Best car buying experience I ve ever had. Ray Little of Honda of Indian Trail has treated me so well during my car purchase. Very knowledgeable and over the top professionalism. Everyone was dressed to impress and had the most upbeat friendly attitude. I will definitely send my family and friends to buy from there. And I love my car.

I ll caveat this review by saying that I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership just 3 months ago. Firstly, my purchase experience was a nightmare- the sales person, Angel was extremely deceptive about the vehicle s condition. When I came to pick it up I was greeted with damage to the hood. I was told that a manager would get back to me regarding repairs but of course I was given the run around after countless calls to no avail(with said manager also ignoring my texts- won t put his name in the review) covering $1500 worth of damage to my hood wasn t in my plan but I did because it was godawful to look at on a newly purchased vehicle.Fast forward to 2 months after the above debacle, I began to hear a rattling under the hood and a clicking when I made any sharp turns. I took it to the service center where I found out that the struts were bad and needed to be replaced. I worked with a gentleman named Dennis whom I d explained to that I d just purchased the vehicle from that very location. He shared with me that the struts were covered under warranty free of charge.. when I mentioned the damage on the hood, I was told that they(warranty people) would fix the struts free of charge but there was no resolve for the hood . As if they were doing me a favor?? My file was transferred to another service rep who, AFTER repairs, explained that there was a deductible?? What?Since the recent purchase of my vehicle from this particular Honda location, I ve unfortunately seen a pattern of business practices that are the FURTHEST from transparent, which I don t appreciate. Also, my vehicle was spotless when dropped off. So I don t appreciate shoe prints of white residue on the drivers mat with no protection. Receiving any customer service from this location will be last resort.

What a great first experience at Honda of Indian Trail. I had a pretty bad flat and Darin Zelaski was able to help me get it replaced. In fact he even pointed out a few more things that needed to be addressed, and explained everything in detail. I m very pleased with the experience and highly recommend you work with Darin for any of your Honda needs.

Stan Burgess was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cars.Came in for service first and he explained everything to me and told me my car was in good condition and went over everything and then informed me that my vehicle had a recall and he took care of it as it was something minor.Call Stan a week later and asked if I could bring my car in for inspection and he direct me how to schedule my service appointment.My daughter relocate from NY and I told her to take her vehicle to get it service and recommend Stan as a service advisor.Stan is awesome and looking forward to more excellent service from him.

Wish I could give them 10 stars ! Ray our salesman was top notch and the best ever as was Damien the general sales manager and Ben in finance. Every interaction my husband and I had was wonderful. It was truly the best experience I ve had at a dealership. They went above and beyond and got us both what we wanted with how we wanted. Ray and Damien spent a lot of time working on things for us and made it happen. Will definitely be customers for life and will send our family and friends to them. Thank you guys for everything !

This is not a location I will use for any kind of service again. I called on Tuesday and scheduled a service appointment to get my tires rotated and my headlight fixed, which when I arrived yesterday is what I told the man that got my name and info. I also asked about the possibility of getting a valet key because I had lost my second pair and needed one. He told me that they had some and that it shouldn t be too much in terms of cost. I wait for an hour and a half, which is fair, there were a lot of people. When a new service rep came to me and gave me the paperwork I realized they did an inspection, which I never asked for, but it was free so fine.Then this new service rep tell me that they don t have any valet keys in stock and they would have to order one for me. She also tried telling me that it would cost less to get the key fob with the buttons, which is just a frank lie when you take into account the 100$ programming fee that I was told did not apply to the valet key. So when I told her I would just like to order a valet key please and she goes into the back, then she comes out a few moments later and says that the valet key will also cost a programming fee. Which I was told numerous times before did not apply to the valet key.So after all this I decide I just don t need a key that badly and she asks me about the rest of their recommendations. I don t see tire rotation anywhere on this paperwork, and given that I had told TWO employees that a tire rotation was my primary reason for coming in I assumed they had done it. Nope. An hour and a half of my day gone, for them to fix ONE lightbulb, try to upsell me on 1,500$ worth of repairs, and give me a total runaround in regards to getting a valet key. Honestly I wouldn t be leaving this review but this is like my third bad experience here and I just have to leave a review at this point. I know it probably means very little to lose one customer but good lord have some better communication put in place so this kinda stuff doesn t happen, it s completely ludicrous.

No need to name drop the competitors, but what I will say is don t waste your time at any other Honda dealer. This dealer is top class and is respectful of your time, needs, and requests. Ask for Ray and get ready for an awesome experience. This is the best experience I ve ever had at any car dealer. Honda of Indian Trail worked to earn my business and I will continue to give it to them in way of future purchases and referrals.

I work with Gina every time I go there. She really does her best to make sure she understands what is going on with my car and what it needs. She even goes back to talk to the mechanics and see what is going on herself. Because she has been working there for a while she knows a lot about the parts and procedures. She is really good about knowing how much time they may have your car for. Every once in a while she will even try to give me a discount if she is able.

I was in and out promptly seeing how I had to be to work. The office lady was so nice. The vending machine was out of Pepsi, she took my card and walked to other building to get one for me. You don't see courtesy like this these days. I had a very positive first visit on my 23' Accord Hybrid Touring.First time I owned a Honda. 10,000 miles before needed oil change... synthetic... very impressive..

As always, Frank reviewed my account and was prepared the moment I rolled in. He is always pleasant and accommodating. He explains everything in detail and never pressures me to make any repairs unless absolutely necessary.The new dealership is immaculate and state of the art. I will continue to go back there for all servicing on my HRV.

When I arrived I was ignored. One service representative was talking to another worker about personal stuff. He then walked off without acknowledging me even though I was standing 3ft away. Finally another man asked if I had been helped. I told him I had an appointment. He took my info and I told him I just needed a oil change and tire rotation. This was one of the "free" oil changes I recieved when I bought the car from them. I then went to waiting room. Received a text saying I could text that number if I had any concerns. One hour and 30 minutes later, I texted and asked how much longer. Never got an answer. 20 minutes later someone called my number. It was a different number from the text so I didn't know it was the service rep. I did answer and he tried to get me to buy other services and said if I didn't get them then my lifetime warranty would be void. I told him to change oil and rotate tires like I asked and thats all. 2 hours to change oil! That's ridiculous. I will not being going back for my "free" oil changes. I do not recommend using the service department at Indian Trail Honda. Also they sent a link I could use to see the progress of my service. It was never updated till 5 minutes before they brought my car back to me. Not much good if it isn't updated. Overall a terrible experience.

I originally was looking at Honda civic along with a friend of mine. Stephen walked up to assist us but was In process of looking for other cars at different dealerships. However it was something about Steve that sparked us in coming back he and mr. Shaun Moye blessed me with the beautiful amazing ride of 2024 HR-V I recommended that you all go to them highly recommended

I had a schedule appt at 7am so that my car could be checked early for the issue and dealt with that day. I also had an appt scheduled at 10am and knew I would be tied up to talk to anyone for a couple hours. I don t know how many times I called and left messages only to be ignored. I also left a message with the director of service with no response. I checked the status of my vehicle at 9am and it had not even been inspected even though my appt was at 7am. Then I was charged a diagnostic charge to have nothing fixed on my vehicle even though I paid an absurd about for a warranty which my car is still under. Was told if problem was fixed the diagnostic fee would be waived but also told that they would reset the error message and told to call back if it comes back on. So I paid $120 for a diagnostic on a car still under warranty and nothing was even done to my car. Not to mention my husband followed me the 40 miles to pick me up when I dropped it off and followed me again to pick it up. That s 320 miles of driving to be charged and nothing done. Not happy!!!

Once again I received excellent care when taking my HRV in for an unknown water leak. Warren, my service tech did an awesome job at handling this and keeping me informed with updates, obtained me a loaner for 5 days and provided excellent customer service. Thankful to have my new sunroof installed, problem solved and back to me in time for Christmas.

I had to buy a CRV, the pricing was much better than the other Honda dealership in Charlotte. The thing I liked the most was they don't have ridiculous dealer addons to the car which are charged with absurd pricing like screen protector for $199. Diego was very accommodating of my requests to see multiple cars. Jerrick, the floor manager finalized the deal with me. Great people. Hope to continue relationship with them.

Im giving a five star rating because I also work in an industry that asks for surveys. I know how impossible it is to recover from a negative review that is totally out of your control. With that being said, if you re running an hour behind when I check in for my SCHEDULED appointment at 11am, why not text me ahead of time to come in an hour later? I would gladly have agreed. You expect me to tell you if I have any changes, and I expect the same. I understand things happen, staff calls out,, more repairs are needed on a previous appointment than expected , etc. But, it s very uncomfortable to sit in your lobby for 2 hours. Despite the remodel, I can t even read a book or do work in a quiet area (2 tvs playing at the same time within several feet of each other , on top of a radio station being played thru speakers , as well as people on speaker phone calls (totally rude and beyond your control). If my service wasn t free (AKA pre-paid for) I d seek a faster option for service. I will say that I am pleased with the actual service. You need to create a totally quiet zone for waiters who have no other option than to wait for service and need to escape the tv and radio. I would have sat outside to achieve this , but it was raining, thundering and lightning at the time.

Gina helped me come up with a way to better assist me and give me options to get the tires I desperately needed. She got my car taken back as soon as possible and got me taken care of as soon as she could for me to get back to work. She was open and honest when I was stressed she reassured me she was there to help me and to try to make it as easy as possible and work with me to her best extent. THANK YOU GINA!!!

The staff were very knowledgable and friendly. I was welcomed at the entrance and my car was taken right in at the appointment time they gave me. They serviced the car quickly and offered advice on the maintenanc of my vehicle. Darin was a great rep to work with.
