Excellent service, honest and skilled mechanics. Shout out to RICO he took good care of my 2018 F150 and took the time to explain what he was doing and even showed me the old wheel hubs he was replacing. I left with peace of mind that the job was done right. Highly recommend this shop!

While my car automatically told me it was time for an oil change, Justin explained that a synthetic oil was used at my last visit and was okay for another 3k. Great friendly service, great price and honest business practice! Thank you, Justin and team!

Called regarding a price on an oil change - spoke with Manager "Chad". New to the area and he was very thorough, and gave us a better discount than offered on line. My husband took my Jeep in that day! We highly recommend them for oil changes, tires and more which we intend to take care of here. Great customer service.

Just tried to get my tires rotated, staff was very nice but the boss told them to tell me told them to tell me they would charge me upwards of $60 to ROTATE my tires! I ve always done it myself but I don t have a high lift jack to fit my vehicle. Currently at Blacks tire for $19.95!

Time It takes to get someone to your car varies by whose working. I've sometimes had to tell technician 2 or 3 times what I wanted done and have been told they were done multiple times without needed services being completed. When it's good it's good but I've seen some laziness.

**edited** I have had a decent experience at this location in the past but today was probably the most disrespected I ve been at a business setting after admitting to a mistake I made and apologized for. Not to mention this was only my third time visiting.My previous review shared this was the manager as that was incorrect.However, the manager did reach out to apologize for the way things were handled.I truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to listen and make correction in the appropriate spaces. Not only to make sure I was taken care of as a customer but he is making strides to make sure everyone receives great customer service going forward.Thank you for your prompt response and I look forward to trying this location again.

I met with Chad! I had an unforeseen emergency but They got me in and out quickly! The service was amazing! Very friendly crew! I will def be returning for any Tire needs!! The facility was also clean!!

Not sure I would trust a oil change place that tells my 16 year old he has a massive oil leak.......he does not. Not a drop is coming out, nor do we have any oil on our driveway. They also stated that his tires are down to the steel belts and wouldn't rotate them. Which isn't true either. I took our vehicle to our trusted family shop in Concord and they rotated the tires and changed the oil without an issue.

I had my safety inspection visit today and it went super well. Took no more than 10 minutes to come and go. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again. 147% recommended

I took a gamble and gave them a try for an alignment on my 2017 RAM 1500 Big Horn. I received Excellent Service. They performed my alignment in a timely manner, and the prices were awesome. I will definitely be using them again! Thanks!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Casey, Chad, and the whole team there! They have taken such good care or our family's vehicles since we moved to North Carolina 4 years ago. I highly recommend you give them a chance on your vehicle.

The oil change was quick and efficient but the pricing is bad. I called the store prior to going to check the price and the amount I was given from the manager was about 50% less than what I actually paid. They were up front and let me know the price prior to doing the work but if the manager says it s going to be this price it should be this price. Beware!!

I've found my auto shop! The mechanics are experienced and fair. They would rather do good work to keep a customer than make a quick profit.

I have been taking my car here for at least 5 years. I have also used them for my dad's vehicle and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I have always been given honest answers and awesome customer service! Chad (manager) and all of his employees are great! Very accommodating. Had some issues with a tire and getting the wheel that fits it. They kept in contact and as soon as the wheel came in, u was able to bring it and the other wheel/tire for them to swap.

I m delighted that this is my closest oil change as I always receive excellent service. They are polite, knowledgeable and very efficient, and I never feel like I m being taken advantage of. They are trustworthy, and always let me know if I do not require any services yet. Great experience. Was bit skeptical about their ratings as most of the 5 star ratings came from reviewers with one or two reviews. Got a verbal quote for two tires and the manager graciously honored the price. Keep up the good work guys!

Do not get your oil changed here. I did one month ago. And now I have a low oil pressure light on. Took it back up to the Sun Valley location and they told me I had plenty it was just dirty and there must be somethingelse wrong. I left there and took it to Walmart in Indian tail. They told me I had NO oil in my car. Talk about service. So I Paid to get another oil change.Then I went back to Sun Valley location to talk to Jon again. He again told I had oil in my car and he did check. But now I have no Check engine light on or low oil pressure. Stay away from this place! 0 Stars Service: Oil change

I came in today to get an oil change I ve been running around all day to different places they either didn t have my oil filter or carry the oil I need for my car or was just trying to throw any type oil in my car just to make some money. So I said let me try this place for first time. Chad the store manager is awesome he literally and I mean literally went above and beyond for me on today I am beyond grateful for him. God is going to look out for you in every way possible! Thank you for everything today! You have gained a lifetime customer!

I came in with a 12 passenger van for tire replacements and an inspection. Several issues were found with the car but the crew was extraordinary patient and helpful, offering great pricing and service. They accidentally used the wrong tires but they realized and accommodated our request immediately and apologetically. I was thrilled with the service and interactions. This is hands down the best shop that I ve been to. I m impressed at the professionalism and customer service - the whole team is great. Heath and Mitch were especially helpful in helping me out with a few repairs, can t say good enough things about these guys. Casey and the crew there have always been so helpful and do great work every time for our two vehicles. Oil, changes, tires, and even when my started siezed up, they walk you through your options and the work is done right. Highly recommend them.
