I was extremely pleased with the service at Woodie's. I had an unexpected very flat tire. It actually had a bolt in it. I didn't have an appointment but went in with the temporary on my vehicle. They were busy but took my tire to see if it could be fixed. I received a phone call a short time later. The tire was ready and I went back and they installed it and put the temporary spare back in it's place. They were very reasonable in their charge for fixing my tire. Everyone was very pleasant. I definitely would recommend them.

So far, so great! We had a check engine light on for a while and went in to both price and appt time compare between Woodie s and another local auto shop and not only was Woodie s able to accommodate an appointment at the requested day, they confirmed issue, did a thorough inspection and gave us the service quote over the phone as well as a pretty good description of the work they would do to correct the problem. I loved that they had shuttle service to and from the shop as well. I will definitely utilize this shop again. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and efficient not to mention it is one of the nicest non-dealership auto mechanic service shops I ve been in!

The team at Woodie's was very helpful in a time of need! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their main priority was providing me good service and not trying to sell me on repairs. The next time I have a vehicle problem I will definitely be heading back!

I was on the road to Chicago from Charlotte. Didn't get very far, only to discover there was a nail in my tire. NTB couldn't fit me in, so sent me to Woodie's. They pulled my car into the garage right away, and I was out of there lightening fast with a low-priced bill. Cannot complain. Everyone was efficient, super-friendly, and I made it the 11+ hour drive with confidence in the tire repair. Highly recommend.

Staff and mechanics were great. They explained what was wrong and more importantly what did not need to be done. My most recent visit was the 3rd time they ve done that. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Makes a huge difference to actually be able to trust the mechanics, managers and staff.

A lively bunch who takes their work seriously. I was in and out in under 3 business days and my truck feels noticeably more sturdy on the road.Marcus, the black gentleman working there, made it his personal priority that I was satisfied with the service, the cost of the repairs, and left my truck looking and feeling tough. Took my wife's car and it was a great experience. Qualified Team of associates. I thought the diagnostic charge with a lift charge also was a bit steep; Usually there is usually no separate lift charges , at dealer as example and some will credit the diagnosis fee if the work is performed and it was. But otherwise clean shop, good people and job well done!!!

This was my first time here. I came in for brakes. I must say, am so impressed with the entire experience!! The moment I arrived I was greeted by Emily, who was incredibly sweet. She was very professional and kept me updated with the progress. I called several places and Woodie s was the best price!!!I will definitely be back and I will recommend to everyone!!!!!

Got a flat on 77 and came to woodie s. I couldn t be happier. Even though they were shutting down Emily spoke with the boss and got me seen. They did a very quick job on properly patching my tire and getting me back on the road! Will definitely be back!

I was in the area for a separate appointment and figured I would try and contact Woodie's to see if there were any appointments available for an alignment. Although it was busy that day, Marcus told me to bring my car in anyways and was able to get me in as a walk-in, which was greatly appreciated. His friendliness and professionalism definitely made an impact and I am definitely inclined to come back if I am ever back in the area. I did not get the mechanics name, but he dialed the alignment in, you can tell the quality of his work is top notch. Even while waiting, a few other crew members would walk in and have a chat, everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend

Had to be towed off the interstate due to alternator failure. The tow truck company recommended I take it to Woodies and I m glad I did! They started working on my truck the day it arrived and had me on my way the following day. They do offer a shuttle service in case you need to be dropped off or picked up. The staff is Awesome! Super nice people running this shop.

I checked in my 2019 F150, as I was waiting for my ride in the customer lounge I heard my truck start. The boy floored my truck, sped through the small parking lot and then peeled out my tires around the corner approaching the garage bay. Obviously upset I approached the service check in, she was very sweet and apologetic. The manager Karl, sat in his office and did not even acknowledge the situation. I demanded my keys back immediately and left. Very sad, myself and all of my coworkers went there however none us will return.

I would not recommend this mechanic shop, as they are not consistently responsive and they will be at around the bush with your car problems and not listen to the customer. I was up-charged 3 times in a row to not fix an issue with my car. I hadn't had it long, but they claimed to have the most state of the art equipment, software, and master mechanics qualified to work on my particular brand and model. But ultimately it caused me to sell the car 2 months after buying it. Overall, I have had bad experiences with 2 separate cars, and I would not take a complicated or problematic car to this shop, as they will ensure that it becomes a huge money pit for you with little regard for your pocketbook. Especially, do not take a German car or a high mileage car to them. They will overcharge you for diagnostics, maintenance, and will do nothing but put you on the back burner and beat around the bush. They did ok taillight work on my beater, but they butchered the extended diagnosis on my Audi. I wish I had read their Yelp reviews sooner. Be prepared to pay dealer prices or more, and expect to have to badger them until they look at your car. Young and conscientious car owners beware of being upsold and disregarded at every turn. They are reasonably nice people, though.

Great shop to take your car. They fixed my a/c, excellent customer service, on time, and very reasonable.. I noticed also they fixed my seat belt, it was loose...I'll definitely go back to them

I've trusted my car to Woodie's for the past few years. I believe them to be honest straight-shooters. Although the bill for work done this last time was incredibly painful... New brakes and tires are expensive... I believe the evaluation was correct. The price may be a bit higher than Firestone or NTB but seeing the same faces every time I come back can make up for that. Woodie's doesn't seem to have staff turnover that the cheaper places do. Tom was great here in Huntersville.

We LOVED the service we received from Woodie s! They were able to address and fix the issue in a timely manner. One of the best perks, they offer a courtesy driver for those within a certain distance of their shop.The only thing I would change is letting people know when their car is going to take longer than expected. We were told our car would be finished on X date and it wasn t finished until the following day but no one called to tell us so.Apart from that, they found and fixed the issue within 3 days and it was reasonably priced. We will be back in the future!

Made an appointment for 7am, had my car all day, just to get a call about 3:30 in the afternoon saying they wouldn't be able to get to do the work on my car and quoted me on the job they needed to do. That was my only day off, so I needed to pick up my car. Made another the next week on my next day off. Took it in, just to get a call a few hours completely telling me about a whole different job that needed to be done and quoted me double of the first quote I got. Was not prepared to pay that much, so I paid $50 to be inconvenienced twice with no work done. Totally annoyed , not happy

Worst auto service I ever had!! Don t recommend taking your car there! Overpriced, bad customer service. They worked on my cooling system, charged me a very extravagant amount, they broke a part while working on it and never informed me.

They should just tell you they can t service SAAB engines instead of lying about it and saying your car has a clean bill of health. 2500$ and a weekend in the shop, yet the engine still has issues. Had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Tried my regular tire shop where I bought the tires, said they were short staffed and I had to wait 2 days to get in!! Dropped it off at Woodie s, left it 2-3 hours, and they worked me in even though they were jammed. Fixed it just like new. Thank you for Good Service!!Service: TiresService: Tires

The dealership I go to for repairs gave me a odd issue to have repaired, so I brought it in for verification and if needed repairs as Woodies had done a few needed repairs for me before and were great. Turns out I didn't need the repair, got my state inspection done and was on my way in less than an hour, sitting comfortably in the customer area.I brought my car in as well for a issue with start up that began the day before, they gave me a lift to work and made sure to check everything they could and explained what they had tried.

It actually makes me sad to post this review because I had been bringing my car to Woodies for the last year for all my car service and maintenance needs. Karl has always been very honest and professional. Unfortunately, I think they have some new staff that made my past experience horrible. I made an over the phone appointment a week in advance to get my back breaks done, oil change, tire rotation, and to fix 2 of my tire gauges that haven't been working properly. I dropped my car off at 8am and the guy working the front desk looked at me like I had 6 heads when I told him I made an appointment. He had to take down my information 3 times before he got it correct. I called them around 3pm and they told me they JUST got my car into the shop to work on. At 5:30pm they called me and told me I needed both sets of breaks replaced and it would be around $1200. I was upset because the appointment I made was to go on ahead and do the back breaks. I finally just told them I was going to get my vehicle and I wanted a quote for both sets of breaks. The guy on the phone told me $1200 and they couldn't give me a paper quote until I had my breaks checked?!?! Made absolutely no sense. I went to get my car and the guy in the shop also wouldn't give me a paper quote and told me it would be about $1,000... shady. I paid for my oil change and tire rotation (they had my car for 9 hours) and left. I got in my car and my tire sensors were still not working either. I will never go back, absolutely no point in making an appointment.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

Tough to find honest and personal people these days. First time I have ever been to Woodies and felt comfortable right away. Very knowledgeable, and not pushy for additional services like most places. Even drove me home and back so I did not have to wait at the shop.

Very friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, very clean and quiet waiting area with a large window into the service area. The waiting room has plenty of seating, a TV, a Keurig machine with 10 different drink options, free water and soda in a small refrigerator, free snacks including peanuts crackers etc. The waiting area also has dominoes and a deck of cards to pass the time. I came in to have a nail removed from my tire. Overall great experience.

Marcus answered our call when we asked about fitting us in with a leaking tire. They got the tire fixed with a patch and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Thanks Marcus!
