Great business. Mark, The owner helped me with a car even being on vacation & we sealed the deal when he came back. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. They give you the reassurance of certified German mechanics for the foreign cars & 3 month warranties for all the vehicles along with transparency. Thank you, all at autoburn!

The one time I can say that car buying was actually a pleasure. Staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The pricing was extremely reasonable and all of the maintenance had been handled on the vehicle (this was not the case at most other places). Everything about the experience there said that they cared about their work and image and not just about making a sale. Would gladly do business with them again.

While my emotions are still mixed on current matters, it is no question that the work being done at AutoBurn is something to commend!I bought a 2009 Audi off of their lot in late September early October with Amar, the purchase process was easy, clear and included, warranty, payment and protection plans. Fair pricing and little hassle felt like I was at a dealership, they trust their stock and their customers!The car began having issues mid December and after evaluation by the Warranty Company, the would need a new motor. The Warranty Company, for what ever reason, would not cover this repair and so AutoBurn stepped in. Speaking with Peter, Lead Technician, we discussed options for the repair, swapping in a motor or rebuilding the motor the car has now despite this being at cost to me. I went with a rebuild at cost. Peter's team walked me through the process, what was broken, what needed repair, and what would need repair/ replaced in the process. The team worked fast and by the 10th of January I was back on the road. We were able to negotiate a little on price, barring the circumstances, and there is full protection on the work they have done!Peter is a gem in the mechanic and car community! It is next to impossible to find a Euro dealership and repair shop that doesn't have some questionable business practices, but I am grateful to have worked with and found such and amazing dealership of passionate individuals!

I purchased a 2012 BMW 535i with 95k about 6 months ago, prior to purchase I was allowed to take it to my mechanic and Amaar and his team repaired, checked out and ran diagnostics on everything I found pre purchase. Amaar was upfront about condition of vehicle and it s history (Carfax). After purchase if anything, even slight came up I was able to bring it in and it was taken care of no questions asked. Not only would I shop here again if the right car came along, I frequent the shop for oil change services etc at very fair reasonable prices! Thanks Amaar!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience with AutoBurn has been beyond what anyone could ask for, the customer-orientated lounge, speedy oil changes, and amazing customer service will always ensure my car and I are taken care of. I was in the market, and I don't know how to buy a good used car, but my sister's husband used to own and operate used car lots, and he put me in contact with the guys at Autoburn. I got a really good deal on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. My budget was about 5 grand, and I think I got a really good car at that price. I've already driven it a few hundred miles and had no problems at all.The salesman I worked with is named Zied. He seemed like a good man. He's like 25 or so, Arab, friendly. He was very helpful, and he treated me well. I'm very happy I went to Autoburn, and I was happy to meet Zied. I know my brother in law would not have recommended them if they didn't do honest business. And at the end I was thrilled with my new(er) car.So go see them.

Bought a mini van from them. This guy handles everything! Van has been great. This is the only place that i know where you can buy a used vehicle and get a 3 month warranty on it! The staff is awesome also just so happy qith this place.

Looked at used auto, was met promptly with a good attitude. Thats the only good out of this experience. The vehicle pics online were great. Supposedly no issues at all. Exactly those words.. Drove 45 minutes to look at it with money to buy it in hand. Checking it out i found at least 5 things that were broken and not working inside mainly electronics.Body damage front and rear that was not mentioned at all or shown in photos. When confronted they were going to knock the price down for the issues. The grass lot beside of it was full of wrecked cars and the mechanics were repairing them in the on site shop to be sold im guessing. I honestly do not know how they get good reviews unless they are giving themselves fake reviews. Bad experience for me. Buyer beware.
