Genevieve was MORE than helpful helping my family find the perfect car. She stayed after hours, helped us all day to agtget what we needed, all with a smile and such a great attitude. So grateful for this experience, will definitely do further business in the future! Highly recommend

Kevin was great to deal with!The location is on a much quieter road than most dealerships, so test driving is very easy. I left with a car I wouldn t have considered if not for the ease of browsing the lot and working with Kevin.I m very happy with my experience and the car!

Probably the fastest and smoothest process my wife and I have had to go through. We want to thank Kevin Campbell for helping us out and being very honest and helpful.I guess this is common practice, but I had never been handed the keys to a car to go test drive by myself to check out every aspect of the car without being pressured to hurry. I give this dealer five stars for the service.The vehicle we got was the 08 Toyota Highlander. We drove 80 miles to get here, so it was a really good test for the car on the drive back home. We understand this is a used car and there is a risk we take, and we will update this review to reflect what happens in the coming months, but so far so good!

Been looking for a vehicle for over 3 months. Haven't seen anything I really like. Saturday morning my husband and I went from Fort Mill, concord, Kannapolis and Monroe looking at different cars we seen on internet. We had finally gave up for the day. The time was about 5pm so we decided to stop by local food lion in Indian Trail to grab groceries. Cut thru back way to avoid hwy 74 then we seen this diamond sitting on edge of lot so we turned around to see up close.Genevieve was super nice even let us test drive a few vehicles. We even went on a 2nd test drive before we decided. Well, all I can say is love it. Put new tires and battery for the key FOB both needed updating. We did paperwork on Monday when I got off work and so happy we took the scenic route to Food Lion.

By far my best car buying experience ever! Kevin Campbell was helpful, honest and went out of his way providing what I needed to make a decision. Plus, worked with my schedule on when I could arrive.The only issue post purchase is that the 3rd party inspection said the brakes were good but I had to replace with new rotors and pads due to bad pads. Unexpected $800 repair.

After a very disappointing experience with another local dealer, I found All City Auto Sales online and contacted them about this 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. I was wanting to move up to a larger vehicle because my work requires me to transport marketing displays.It took me a few days to sell my previous car as I was going to use that money for the down payment. I thought the delay was going to keep me from buying the Trailblazer. I contacted Genevieve Danil, our sales associate, on a Sunday evening when I finally sold the and she was a real sweetheart let me know the SUV was still available. She did not pressure us into buying the car which made us feel very comfortable with her. She so much as told us she was pulling for us to be able to buy the Trailblazer.The paperwork signing was effortless after we obtained financing from our credit union. Genevieve was already working on the final papers before we arrived!This is a special dealership and I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. I had a very pleasant experience with them and would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.

Seriously could not recommend All City Auto Sales more. My wife and I had so much headache dealing with used car dealers but that stopped with All City Auto. Genevieve helped us from the start and I knew right away we were going to have a better experience. She completely went above and beyond for us by staying late to make sure we left in a new car. All City gets a 5 star rating from us. Excellent customer service, we found pictures on website to be true to the quality of the vehicle present on site, unlike other used cars lots. The purchase process was made easy, thanks to Genevieve and Gracie. These girls made us feel comfortable and handled everything very professional.

I was genuinely surprised by how friendly and professional this auto dealer was, I never felt pressured or rushed in anyway. The Owner and sales lady Genevieve made the purchasing process quick, smooth and painless. Much better than any larger dealerships and by far one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle of any type. They were able to get me into a beautiful and well maintained example of the dream car I had for years and I couldn't be happier! They pride themselves on customer service and quality vehicles so if you're in doubt I would highly recommend giving this dealer a chance!

Had a great experience purchasing the car with Gracie but I ve only had the car for 5 months (Purchased in April 2022). Within two weeks of having the car I needed an oil change which is no problem, but the cable that connects to the hood was broken and didn t allow the hood to pop up which is weird because they claim they got it inspected beforehand. After the first problem it s been hell trying to keep this car running. I ve been to 4 mechanics and each time they find a different issue. I called to let them know the issue and all she could say is there s nothing she can do about it, I didn t even receive an offer to bring it up to their shop. My sister purchased a 2012 Scion tC here in 2019 from Hector, he was honest with us and she never had any problems so that s why I was confident in coming back to purchase the car from here, but never again.

Genevieve is a super professional and very pleasant person to work with, when we arrived to dealership looking for a car for my sister.
