I recently visited this tire shop and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I understood everything that was being done to my car. They offered a variety of tire options, all at competitive prices, and the installation was quick and efficient. The manager Rae is wonderful I had an appointment to get an oil change and inspection. I arrived early and she had the guys jump right on my vehicle. She then explained to some other things I need to get done to my truck. She was so patient with me. She greeted me with a smile and it didn't take long for my truck to be serviced. I will return in the future for all repairs and maintenance for my truck. Thanks Rae for the good customer service.

My vehicle was an unexpected tow in to Mr. Tire due to a dead battery. Blake the service manager was polite, professional and had a great attention to detail. He was communicative throughout the vehicle's repairs. I have been a Mr. Tire customer for over 10 years and wholeheartedly recommend them for you auto needs.

Whenever I visit Mr. Tire for my car's maintenance, I'm greeted with nothing but honesty and respect. It's refreshing to find a place that doesn't just see me as another invoice. Rae, in particular, has been fantastic; she explains everything thoroughly and never pushes unnecessary services. I've finally found my go-to spot for car care where I leave feeling assured, not scammed. Mr. Tire, you've earned my trust and my business.

I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change. I dropped it off and it was completed quickly. When I was checking out he tech came out and said he had spilt a little oil on changing. I didn't think much of it thinking a little would burn off quickly. I arrived home and pulled into the garage. I was alerted by my wife that there was smoke and a burning smell in the garage. Garage was filled with smoke. I pulled the car out popped the hood and saw oil all over the right side if the engine. It had pooled on the intake, had gotten on the serpentine belt which slung it on the underside of the hood and left side of the engine compartment. It had also spilled down the filter housing, onto the motor mounts. I called them that day. Oil continued to drip overnight a onto my garage floor. They said the manager would be in tomorrow . i went in early that next morning. Girl at the front spoke with said she'd take car of it. Came back out and said she'd personally taken care of it. I opened the hood and there had been almost nothing done. I said I was not happy with the job that had been done. She just looked at me? I have been taking my cars here for 15 years and I mange a fleet of 4 company a 4 personal cars, I am going elsewhere from now on!

My steering wheel started shaking and it got pretty bad around 50-60mph. I came to Mr Tire after replacing my bearings at home and they put on 2 new tires and balanced everything and it's back to smooth riding and the shaking is completely gone. They were very helpful and got me in and out super quick. I'll be going back to them when I need my back tires replaced and for anything else I may need. Thank you!

I want to give a shout-out to Mr. Tire Automotive Service located at 13808 E Independence Blvd, Indian Trail, NC 28079. My daughters car had a slow leak in the tire. I took it to the Walmart Automotive department to fix yesterday evening. Unfortunately, there was still a leak the next morning. I took it back to Walmart, but they had a 5 hour wait before they could address the issue. Good for me, they refunded my $$. I then took her car to Mr. Tire Automotive Service. I told them my issue, and they jumped right on it and fixed the issue in 20 minutes The favor of God is awesome. Thank you, Mr. Tire for helping me and providing EXCELLENT customer service

Two experiences I had...1. I made a reservation to get a tire looked at for a slow leak. Booked online for an appointment and the appointment was confirmed. I show up at the appointed time, and the place was closed.2. Last week, I went in to get an alignment, a rotation, inspection and two new tires. The very "lovely" woman at the front desk said that they did not have someone who can align on staff, the person who inspects was off this week and no one was even in the shop yet to provide ANY service.Why even stay open?

They try to Charge me 65 dollars just to replace pressure sensor. An the wheel was not even on a car. I already took it of. Plus they told me that they dont know how to install autel mx-sensor� Please teach them is useful knowledge. Its simple just pop in and tight

From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted and welcomed by Andrew who demonstrated effective customer services along with his friendly customer care by providing me with a tire repair right around closing time. It was a blessing. Terrance the individual who repaired my tire went above customer satisfaction and both gentlemen provided top notch care.

Well it's a place to get tires, right?Thats right It's a place to get tires. But i can honestly tell you that you will not find another tire place with the kind of customer service this place has. CJ is absolutely the best to deal with. Talk about someone who tiks all the boxes, polite, honest, helpful, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable. Wow, all that rolled up into one person must be a pretty good guy. Well he is, and you can find out for yourself if you come here to get tires or something done to your car. This place gets two thumbs and 5 stars from me.

Took our car a little over a week ago for a oil change and to get a tire replaced,than the tire pressure light came on,they tried to say that it would go off after driving around for awhile,it still didn t go off so my husband took it to the Monroe rd location on Wednesday and it turns out that they broke the tire pressure sensor,so the manager said that we could bring it in on Saturday to have it replaced,so we did and the assistant store manager said that the manager had quit on the job so he didn t have the authorization to over ride it and asked if the Indian trail location could replace since they have a manager that could over ride it so we called and the manager said that they wouldn t be able to get it in to fix it until that evening so we took it up there around 1:30 and was able to take it back right away but the manager Christy is very rude and has an attitude was very disappointed,but when they got done the tire pressure light was still on,which we let them and still tried to say that the tire pressure sensor was replaced and that it will go off after driving it awhile so we will see but will longer do service here

I want to say, if you want to do tire alignment , don't go to this service, at first , they will tell you that they will do everything, after changing tires, they will say with a smile, we don't alignment, forgot to put one cover back on the tire, bad experience

If I could give negative stars I would! Waited 10 hours for a catalytic converter replacement for it to sound like a jacked up golf kart when I left, they also broke a sensor switch and to fix everything I had to play another place $500 ! Do Not Go Here! They don t know what they re doing!

Today was my first visit to MR Tire and it was great. I needed to get my oil changed and had a packed afternoon for work. I was able to use their wifi and work in their seating area while I waited. They finished sooner than I expected and the price was fair as well. I'll definitely be back.

I will not be going back to this shop, because after doing my oil change and replacing my tire, they broke my tire pressure sensor and then gave me attitude after having to replace the sensor.

Bought 4 new tires couple weeks, one of the tires popped while driving 45 miles per hour, took the car back to the shop and the guy told me I refused the warranty which I never did and I m not covered, had to buy another tire, and I usually go to discount tires and had no issues with them, learned my lesson hard way!

I called Mr Tire last week and spoke to Don. I was very clear that I needed four tires and I also wanted them aligned. We discussed tire size and I made an appointment for the following morning at 10am. When I arrived there was no appointment, although Don did have some notes on his legal pad. So they entered the tires we had decided on and they told me it would be over $100 more than the quote I was given the previous day. Don could only say there must have been a misscommunication. I guess he was right since I was given a price and a time and neither was accurate. I went to Discount tire in Monroe and they gave me an actual appointment and an accurate price!

Jacob and his team filled in at the Indian Trail store and did a great job setting me up with new tires. Manager Jacob seemed very knowledgeable and was a straight shooter. I would go back again.

I would give zero stars if I could. After being told that my car would be in and out in 45 minutes, I finally leave after 3 hours. After almost an hour of sitting there I asked how much longer and I was told that they hadn't even started yet because they couldn't get the cap. They said the last person that did my oil change put it on too tight. Another worker said he would be able to get the cap off. While he was in the middle of trying he cracked it. I was told not to worry that they would replace it and could have another one sent to them in 10-15 minutes. I stated that I was not paying for it as I was not the one who broke it and again I was told don't worry we'll get a new one. After waiting another 2 hours I was told my car was ready but I had to pay $130 for the cap in addition to the oil change. After asking why it was my responsibility I was told because it was not their fault that it broke. I also asked why they didn't tell me it was a $130 before placing it on my car and the answer I received was that they didn't know what the price was when they ordered it. Does it not say when you place the order? I began to get upset telling them you don't put parts on someone's car without telling them the price or that you would fix it leaving the impression that they would take care of it. They didn't even give me a chance to decide what I wanted to do. Their was response to me being upset saying that I was not going to pay the $130 was that they were going to remove the cap and let my car leak and told me to call a tow truck. Seriously? I had my two children with me and they were going to leave me stranded. They essentially trapped me. After much arguing back and forth I was told that they would pay for it but that I was never allowed back. Not that I would ever go back after that, but is that really how you conduct business? Next time tell the customer the truth that you aren't going to pay for the part that you broke and also tell the truth before hand about how much something is going to cost before you just decide to do it. Poor customer service and definitely do not recommend anyone doing business here. Plenty of other options out there.

I have been going to this location for the past 5 years. The service was great and the price reasonable. However, my impression has changed during my past 2 visits.I am not sure if it's incompetence or work overload, but the manager could not locate my appointment and the information about my car. I had to provide my car information like I was a new customer.Furthermore, he gave me a quote before working on the car, which is expected, but overcharged me close to $100 at checkout time, I mentioned it to him, but he claimed he did not remember what the quote was. So, I end up paying more than what I was quoted. Ridiculous!!
