The team here is awesome and I was impressed with the inventory. I came in and told them what I was looking for. The gentleman started showing me suvs in my price range with the number of seats I needed. They were able to get me approved for the vehicle I wanted and I was able to close the deal quickly. I have nothing but positive things to say about All City Auto sales. My experienced with All City Auto sales was phenomenal. Genevieve and Kaylene were very nice and very helpful. They answered all my questions about the vehicle. The buying process and paperwork went very smooth.They even offered me free shipping 200 miles away.I am very happy with my purchase. Absolutely wonderful experience. They were attentive, communicative, and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. They even partner with Carfax and offer the vehicle history at the drop of a hat.Genevieve was very understanding and worked diligently to get me into a car I felt comfortable and happy to leave the lot in, a beautiful 2012 Honda CR-V.Checked all the boxes and had a painless paperwork process.Would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy location with great customer service!

So my husband and I were looking through our insurance the right car for the right price. All City Auto Sales had one. The best part was how courteous Kaylene was (ask for her) and how quick everything went. Of course, my tip is to have the loan pre approved by a lender to quicken the process. You can't go wrong with All City, variety of cars and they really work with you! Five Stars definitely

Business was handled very well, but the vehicle broke down 2 months after purchase, I had purchased a warranty policy but they wouldn t pay for repairs because I was told that this was a pre-existing condition. They noticed rust on the brakes and around the oil cap. I was very disappointed because the vehicle ran very well since purchase 9/23 to 11/23. I understand about purchasing a vehicle as is but how do you check for rust in a vehicle?

Kaylene was courteous and helpful. The purchasing was painless and seemed to be fairly quick. If I have any complaint, it's that they knew I was coming to look at a particular vehicle and they didn't bother to wash it...it's the little things that make big differences.

I didn't even know this company before, but I was saved so much by their excellent customer service. I spent about $1000 to get the starter and battery fixed in my old car. But one day less than a month later, I found my car not working when I came back from lunch in Charlotte. I had to cancel all of my clients' appointments that day. I used Uber every day because I had to go to work. I was so stressed out when I met Genevieve. She was calm but trying to listen to me carefully. As she was listening, she texted and asked her team what they could do for me. They allowed me not only to do a test drive but also to take it to my mechanic and have it inspected. When I discovered that the battery was almost dead, they ordered a new battery and replaced immediately so that I would go to work in the afternoon. On top of it, they picked up my old car from Charlotte for me on the same day. I was amazed at the professionality and the compassion of her and her team. I was so happy and left there. Thank you, Genevieve and her team!

I will start by saying that Genevieve was the kindest person. Now, since purchasing my vehicle March 31st, there has been close the $7,000 in repairs. In 5 months. I ve been distraught. First the oil leak which showed itself within 2 weeks of purchase. Then the turbo fails, then a valve fails, then the catalytic converter fails. I m in a heap of bills, I ve just gone back to college and I feel like I m sinking. This has been the worst purchase I ve made.

Genevieve went above and beyond when helping us (first time buying a car). She got us through the hurdles that were holding us back and I would highly recommend All City Auto for anyone looking for a used car. We had to make a second trip and they had reasonable holding prices, as well as getting us the car a few thousand dollars under the average value. Great experience!
