My husband and I were broken down around midnight in the middle of nowhere. Ryan quickly picked us up and towed our car. When he realized that we were from out of town, he offered to fix our car for a reasonable price rather than wait around all weekend at a dealership. He took us to the shop, evaluated the car and gave us an estimate on the spot. He waited with us until my parents were able to come pick us up (the live two hours away) and kept in contact with us all weekend as he repaired the vehicle. Despite staying up most of the night with us, he fixed our car by midday Saturday. Ryan was very professional, efficient and he gave us quality service at a fair price. We were so grateful for the service at Smith s auto, and wish that they could be our regular mechanics! Would use again, great people, fantastic service.

I have been taking my vehicle here for quite some time to get work done on it, and I ve never really had an issue. But the last time I look my vehicle in, I was charged for a service I did not consent too. When I picked up my vehicle for body work, they told me my oil was a bit low, so they had topped it off and charged me $10 for it. Although it s only $10, it rubbed me the wrong way. If they would ve called and asked me, I probably would ve given permission and it wouldn t have been an issue. But they never asked me, they just did it. It would ve been cool if they did it as a courtesy, but to charge a customer for a service they didn t agree too seems wrong to me. I think I will look elsewhere for mechanical services in the future. And that s a shame, because I used to like this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The lady at the front was rude rude rude! I work in the customer service industry and that is NOT how you treat people. It's a shame because you lost a customer. I was going to use this company to have my car repaired. It has multiple problems so they would have made a pretty penny off of me. But I'll take my money elsewhere to more professional people.

they will over charge you for repairs. their mechanics are under skilled and management doesn't care about problems only money
