Absolutely do not ever give a penny to this place. If you wanna pay 80+ dollars for a simple oil change, and then find out to replace 1 headlight it s gonna cost you 160+. I setup an appointment online for a basic oil change, a headlight fix, and just getting my wipers replaced since I was there. They told me it was gonna cost 300+ for all of that to be done. I didn t even end up doing the wiper replacement and I still paid $300. Absolutely terrible place, do not give money to them.

Their work is sloppy and overpriced. Despite paying a premium, I received tires with wildly uneven pressure 44/40 instead of the recommended 33. They left tire grease all over the wheels, showcasing their lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for quality service.

Had a flat on my dually, called the store to confirm they had a replacement tire, they did, was booked but said they would work it in. And hour and half later was done and my road hazard help take care of most of the cost. Drew was on the spot with it and took care of it quickly!

The dude that checked me in and out had no idea what he was talking about. He couldn't explain the technician notes on the paper he gave me. Didn't get an itemized receipt. And Idk if this is a fair price, but I was charged like 700 bucks for 3 fluid changes and some spark plugs.Would not recommend.

Installed and balanced 2 tires in less than 2 hours. They checked alignment and checked fluids. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful. Thank you!!

Took my car here Monday, Oct 23rd, and now my car jerks like a quick jolt when I accelerate after stopping and putting it in gear. Never once did that before I had my oil changed here. I am NOT happy at all. I was called twice to let me know about things needing to be done on my car. I've been driving perfectly fine. On that Tuesday, after it got changed here, my car starts acting up. You need to hire some competent employees who know what they are doing and care. I am going to be taking it to my dad's long-term mechanic and see if he can figure out what they did to screw up my car. If my car engine messes up bc of this, I will sue to the fullest extent I can!!

Used to be good place to go. Anymore - no. Nice people don t make up for lousy outcomes.Dropped off vehicle on Fri. Part to come in Sat and be fixed. We called them near closing time - as they hadn t contacted us at all - they hadn t touched it. Sun - still no call by early afternoon. Called them again. Nope; not done, but be ready by tonight or tomorrow morning. Mon early afternoon - still not the first call from them - called and nope, not done. After a terse conversation, five min later, called and it s done. Still no call, as requested, from the district manager.Service no longer exists. I pray the person they had slap my vehicle back together knew what the hell he was doing, but unconvinced given how this all played out. Oh - and they didn t complete all of the work requested.It s a shame when you buy a lifetime care package and the place goes in the tank to where you d sooner go elsewhere than go back. I ve spent a lot of money here since moving to the area - but won t be spending any more here.And, I sure hope everyone coming in is honest. Some lady named Rachel s full credit card number laying out on display for anyone to see on the counter at the cashier stand.UPDATE: Still had a problem with leaks immediately after pick up and had to take elsewhere for repair. And still crickets from the district manager. Service and outcomes apparently just do not matter.Services: Transmission, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I went to this location a total of 4 times and they couldn t complete an alignment job for me. I was missing a camber adj nut and they directed me to a hardware store to try to find something that would work??? Didn t offer to order part. I ended up ordering the part and on the 4th trip they said the part wouldn t work. At that point I gave up and went to a Ford dealership and they were able to help me in 1 trip with the part I that I brought to Firestone. I will never visit that location again. I definitely would not recommend

Nice staff. I had no appointment, but the attendant came outside and checked out my tire problem. The lobby was nice and comfortable.

Absolutely avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged and lied to.Went in to get brake pads replaced, I'd already had them checked by a mechanic and verified that rotors were ok, I only needed pads. Made an appointment and was told that they needed to do their own inspection before being able to even give an estimate to just change the pads, and that it'd only take a couple minutes. An hour later he comes back to tell me that I need new pads, rotors, and tie rods need adjusting. Told him that I just wanted to do the brake pads only, but was informed that they can not do that since they determined rotors needed replacing as well, and they are required to do both.After leaving and going elsewhere, I looked over the quote printout they gave me and started comparing prices for parts. The price (parts price only) that they listed was almost triple the retail price for the exact same brand/part if purchased elsewhere.Then on top of this, he claimed that there would be an additional labor charge because they would need to remove both front axels in order to change the rotors and that would take about an hour per axel. This is an absolute outright lie and nothing but trying to trick an unsuspecting customer into paying more.In the end, went to a competitor, got exactly what I needed to have done done (changed brake pads), and for a fraction of what these people were trying to take me for. Competitor also confirmed that brake rotors did NOT need to be replaced yet, but likely would the next time that I have to change brake pads.Service: Brakes

We were advised yesterday that our tire had a slow leak and would need to be patched. Due to understaffing we were scheduled for the following morning at 10 am before us having to get in the road for a funeral. Upon arriving for our appointment we were advised that our appointment was set for the day before at 10 am instead of today. We made them aware that this was impossible due to us not even scheduling the appointment until after 3pm. The employee was Not apologetic at all and kept repeating that the appointment was scheduled for the previous day. We then asked what was the next step and he advised that he had a full room and we would need to wait for a few hours since "we didn't have an appointment". We left immediately because his attitude was ridiculous and we don't have a few hours to make it across the country as we have to attend a funeral. I've never felt so disregarded before I may life. Totally different experience than we experienced just the day before.Service: Tires

Horrible customer service. We were here on 1/21/23 and waited over 2 hours for an oil change, after having an appointment. Then they said we needed brakes. We couldn t wait any longer so we came back today 1/25/23. They told us on the phone it would take about 45 minutes. Here we are over an hour and all they did in that amount of time was take the tires off and that s it. They started working on someone s else s car who came in 30 minutes after us. So needless to say our appointment that was only supposed to be 45 minutes will be over 2 hours. This is poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible service and disrespectful.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I received service at this shady place of business on Thurs, Dec.1, 2022 around 9am. On the way of taking my daughter to school I received a flat on my 2015 Ford Explorer. Now 1st of all it was stated that they do not carry used tires and a new one would cost me $300.00. YEP ONLY ONE TIRE!! I guess because I am a woman he thought I was dumb as a bag of rocks. So I asked could I pay for them to put my spare on he stated yes, the charge was only $20. Great price yes. But when I went to my favorite spot in Monroe, NC. Skyway!!! Please go there!! The gentleman was able to take the bolts off with his hand to my spare tire!!! So Firestone did not tighten my bolts and was trying to set me up to need more services than get a tire. I have children 3 total and if I did not go right away after dropping my child off at school in Mint Hill it frightens me what would have happen. STAY AWAY!!!! THERE ARE MANY OTHER TIRE PLACES TO GO!!! THEY MAKE UP REPAIRS AND THEY ARE PRICE GOUGINGService: Tires

Wish it was fixed the first time. Took my car there because it was a preferred vendor for the warranty company I have. They where to do a pre-purchase inspection prior to be me finalizing my purchase. They ended up replacing front pads and rotors and did a alignment as well as ordering some other missing components. When I got the car back it did drive better, but something still wasn t right. I called and told them that I felt a slight wobble in the rear when braking. It wasn t vibrating much in the pedal. I told them it felt like the rear rotors/pads. I knew they had been resurfaced many mile prior from service details. After they drove it, I had it back in there. They replaced the rear pads/rotors and it solved the issue. Unfortunately, with the alignment it still pulls to the right when wheel is centered. I m taking it back. Hopefully for it to be fixed. Brandon was/is very helpful and accommodating. I feel bad to have to keep calling back. He is trying to do the right thing. I just wish it was done right the first time because all the back and forth is time consuming. Plus it took way longer (2.5 days) to do the first (brakes/alignment). Yes they do have to get approval for the warranty company, which I know can take 24+ hrs. But it was still longer than I expected. They are short handed and need more help. So just be aware of that. 4 stars for Brandon, otherwise it would be 3.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I came in Sunday with a 2 o clock appointment and they were too busy and was told they only had one one mechanic. I made an appointment for 7 am Monday to check tires and brakes. Called at 11 was told going into the bay now called at 3 was told going into the bay now finally came up here at 5 and my vehicle is still on the racks wheels off. I am an extremely patient person and very forgiving but don t over commit yourself if you can t meet the demand. I also love sitting here listening to several team members (so obviously there isn t just one mechanic here) shoot the ish, cussing, shouting, laughing .meanwhile I have lost a day of work racked up two Uber rides and been without a vehicle all day. Not a good look Firestone. I would recommend a visit from corporate and new management or shut the place down.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I had an alignment done in the Matthews Firestone, on Feb 2022, However the Indian trail does not honor their free alignment within a year as the Matthews Firestone does. I live in Monroe and my time is valuable. So I was going to have my alignment for free done at the Indian trail branch. Firestone has always been great for service, until the Indian trail branch told me their understanding of the free alignment within a year is not the same as headquarters or Matthews. Save your money folks. Go to a different Firestone or go to a different place. I do not suggest the Firestone in Indian trail for any reasons.

I am from NY and was set to drive back to NY Sunday morning when I noticed a burnt smell coming from one of my wheels. I had suspected the brake jammed up. Took it here, and the mechanic suggested it was a clogged brake hose. Said they needed to wait until the next day to order the part. I explained that this was very urgent and they said they d have it done first thing in the morning. Monday morning comes and I receive no calls. By 9am I call them and they tell me the parts will be around $200 for two hoses. I checked autozone, it was $23. Told Firestone this and they said sir we have a markup . 1,000% markup? The guy on Sunday (Tommy) said he had already called all the stores and no one had it before Dec 1 and that he would get the part directly from dealership and this guy today was completely unaware of this, tells me autozone has it. Said he d check dealership and call me back. Calls me back to tell me he can do half the price for the autozone part. At this point I lost all trust, wasted my time, and removed my vehicle from here and had it repaired within hours at another shop.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience coming here. The staff are super nice, and even though I was unable to get my car repaired Tommy, the desk associate, went out of his way to make sure that I was okay. Excellent staff excellent experience!

After poor completion of services at the Matthews location, I decided to try the Indian Trail location. Today, I had my tires rotated, balanced, and alignment checked. The technician told me the previous balance was done incorrectly with odd and incorrect placement of weights to "balance" tires the last time I had it done...he backtracked when I told him it was done at that location (and it was) Do not go there if you expect professional service.Corporate did not respond to my concerns provided to them about the Matthews store.

Went in for a state inspection and everything was handled very politely and professionally. I was able to call in before hand and set up an appointment so my wait time was very minimal. Jason was extremely helpful to me with an issue on my car. He gave me tips and a quote on a replacement starter but never forced me to buy the part. Once I get the extra money I will be going back to this same store for my services. Absolutely worth your time if you need anything done with your vehicle.

I had bought 4 new tires from here a year and half ago. Super nice and friendly. The manager was great. This past month I had stopped in to see if they could help me get my lock nuts of my wheels, they looked at me like deer in the head lights.( New manager) yesterday I stopped in to see if they could pull a nail out my tire ( that I bought a year and half ago) and they told me it would be 2 hrs,fine. They close in 2 hrs. Then I asked are you open tomorrow (Sunday) and what time. They said yes and 8AM. I show up at 8: 15 AM and again I get the deer in the headlights look. They told me if I want to leave it for the day. " It's a tire patch" then I ask if I could make a appointment? And come back. Again deer in the headlights look. So it seems like the new management sucks and I will never come back to this store. It's like the guy doesn't want my money.

I have given them the benefit of the doubt one too many times. Every single time I have gone there they have left dirt and grease spots on the seats of my wife's car even after I have asked repeatedly for them to cover the seats. On top of that... "scheduling" an appointment is a joke! A few months back I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for when they opened and I always tell them that I'm waiting on it. Well, at opening the service techs didn't show up on time and they didn't even have the oil for the car so I had to wait for them to have some delivered. Fast forward to this past Saturday. I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change and tire rotation and told them again when I scheduled the appointment that I'm waiting. I showed up on time and at 1:30 the car was still sitting in the parking lot so I went back in and asked for my keys and told them to cancel the ticket. To my surprise they didn't even ask why I was leaving, which goes to show they could care less about their customers. In the past the Manager would try to make it right when they got the seats dirty, but I'm not really into the whole here's $10 off your next oil change thing. All I want is for you to cover the seats and be on time when people have an appointment.
