I recently visited Tek Automotive with my white Audi A7 due to a noisy exhaust problem during vehicle start-up and acceleration. The shop owner, Dan, exhibited an exemplary level of professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process.Dan's diligence in identifying the source of the issue was truly remarkable. Did good work the first time I dropped off the car. Second time they scheduled an appointment for me, I dropped off my car in the morning, heard nothing from them all day and when I called at 4:30 to check on the car they told me they couldn t work on it today. Offered no discounts or help after I spent money on Ubers too and from. Told them I didn t want them to work on my car as I needed it to get home. Danny, the owner, then got an attitude and began to blame me for the lack of communication between him and his workers/scheduling staff. Terrible customer service. Unless you want to deal with rude owners and have your car down for multiple days, don t waste your time or money with this unprofessional shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dealership wanted to do a full car inspection for $170 before they would unclog a drain in the sunroof. Tek did it in 5 minutes at no charge.

CAUTION PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Took my car here for repair as it would just shut off when idling. Dan called me with a suggestion of changing the spark plugs as he didn t see a concern with anything else. I had agreed and they completed the repair. Right after I had picked up my car battery and check engine lights were on and it was making a beeping sound when braking. I immediately took it back and he had it for a couple days and told me he didn t see lights and didn t know what was wrong. Upon getting my car back I was very concerned and confused at his ability to diagnose the cars concerns as the lights were on when I picked it up. After spending $600 with them and not receiving any relief in my cars issues I didn t take it back. Two days later the car again stopped and would not turn on. I told it to a professional shop and it was the alternator and battery. I would never bring my car back here and warn you to proceed with caution if you do as they was the worst experience I ever had with getting my car repaired.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

Unbeatable service. I took my BMW 535i in for a second opinion on a drive train malfunction issue and ended up paying a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay for the repair. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough in explaining everything going on with my car. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics.

The staff here are always friendly and courteous. The work is always top notch and done in a timely manner. And the last thing you probably are looking to find out is cost. They don't take you over the coals. Highly recommend Tek Automotive!

I brought my car in to have the brake pads replaced. The folks here did an utterly fantastic job! They turned the rotors, new pads and had the car out so quick, it was amazing. The price was great and the service unbelievable. I would encourage anyone to patronize this business because they just do a great job.

Only the best service for my vehicles. Don't hesitate to go anywhere else. These guys are honest, quick, and fair priced. If you don't get your vehicle worked on here, you're just gambling with your money.

Picked up my car today after they had it for 3 weeks. I always had to call to get updates. No one ever called to keep me posted on the status of my car. After replacing Antifreeze Reservoir and thermostat which didn't fix the problem, they finally suggested changing the fan wiring switch. We were told that we would only be charged for labor on the fan wiring switch. Once we finally were able to pick up the car, we were charged labor for everything. I reminded Dan that he told us we would only be charged for labor on the wiring switch. He was very rude and insisted he didn't say that. I argued paying the labor for other parts. Dan finally told.one of his employees to just drop the price by 100.00 because he was never going to be right? Awful experience and customer service. Will never go back or recommend anyone to this place. Facebook will know about this experience!!!!!

I had a great experience here--I came in with no appointment and 2 men stopped what they were doing to help me with my car. They were honest, quick, and didn't make me feel stupid for my lack of car knowledge. I will be back!

If you want an honest mechanic and great price, this is the place to go. Been using Dan since 2005, when he worked out of his house. Excellent mechanic and honest guy! Highly recommend!

I have taken all my vehicles here for a long time. Honest and dependable but they are very busy. They are more than fair in prices and your going to be hard pressed to find mechanics like Dan and Danny.

We spent about 2500 in repairs on our truck ans asked them to draon all the fluids and replace them and they drained and did not replace the radiator fluid which cause our head gasket to blow. And a few friends have gone there and "fixed" their car and made the damage worse ans had to pay even more money to get it fixed by someone else. If you go there, specifically request Dan only work on your car.

They told me one price for all the services I needed done then didn't do all the service, but still charged me the same price. When I called to complain they told me there's nothing I can do. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. THEY MAKE MECHANIC SHOPS LOOK BAD.

Had them fix my car well $480 later I had a half fixed car. That's OK this stuff happens, well I took car elsewhere the shop replaced distributor. The same thing tek auto did but $130 cheaper . And the car run perfect. The tek distributor was missing a plastic part. ( inportant plastic part) well I return to tek to see but his help to get refund on distributor. The guy went anything but helpful he refused to talk but any help in recover whatsoever. I don't need 2 distributors I don't need $710 tied up in 2 of them an label to install. What's wrong with this guy. I can tell you. He is an American he part of the problem that this world suffers from. He don't your car at his shop he don't want return costumerS. He just your money. Mabe an attorney will set a fire. Right is right.

I won't take my car anywhere else.Dan and his staff have replaced my transmission, belts, oc sensor etc....my car is running great and it's comforting knowing that I can take my car to a mechanic that is honest and trustworthy!

Went to buy a car and test drove just down the street (2-3 miles) and before I could even make it back the car was about on fire. SMOKE EVERYWHERE then get back and ask why they act like they Don't know why and that everything is fine...ok

Fast. Accurate. Affordable. Like the owners and technician. They have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. Taking your vehicle there for repair is a no-brainer
