I was having issues with my battery. Patrick took great care of me. I was in and out so fast my head is still spinning. He diagnosed my old battery and told me a cell was gone. I got a new battery installed with a warranty. Patrick is a true professional and treated me well. Make sure you come here if you want stellar customer service. Thanks Patrick!

I came to this store yesterday to get some help and guidance on how to attempt to repair some damage to my vehicle that occurred over the holidays. The gentleman named Joe who assisted me deserves a raise! This man is a genuinely kind and good human being. He was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He even came out of the store with me to my vehicle looked at it, explained everything to me, helped me with it and I cannot say enough how amazing he made the experience for me. I was really upset and anxious regarding the damage. I know nothing about cars and my husband is deployed. Joe informed me he is a retired marine who served over 20 years and stated, "I hope that if my wife ever came to a store like this that someone would help her." It honestly made my day. We need more people like Joe! Thank you again for everything!

If I could give Jose 10 stars I definitely would. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in getting me back on the road in a timely manner. He even stayed about 15 minutes or so beyond his shift to make sure I was taken care of. Great service and employee.

Such a great employee. Keith R. Just met him this morning. Cannot say enough good things about this fine young fellow. Professional, quick, nice, dutiful, knowledgeable, efficient, polite.. The list goes on. They don't make enough people like this anymore. This guy was raised right and knows how to present himself well. I would do all I could to keep this guy on hand. Pay him extra! This morning, my battery chose to die. He was on task very quickly. He rung up my battery and had it installed correctly, the first time, with the anti corrosive and everything. At the end, he even asked, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" I was even to work on time. So thankful for people like this. Thank you Keith R.!

Anthony and Isabella are the best I stopped by with an issue with my battery last night they both were very kind and patient while assisting with resolving the issue I was having. They went above and beyond to make sure I made it home safe.I would recommend anyone to stop by Advance Auto on Western Blvd.

Employee Patrick was awesome, he checked my battery and cables because my vehicle shut off on me. Patrick tested everything and they all came back good but did notice my battery cable needed to be cleaned. As hot as it is outside today he went the extra mile to make sure I was good. I truly loved his customer service and him genuinely looking out. I'll definitely be coming back here to spend my hard earned money for the simple fact of his interaction with me today. I do applaud you Mr. Patrick.

I had an exceptional experience today with Patrick! I had issues with my battery and Patrick made sure I was getting the best deal possible by taking his time to look up prices and calling dealerships on my behalf. He took care of everything. I saved almost $200!! All in half hours time!! Thank you Patrick!!

Patrick went above and beyond what I feel is expected when purchasing windshield wipers. He not only found me the right ones but he was able to get my back wiper off that had basically grew into the car. Driving home in the rain I was amazed at how well I could see now. I definitely waited too long this time to replace them. He made it so much easier than it was the last time I replaced them myself. I can not thank him enough for his help.

I came here because my battery either dies or is really old that it wouldn t let me start my car. I think my employee named is Jose. He said he just switched to this store. Anyway, he was very kind and helpful. Really appreciate it!

Ace was absolutely wonderful. Great experience here. He tested my car battery once and asked if I could drive it some more and bring it back in for some due diligence testing. All for free. And after some more thorough testing - he helped me install a new car battery after looking at the options with me. Whole store was great with their humor and how helpful they were. Absolutely great experience here.

Stopped in today to have alternator tested. The store was busy but everyone had great attitudes. Cliff was amazing and didn't hesitate to help. Highly recommend this store!! Great job guys!!

My son and I went today and were happily greeted as soon as we walked in. Sadly I dont know the guys name but he was amazingly friendly and directed us to what we were looking for. I complimented him on his customer service and he thanked his parents for raisin him right!! In this day and age an employee like him is a treasure and hard to come by; which is sad. When I need anything else for my car this will be the place.....

The whole entire staff was awesome I couldn't ask for a better place for my truck to stall and stop running. I had to leave my truck there throughout the course of the day until my husband got home from work and him and our friend could come up and take care of it the staff helped us out kept me at the cool instead of stressing. We had to replace the alternator and a battery in my Dodge hemi

Huge shout out to the gentleman named Kevin who changed our car's battery last night. It was a really tricky one to figure out because it had been a while since the battery was checked and there were a few things that were making the change harder, but he helped us out I would say for maybe an hour, if not more, when it was cold and nighttime already! And he had a great sense of humor which was great because it was a stressful process. We really appreciate it.
