These guys are always great. They don't take advantage of me because I'm a woman. They even understand all my ridiculous descriptions of the noises my car makes.Very happy with their service.

I've been taking my 2006 F150 with 245k miles to Quicklane for past four years. The entire team is knowledgeable, honest with recommendations, and can get the work done quickly.Shout out to Bob at the counter! You've been very helpful working with me towards my goal of keeping my truck on the road for another 250k miles.

My first time here. Came for a simple oil change and although I had a ton of people ahead of me, I still got out fairly quickly. They don t do appointments so come early. Bob, my service expert was excellent. Professional, patient, and thorough. I mean honestly, I was really impressed and I will be back.

As much as you can love getting your oil changed this place is great. The employees are always friendly and it is nice to be at a business that can handle all your car needs in one place.

Arrived for a typical oil change and tire rotation after speaking with someone over the phone. The sign said 45 minutes although the service attendant said it would be 2 hours once I arrived. Needless to say, It ended up being 4 hours for an oil change. Service quality is not top priority here.

Front of house staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't interact with the back of house staff so I can't comment. Prices were fair, and work seemed to be performed to specifications. No pressure or upsell, and brought my attention to things that needed it. Overall I was happy, and will continue to bring my Ford back for maintenance.

From the moment I walked in they treated me with kindness and I was In and out at a reasonable mount of time and they always call to check and see if my visit was good or not! Keep up the Good work!

would be less than 1 if possible, girl was hateful and demeaning, assuming that we already know what they know, not helpful and after several minutes unable to help us. I will NEVER go back and I will encourage all my friends in Monroe also.

Great service! Very fast and friendly. Found a screw in my tire at when I got off work at 6:30 PM and tried to find a place open. Stopped at Firestone on Independence in Indian Trail and they turned me away because they were closing at 7, so i called Quick Lane and the guy told me to come right away, he got me in and fixed it quick and easy. Very glad I found these guys and will return for future auto services.

Quick and simple. I have Ford maintenance plan and they honor it expertly! Rotate tires and change the oil with no drama. Been here about five times and will continue coming here.

Service attendant quoted me 4 hours for an oil change. This is a no appointment needed Quick Lane on a weekday morning. Sounds like they should change that motto.

This is a great place to get in and out quickly and get the job done right. From the time I walked in I was treated courteously and professionally. There is a fresh coffee brewer and there are cold drinks in a refrigerator. It's all courtesy of Ford, while you're getting your car serviced. I went in for an oil change an inspection and a tire rotation. They did everything in very good time and I got to watch a movie on a large screen TV while I was waiting. You don't have to make an appointment you just walk in. And this is why I buy all my cars from them too.

I would not suggest this place. I have taken my SUV there a couple times for routine maintenance and never had an issue. I went in the other day because my vehicle was making a noise, and the woman I usually deal with was on vacation. In her place was a man who was, I assume, her temporary replacement. He said that I needed all new tires and shocks. I told him that didn't make sense because I had just replaced all four tires last year and the noise was centeralized on my vehicle. He didn't offer any further assistance and quoted me $1,134.00 for the replacement. I took my SUV to a different shop and found out it was my wheel bearing...my tires and shocks were completely fine. They did the repair and now my SUV is running smooth again. To do this sort of upselling to people in general is disappointing, but to do it during the holidays is just heartless. I will never take my vehicle back here. Get a second opinion if you're questioning their diagnosis.

This place has the best service I have encountered in a long time! I had a limo break down due to a bad tensioner and shredded Serpentine belt. They fixed it and got me back on the road. Price was very competitive! These folks are honest, professional and very customer-oriented.

Oil change service was like the name-Quick--in and out at 3:30pm. But I was spooked by the number of maskless customers in the waiting area. When I arrived, only one masked customer was in the 20X20 space. I waited outside because the weather was great and watched people go in. When I went inside to pay, of the 9 people (incl. 3 staff + me) 4 customers had no mask on and the staff member passing by me had his mask around his neck! When I backed away to wait outside the door for my receipt, the cashier saw my discomfort and assured me they were well within their numbers. I told him they were maskless though. I paid cash and told him to keep the change because I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Be forwarned.

Everyone was super nice. That was my second time and the first trip I had an interlock system in my car. They were very discreet about it and made me feel so comfortable. I will continue to go back as long as they are open. Thanks for everything.

Four+ hours to do NC inspection plus check battery and still sitting here waiting. I was 3rd in line at 7:30. It is now 11:45 and car is still in the stall.

Can't go wrong using these folks for all your vehicles. They have maintained all three of mine for many years now including buying all my tires there. Good dependable people that I trust completely and will continue to use.

Worst experience ever, one hour oil change and fuel filter turned into three hours. After I left , my truck with only 19??? Miles was making a noise had to go back. They did something wrong with the fuel filter. I will never go back.

Far from a Quick Lane,. i have tried three times to get an oil change each time 2 hour + wait!!!
