The guys at Reflections Paint & Body Works LLC are the best in the biz! Incredible attention to detail and absolute professionals across the board.My car was transferred to them after an insurance dispute at a larger dealer shop. They were able to take my car in and get it back to how it looked the day I rolled it off the lot. The parts all look incredible, and the paint job my goodness the paint job is immaculate.Highly recommend Reflections. Great work. Went in on a referral from a co worker. As soon as they saw my car they explained that it wasn t safe to drive. Got me into the shop helped me locate a rental agency with an availability and kept me updated weekly until my car was ready.Would highly recommend everyone is polite and friendly as well.

Will and the team were absolutely great to work with. Our car had significant damage from a car accident (entire front end needed to be replaced) and not only did they do great work fixing the damage they went above and beyond for us to make sure every detail was covered. They were very transparent with everything that was needed and the timing of the repairs. They understood how traumatic of an event this was for our family and really went above and beyond to set our mind at ease that they would make our car look brand new and the absolutely delivered and far exceeded our expectations! After my car was hit in the rear I was recommended to this shop. From my first visit till they were done. They were wonderful, kind, professional and the best work ever. You can never tell it had been hit. With $1,000's of dollars worth of damage. I highly recommend this shop. My car is my baby and they took such good care of her. I have a 2002 T-BIRD, turquoise. She looks like she is off the showroom floor.hey even cleaned the inside. I have 2 classic cars and I will only go to them. I hope I never have to but if need be I will only take my cars to them. These guys took care of me. I wasn t expecting to be in two accidents in a few weeks span, but wasn t a good beginning to 2022. I own a Chevy so I called Abernathy to see if I could get an estimate, they no longer do body repair. So, they referred me to Reflections Paint and Body. I was nervous at first, it being a small business and not a dealership. The staff was so friendly, kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck, and just worked so well with my insurance company. I was so estatic when I got my truck back. My trucked looked brand new and they had washed and cleaned my interior. I give them hands down great customer service. I have never had a business person go out of their way to help me like this one did. My driver's side door need some work and after 2.5 hours of working on it in the driveway (their shop was too crowded) they sent me on my way with the door better than it was before. These people are terrific. I have only lived in North Carolina for a year and I didn't know where to go. I took a chance on them since the dealer who wouldn't help me recommended them and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for your service.

My work truck was hit and had to have the front end replaced. Will was a pleasure to work with and his customer service went above and beyond! The work his crew did was phenomenal and they were able to get it done and back to me in a timely manner which is difficult to do in todays world with all the supply issues! These folks were awesome, very professional and communicative. Had my 2020 Trailboss in for repairs after an accident and I couldn t have asked for a better and/or easier experience. They gave me back my truck in better condition entirely front to back than when I gave it to them! And I only had front end repairs done lol. Reflections repaired the collision damage on my brand new truck that was rear-ended. You can't tell that the truck was in an accident - excellent work and fantastic communication. Reflections believes in providing old fashioned customer service, which is rarely seen these days. I highly recommend this shop and suggest that you contact them if you need collision repairs or restoration work.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible customer service. Tried twice to get repair estimate, only to be told it will cost more than car is worth. Never gave a price. Will take car to Trick One or Wicked Kreations. I just wanted it fixed, not hoodooed about how old and value of my car. Avoid these people at all costs.

Will and his entire team at Reflections did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter's Honda Civic after an unfortunate collision. From the initial assessment to the finished product; they handled every aspect in the most professional and succinct manner. Expeditious is an understatement. The car looked better coming out than it did before it was wrecked; it actually looked brand new. From customer service, to body work, to mechanic work; this shop does it all, and they do it right! Hands down the best of the best!!! Quality work very detail oriented. I recently found some spots on my hood and had to have it painted. You literally cannot even tell, the paint was a perfect match and looks flawless! I cannot stress how simple this process was! Thank you guys for all that you do!
