I am very satisfied with the level of service and competence of these guys! My Porsche was taken care of like a dealership. They solved a problem with the cooling system that another auto repair shop refused to work on. They found several other problems and fixed them! The engine began to run smoothly, without misfire! In addition, they did several things at my request and did not take a penny for them! These are guys who will delve into the problem, find the cause, and not just replace the parts. This is truly the Ukrainian level of service and approach.Thank you so much guys for your hard work!

Good people, Good value. We recently had our Land Rover Sport serviced .it had an oil leak and also a coolant leak. They took the time and care that was needed to run down the problems, and their rates were very fair. Far less expensive than the LR dealership, and faster. Highly recommend!

Carolina EuroWerks is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were successful in diagnosing a problem with my car where other mechanics were unable. Chris put in extra effort and time to work with an extended warranty claim. I will not hesitate to take my car to them for everyday maintenance as well as larger issues that may come up. Highly recommended!

Carolina EuroWerks did an excellent job doing multiple repairs on my Volvo. They communicated well, provided detailed written estimates for the work to be performed and did the work within 1 day of dropping the car off. They solved a check engine light issue correctly that a prior mechanic tried to scam me with. The customer service is excellent and the pricing very reasonable. I will be taking my car back in the future as they have gained my trust and confidence.

Took my wife's Volvo in for diag and repair of noisy front end. They had the car for 2 days checking mechanical and suspension and could not replicate the noises the wife had heard. They did advise that everything was in good shape and returned the vehicle. I will definitely be returning for any future issues.

Very reliable and efficient shop. Service options that are tailored toward your vehicle and always well explained. When servicing your vehicle you feel confident in the time they took to ensure you get what you need and understand their evaluation and process. We were 5 hours away from home with 2 toddlers. Not only did Chris go above and beyond to help in every way possible, he and his crew were extremely nice and got our vehicle fixed as fast as they possibly could to get us back on the road and home safely with our littles. We can not thank you enough for being kind and patient with 2 ladies who were stressed beyond measure and getting us taken care of when no one else could or would.

My 2013 F30 developed some bad oil leak and burned oil smell under the hood. Took it to the shop and had the guys do a full inspection and then the repair. Great customer service and would look to continue servicing my car with this shop.

Brought my car in a couple of times to get serviced and diagnosed. Chris at the front desk is super informative and very helpful, Tim and the technicians in the back definitely know what they are doing. I had my car returned to me right away. I will always be taking my car to them for any future services.

We took our vehicle (Ford explorer) in because we were having issues with it starting, didn't have any lights on the engine and no codes were showing up when it was scanned, it was not as simple as it sounds, we had many other mechanics look at it prior but none of them were confident in what they thought it could be and we weren't really willing to pay for the "it could be this or that"! The guys at Carolina Euroworks were not only confident but were willing to get to the root of the problem before attempting any repairs!Needless to say, they fixed the problem on the first attempt! I highly recommend them for any mechanical needs you may have! They are very professional and knowledgeable! Shout out to Chris at the counter and the owner Tim for your extreme professionalism and knowledge! And to the mechanics who fixed the problem!

They did a fantastic job on my old Mercedes. They are easy to work with on scheduling your car for service. I took my car in as A/C was not cooling and they were able to fix it very quickly. My car had not been driven very much over the past few years and they contacted me and explained to me about items that needed to fixed as well as provided a detailed estimate. The cost for the work they did on my vehicle was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service and their customer service is fantastic! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Carolina EuroWerks takes the time to figure out difficult problems. On our first visit, they figured out a software problem that the dealer could not resolve. On our latest visit they figured out an intermediate suspension problem that was difficult to replicate. And their pricing has been a fraction of dealer costs.

The best mechanic in the Carolinas! Tim goes above and beyond any other mechanic I've met on the east coast. We had an issue with our car, and he went out of his way to help us. Gave us updates on the timeline for the part we needed, and got everything done fast as soon as we got it. He has truly been a blessing.

We send our European cars we bring in to these guys to work on and they do an amazing job and quick turnaround. I brought my 2014 audi a6 here to have work on the 2nd emissions sensor and have the cold air intake installed. Chris and Tim and there crew are top notch and give excellent service. I will be bringing my A6 back when I am ready to add the stage 2 tune and can't wait.

I can t express enough how much I love these guys. I had recently had my Focus RS motor built by a well known shop in the Ford Focus community. The new clutch was bad so I was looking for a local shop to replace instead of shipping the car back half halfway across the county.Chris and the team at Carolina Eurowerks were amazing to work with. They are true car guys that know the difference between build types: autocross, time attack, drag, etc.They quickly identified the issue with the clutch and installed the replacement. But they didn t stop there. They identified some issues from the previous build and modifications from the previous owner. There were clearance issues with the new motor and they created space where the could and heat wrapped the downpipe and other items where they couldn t.The entire time Chris was communicative and sent me pictures of everything they found and progress on the build.I can t recommend these guys enough and will be returning the next time I plan to upgrade.

I can honestly say that this is the best service I have EVER received and the pricing was a fraction of the price that I was quoted from BMW. My car needed a complicated repair. I have had it back for a few weeks and it is running like a new car. I have already referred a family member to them as well. This will be the only place I take my car to in the future. You can t go wrong with great pricing, quality service, and a place that truly cares about the value of the service they provide. This place is the whole package.

Charged us almost 5,000 to replace an oil pump and timing set only for the engine to lock up 3 days after picking the car up. They will NOT honor their warranty or warranty the parts. The only thing they offered was to put a new engine in the car if we paid them another $10,000 plus!Update: They are now suing us and have completely fabricated lies to make it our fault. They changed the wording on their invoice we signed and have presented it as truth! Do NOT trust this company!!

Tim and his employees have the best customer service in CLT. If not for these guys I wouldn t have ever fixed my bmw m4. The battery and modules were fried when I bought it, Carolina Eurowerks was able to repair all of the modules and wiring harness. Guess where I towed my bmw at 3am when my buddy busted my oil pan, no other shop would let me drop it off in the parking lot but these guys. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. Once I had the bmw running right, they added downpipes and all of my other mods. I d refer anyone to this shop with a second thought. I now moved to Florida and wish I could find a similar shop. He was very professional and upfront with what the issue was, the part that was needed and costs, how long he would need to keep the vehicle. I cannot recommend this shop more highly. The owner Tim and manager Chris are building a high end auto repair business built on integrity and quality work. Rare these days. Chris was wonderful to work with. My expectations were consistently exceeded. When they found a better price on expensive parts, (that I had already agreed to) they passed the savings to me, saving me hundreds of dollars. I trust this shop completely.

Chris is the man. He is a man of his word. Carolina Eurowerks . You can trust these people to do the right thing. There was a crossroad where they could have folded but with Chris s diligence I was fairly taken care of. Maybe more than fair. My mother died right in the middle of an out of town repair, and an unscrupulous shop could have really taken me across. Thank you seriously for not.

Guys if you re having car problems take it to Carolina Eurowerks!! Honest Honest company! Tim the owner if so Great to work with. Him and his team are super knowledgeable! They worked on my 2011 Landrover lr4 and did an entire timing chain job plus a lot more. Very friendly team and they know their stuff around European Cars! Trustworthy mechanics James worked on my car in specific and Tim over looked everything. Great company honest and trustworthy. Would high recommend them to anyone. You pay for what you get at Carolina Eurowerks.
