Went to have a good sized scratch caused by poor garage parking fixed. Upon inspection Fred figured he may be able to buff it out. He did, saving my wife and I our $500 deductible, and raised insurance premiums. Very appreciative of the honesty and customer service.

We brought our car here for repairs after an accident because they work with Geico. I was blown away by their amazing customer service! Fred was the representative who worked with me. He was friendly and communicative. He updated me every day. Not only did they do a great job on the repairs, but they completed it sooner than we expected. Thank you so much!

Fantastic repair, carefree service. The w oh to was good and fast. I spent 15 mins at drop off with the service rep and insurance adjuster. They arranged for a rental while repairs were done. Pickup took 20 mins, that took care of the return of my rental. I had daily status updates and a quick response if I had questions. Excellent service.

WOW! I'm in my middle 60's and never needed this kind of help before. I had just paid my car off in full when on my way home a lady ran a stop sign and ran into the front side of my car. I was told by my brother to go to Caliber Collision in Indian Trail they are great. Well, I did, and they are far more than great! They are a 5 Star!!The Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She helped me get all information I needed to file the claim, then put me in contact with Miss Gabby! She was like a ray of sunshine walking in that door making me feel like "yea " everything going to be ok.They helped me get into a rental, done all the paperwork, then got my car in shop. I was called with progress on my car several times. I am so impressed with the work! Gabby went over everything that was done. And even explained a small missing detail missing, has" been ordered and will call me when it comes in to be put on my door handle. Our back up camera stopped working after they did repairs to our back hatch. They said there is nothing they can do about it, that we will have to take it to the dealership. It worked fine before we dropped it off with them.

Professional and thorough. Good communication and follow up. Repair & painting like new & original. Only reason not 5 stars was due to painting schedule behind but not reflected in the updates. Otherwise 5 star work and completion.

For better or worse, we had two cars repaired at this Caliber in the space of 2 weeks (two accidents in as many days), and in the past, we've had to use them from time to time. Every experience I've had with Caliber has been top-notch. The repairs were quality and on-time and the communication was second to none. I hope I don't have to see them again for a long time, but I'm glad they're around if I do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Insurance sent me to Caliber Collision. It was a very good experience. They did an excellent job and my car looks like new. Daily texts kept me updated on my car's progress. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am only taking off a star because there were some scheduling and paperwork mixups due to lack of enough front desk staff. I understand they are trying to remedy this, but it is hard to find good help now.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to give 1 star not for my customer service agent Gabby who deserves five stars and the manager who deserves five stars. Gabby called or texted me every 2-3 days with updates. My replacement car was delivered by ENTERPRISE Car Rentals. It was a very smooth transaction and they brought the car to me atCaliber Collision Auto body shop (CC).THE RECEPTIONIST - (what not to Do) who answers the phone and greets customers gets the 1 .I AM a new customer at CC walking in to their beautiful facility and the receptionist is arguing with another employee. She proceeds to use the the F word and informed him that she is not going to talk to him the rest of the day (I could care less who she talks to any day).It s definitely not a way for a customer to see you behave representing the company.To top it off she let me know that she had to go, tinkle to the little girls room because she can t hold it any longer, and she proceeds to jump up and run down the hall to the bathroom leaving me standing at the counter. I did not feel comfortable signing a document because it was holding me liable for the charges when in fact another person ran into me and they had for insurance why would I need to sign a document stating I would pay all charges. The person I have been speaking about snatches the paper from my hand and proceeds to say, obviously you don t understand and proceeds to read the document to me and then said, sign, sign and date and if you don t we can t do your work. Lastly, I almost forgot my appointment was at 10:00. I was pulling in their driveway when she called me at 10:01 AM to state they will have to reschedule my appointment, because I am late. Seriously, give me a chance to park and I will be inside. Trust me they did not reschedule my appointment and I spoke to the Manager. They have had my car for two weeks.It s not their fault, but VW s fault Because all of the replacement parts that have been shipped have been damaged. I don t mind waiting for perfection. Check back Friday for the big reveal

One of the worst experience ever my car was there for quite some time had several issues with them getting the front wheel suspension corrected (leaving my vehicle a few times )Still having issues with my car running through tires did not have this issue before taking it into the shop not to mention them running out all of my gas before receiving my vehicle and was told that it would be put back in which it wasn t still waiting on a general manager to contact me so we can resolve these problems. For one I never drop my vehicle off at this location left it at the Frisco location which I know the service there was OK. Not happy happened to go back-and-forth across town when my vehicle was dropped off by home/////update 10/9/23 well, what do we have here come to find out the lower lower control arms on my vehicle were used and they both failed i m sure State Farm will be happy to hear about this. Stay away from this place and thanks Dallas for screwing me over!

Took my parents car here to get it fixed. very professional, answered all my questions. and got it back in a timely manner. Hit a deer. Fred got the parts ordered quickly and the car was ready well before the promise date. Staff was very nice, and took care of coordinating for the rental car company to have a car there when we dropped ours off for repair.
