Fantastic experience, I had taken my car to a different shop to have routine maintenance done. They apparently did not do things correctly and my check engine light was activated. I took my Audi to Kinetech and they not only located and repaired the issue, they completed the work quickly and most important, honestly. I will be bringing my car to them moving forward.-Jonathan

Always as accommodating as can be for my schedule. Feel like they re truly looking out for the best interest of my car without coming up with things that are wrong with it. Very reasonable as far as price and time spent completing work/maintenance on the vehicle. Super organized shop and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend!!

By far one of the best experiences I have had with European technicians. They worked on my car and fixed it all up and gave it back to me better than it was before. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend to bring your European vehicle over here!

I would like to say I had taken my 2007 Mercedes S550. To have it service? They gave me great service and repairs and I had to return again for more repairs. I recommend them highly to anyone because the quality of the work they do and they treat their customers fair explain to them just what s going on. I really appreciate all the work that they have done for me on my car.

Kinetech keeps my BMW running smoothly as it hits the 10 year mark. The mechanics take time to listen to and address my car concerns. I started using them in 2022 and have used them for service in 2023 too! I believe their pricing to be fair and assessments to be honest. I plan to continue having them service my 335i.

A great group of people to work with. Had our Audi in for a coolant leak. Part had to be ordered from Europe and they air freighted in to save time. Really appreciate the extra effort.

I have been taking my Q5 here for a couple of years, and have been delighted with the work they have done. They complete the work on time, the appointment scheduling process is excellent, and the prices are good.

I am very particular with my car, I have no complaints at all here. Communication is great with this shop and they carry Liqui Moly oil for my oil changes. The mechanics here are knowledgeable and approachable. I ve went on several ride-alongs to demonstrate minor suspension noises I ve had and the guys were quick to find the issue every time.

They team did everything great. For well over a year I have had an issue the dealership failed to get through with the warranty company. Kinetech got it done. They have a customer for life now.

Highly recommend! Great customer service, friendly, and they do great work! I have had bad experiences in the past at other shops. Something else needs work within a few days or weeks after having work done on my car. Not the case here! They are honest and truthful about the work they are doing and the work that needs to be done. I am new to the area and needed to get regular maintenance on one of our cars. Just the simple oil change, tire rotation, fluid check. We received a coupon/advertisement in the mail so I decided to check it out due to the coupon price for the services and the proximity to our new home (4 min). The staff are extremely friendly and took my car right in. They found that some of my lug nuts had been replaced without my knowledge with another off brand during the tire rotation. I really appreciated that they let me know this. Such honest and professional folks. I also inquired about BMW services as I need to have those recorded in car facts. They informed me that they do this as well so I will be taking my husbands BMW to them in the near future.

Problem solved!!! I just moved from Illinois and for the life of me, could not find anyone that could solve the mystery of the ABS and traction control issue. I googled and thought I found the solution but could not do it myself. After moving to the Carolinas, Sal and Meng were referred to me by another Mini facebook friend, and they walked me through the entire process. I travel for work and Sal took the time to talk to me over the phone and advise me of all the steps he was going to take to solve the issue. Meng stayed in communication with my wife so she was kept in the loop. Bottom line, I got my BRGy back; and in the words of Sal, it's running like a top. Thank you fellas for taking care of my Mini!!! KMW is honest and respectful!! They completed a tire rotation, oil change, and fixed my AC all in good time. They went above a beyond on customer service too. Meng and the team did a great job on my Infiniti QX 60. Fixed brake issues, oil change and battery maintenance were done timely and without issue. I have used Kinetech for all maintenance and repairs for my BMW X5M. Kinetech's expertise is very apparent and their customer service is superb. For example, they were kind enough to drive my car to a body shop when I was out of town. They have also cleaned out a clogged sunroof drain for me at no charge. I trust them completely with my vehicle, and I have always been pleased with all maintenance and repairs performed. If you have a BMW, then you should be taking it to Kinetech for repairs and maintenance--they are the best, by far, in town.

We had the A Service done on our car and these guys are the best! We feel blessed to have found them after moving from California to North Carolina. Before finding Kinetech, we went to the dealer. This is a much better experience. They really care for your car. They keep you informed about what is going on during the process and when they will be finished. They run a great operation. Great customer service, reasonable pricing and no pressure for anything extra.They specialize in Mercedes which was perfect for us. My car is running better than ever! And bonus, they keep your car clean inside and out. The mechanic who work on my mustang was great. I wish I knew his name he was friendly personable and kind. What I did not like was I came in for a oil change. I had a coupon for 49.99 dollars when they finished with my car I paid 70 dollars Not sure for what. They added labor in I didn't need any extra oil so not sure how it jump to 70 dollars. For this reason I will not be going back and I will tell my friends not to go there.Service: Oil change

Very professional, courteous and efficient. I took my wife's Audi A6 in for service and repairs a couple of times. They got the job done on time and made no effort to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Prices were reasonable.
