They're very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. I've been taking my vehicles to them for years. It's my first choice for auto mechanics.

I am so very grateful to V-12 Motorsports for a job (VERY) well done on my 1996 XJS. The car had essentially been 'off the road' for nearly a year due to crippling ignition issues I had failed to get to the bottom of in all that time. I live 15 miles from the Virginia border, but the drive to Indian Trail was MORE than worth it to find someone with reliable diagnostic and repair abilities! (And ethic!)I had used a shop much closer to me in an effort to resolve this problem, without any success at all. Having the car for three weeks (and plenty of $$), they finally returned the car "mostly better". Except it was absolutely no better at all on this matter.So honestly, my hopes were not too high when I brought my 'baby' to these fine folks. But IMPRESSED is too mild a word to describe my feelings. Straightforward, insightful, professional, friendly, accommodating, and more. But mostly . . . FIXED!!! FINALLY!! :DI can't describe how happy I am now to see this car in my garage -- and feel completely free to jump in and JUST DRIVE! I'd nearly lost my affection for the car because it had become virtually a stationary ornament that no one else ever got to see. :/My most profound thanks to Dennis and Arthur (and the guys behind the scenes) for putting a huge, cheesy smile on my face again!!

Showed up and didn t have me down for an appointment; I don t recall if the mistake was on my end or not - they worked me in, and managed to get the oil and filter that they were sort of supply on to the shop - I was out in 2hrs but treated with respect the whole time, which I think is worth 5 stars given the fact they could have turned me away upon finding out they were out of the filter and short on the oil but since they communicated well - well business was earned & since I needed the oil change before a family trip they helped ensure our safety on the road.Oh & they have two adorable and well mannered dogs! Here is one, enjoy!*i should be selfish give a bad review just so I can have a better shot at an available appointment slot; they stay busy!!

I took my Land Rover in because of an ABS issue and they fixed it very quickly! It was ready the next day and in perfect working condition! My car ran like a brand new car again and I was extremely happy with their customer service and kindness. They were fair priced, respectful, fast and efficient. I m glad I found these guys! I was excited to take my Jag here, thinking it was going to be top notch. I had an issue with the AC, and road noise in the rear wheels. The shop lost my key in the trunk and had to drill it out; this required them to have to get me a new key just for the lock so my drivers key would not work. Also, the road noise is only moderately better. Lastly after two tries, they still did not fix the AC and wanted me to come in for a third. After several thousand dollars later, I left without my main issue being resolved, and now having tp have a separate key to open my trunk. No refunds were considered.

I would give V12 Motorsports 10 stars if I could. I've had 2 cars (Jaguar and BMW) repaired by them and I have nothing but great things to say. They are honest and that goes a longggg way! They aren't trying to just make a quick buck, they actually care. I have just done business with v12 motor sports for the first time. Arthur is so friendly and greets customers with a great smile, looked my car over and told me what he thought the issue was. Gave me an estimate on cost and fixed the problem another shop couldn't after having 3 trys. As long as they are there, i will be a customer. Oh yes, bill was lower than expected and car running smooth and quiet.Great job guys.Love the puppy too. So sweet !!!!Service: Engine repair

First impressions of V12 are great, I visited the shop today when i was told by Hendrick Jaguar my car is too old for them to service and its a 2009. Liked Arthur from the beginning. I just got a "good feeling" about V12 the moment I walked in the door. He was referred to me by a car repair shop in Pineville who no longer work on Jaguars. A lot of places don't work on Jags so you are left having to deal with rip off jag dealership. I feel blessed to have been referred to them. It is a 45 minute drive but it is worth the time and distance. I pray their business continues to be blessed. God blessed integrity and honesty.Service: Oil change

The guys over at V-12 Motor Sports are awesome. Extremely fair on pricing and their service is really second to none. I've been getting my vehicle serviced there for over 4 years and they've always delivered on time and the quality of workmanship has been excellent 100% of the time. I highly recommend them!

I took my late father s SSR (he left it to me) to these guys because it wouldn t keep a charge, something wrong with the wiring from a computer chip to increase HP my dad had installed. These guys knew how much the vehicle meant to me and got it fixed plus did top to bottom detail check on everything else. Now I m not nervous to drive it because I know everything is working properly. Kind and professional service at a reasonable price. You guys rock!!!Service: Electrical repair

Exceptional customer service, affordable and knowledgeable. I will continue to frequent this business indefinitely. It's so refreshing to find an auto shop that doesn't see their customers as a number and or a dollar sign and treats every customer with respect. I am a former mechanic myself, but unable to do it now. V12 prices are the most fair, and there work is always quality. They understand the importance of honest quality work. I wish more business focused on quality and not cutting corners at their clients expense for their profit. V12 sets a standard for all to follow. I have referred a few friends and they all come back with the same sentiment as I felt and experienced.

Great service. Great workmanship. Great prices. Very trustworthy. One example...... I was told at a dealership that I needed a repair done immediately. Brought it to V-12 and was told the repair was completely unnecessary. They could have easily taken me for $$$$ but didnt. This happened with two dealerships. You will not be disappointed!!!!

They say a happy wife means a happy life. They also say a good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. Well My wife has been going to v12 for about 8 years and is very happy with them. My son recently started taking his vehicle to them as well. The only person I have ever dealt with is Arthur and all I can tell you is that he is as straighfoward a person as you will find. He backs his work and has done everything he said he would do and always with a smile. My son bought a used Volvo and has had some difficulty with it.(It is after all a 1998) This can be expected with such an old car. What you can't find are people like Arthur and his co-workers that will do the right thing. They don't try to fix things that aren't broke, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg like dealerships do. They are good honest people who do thier best to get you back on the road at a reasonable price. Needless to say my son was impressed and will surely continue to use their services.

The guys at V-12 are the best. I have had 20+ british cars over the past 15 years and by far have been treated better here than anywhere else around. I think the prices are fair and the mechanics top-notch. I live on the other side of town from them, but still make the trip. I highly recommend.

I liked the shop out of pure convenience because the Jaguar dealership in Charlotte is a nightmare to get to. But I was blown away at the honesty and level of excellence they show to customers.Air filter change on my Jaguar XK consists of taking off a wheel and bumper... didn't even spend $50. Had a unique traction control issue, dropped the car off for over a week, diagnostics were done multiple times, come to find out the other shop that put my tires on put a size 5mm too wide on the front. V12 charged me an hour worth of labor, if I took it to the dealership I would have easily spent a few grand. The guys are great and I will be a life time customer.

I ve been going to V12 for about 8 years now. These guys are always professional, on point with their diagnosis, and fair with pricing. I haven t used anyone else since I discovered them. Thumbs up!

1 Star is ENTIRELY too many. This shop calling themselves mechanics is a JOKE!!! Denise is completely dishonest and lacks any sense of integrity. We took our Austin Healey to them for a total restore. When we got the car back ... 4 years later ... there was more wrong with the car than right. All we got was a fair paint job. They did not touch the chassis, which was rusted and in need of major repairs, they simply painted over it to hide it. There were holes that were rusted, and they did not even attempt to correct. We actually have an email from Denise stating that the frame was solid. In addition, they literally put the car back together completely wrong. Who runs an exhaust system and fuel line next to each other and to top it off there wasn't even any insulation between the two? They claim to be British car specialist and to have done restorations of Austin Healey's before ours but they in fact are the poorest excuse for a car shop you could possibly imagine. BUYER BEWARE -- if you use them, they will screw you over! Denise and his entire team are nothing short of being completely unethical and dishonest.

Had my Jaguar XK8 worked on here. A previous garage tried twice to fix it & it wouldnt make it more than 50 miles without the check engine light coming back on. Picked it up from V-12 on a Friday morning and did a 375 mile weekend road trip. No issues at all. Fantastic job !

Quick, efficient and effective. Easy to call and schedule. Responds promptly to emergencies (like when my cars engine belt broke). Friendly and willing to listen. The hardest thing to do is trust a man with your car, even harder is letting him put a wrench to it! I've been into The British car scene since the early 70's and always took care of my own mechanical woes, but as age is catching up to me and my collection, I went to several unnamed shops claiming to know Triumph's from headlight to tailpipe, only finding disappointment and what I consider questionable speculations about a phantom inaudible "ticking", that needs a better look! I'm not gonna fall for that film flam! I stumbled across V-12 Motorsports while taking my grand daughter to Kate's skating rink in IndianTrail. I'm never taking my TR-250, TR-6 or my daily driver anywhere else. This place is a well equip hot spot for old and new European cars, The manager there, I can't remember his name, was really friendly and even got the door for me on my way out. The technician who worked on my carb rebuild brought my engine back to a place I forget it had, and to top it off my car was washed and cleaned inside and vacuumed when I got it back as a courtesy . I don't look forward to needing a mechanic, but when I do, I know where to go from now on, there!!
