Brian Doyle, Samuel and Brenda were a GREAT team to work with in my acquisition of the vehicle that I purchased. Brian was very committed to finding me the truck that I wanted. He provided me several options for me to choose from. Samuel was the most customer friendly sales person I've ever encountered. He is very professional and very mannerable. Brenda made sure that we understood the financial part of our deal. She was very patient and precise when reviewing the financial data. When the purchase was completed and I was ready to take possession of the vehicle they ALL met me at the vehicle to see me off.Great teamwork and Great team!

It was a great process when I purchased my car here. Adda was great showing us the different Camrys and informed us of all the different types of the model.Michael, our PROS Sales & Leasing Consultant was a huge help in our decision-making process. He was very patient and answered all the questions we had, and there was a lot, especially being first-time car buyers. We could not have felt more confident with our decision without his expertise.And thanks to David for a smooth finish of the financial papers. This dealership has good people to work with. Thank you to Jennifer, Larry, James C, and Troy for making my first buying experience a great and successful one! They helped me pick out a car I fell in love with, were very knowledgeable about the car, and walked me through every step of the way after. They always checked in with me and were very helpful. Very pleasant experience! From walking in and being greeted by Eugene, him showing both new and used vehicles, being very helpful and informative about the questions we had, to Mr Michael Brown in finance patiently working with me to get the best deal. After deep consideration and weighing my options, I then came back the very next day to finalize the paperwork with Laila (also in finance) and drove away in my new 2024 Toyota Corolla! Highly recommend getting your next vehicle with Toyota of North Charlotte !

My son and I visited Toyota of North Charlotte yesterday and it was our first time visiting the dealer. We were Greeted by Eugene who was our product specialist and he was very helpful. He then introduced us to Brian who was the salesperson who helped us with our purchase. He was very clear and detailed in his presentation and he walked us through the buying process. He was very professional and it has been the best car purchase experience I have ever had. After we agreed on the final price we were introduced to Abril and she took the time to make us feel comfortable and explained all of the documentation we would need to sign. She made sure to explain each document and asked us Do you have any questions this was done with each document we signed.This purchase was enjoyable and Stress free.If you plan on purchasing a vehicle I would recommend you ask to work with these team members.

Awful Customer Service! They re not honest, they re con artists who s money hungry. They ll tell you the interest rate you re approved for but will jack up the interest rate when it s time to sign, they ll wait to take your down payment first. I don t like dealing with pushy salespeople that won t show you the car fax and keep rushing you to sign and not give you time to process everything. Samuel is the only professional they have in my opinion because he s not pushy. This location is a Mom and Pops Place now.

Just leased a RAV4 from Toyota of North Charlotte and it was a great experience! No complaints at all!! And highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle! James helped select the right RAV4 for me, Paul handled the financing portion and Abril helped with the paperwork! They all were helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. It was a smooth process with friendly and helpful people and Paul made it happen!! I m very excited with my new RAV4 and glad to be part of the Toyota family!!

Excellent experience from the minute of arrival and greeted by Louis, knowledgeable and patient, who introduced the vehicles wanted to view, explaining each plus answering every question ultimately adding an additional SUV that was an immediate hit. Christian then listed in detail all financial options. His presentation was clear and thorough as he made sure all were understood. There was no pressure nor techniques of persuasion, but rather respect and an easiness giving me plenty of time to voice and consider before making my decision. The last step included Sophia who was gracious and professional guiding me through the signings. I would rate each encounter 5-star/A+++++.

I highly recommend working with Mr.Michael Brown & Samuel. Came in with specific numbers to work with and Mr.Brown was able to get me a great deal on the SUV I wanted. The process was easy and fast. Got everything done in less than 2hrs. Special thanks to Samuel who was very detailed with everything and had the patience to explain any concerns or questions I had. Samuel also accompanied me to get my mats the next day and installed them for me! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Adda, James, and Jennifer are Awesome People. Regional Manager LIED about Interest Rates! Was told by getting a 5.4% and NOT a 7.99% was saving us money so NO Discount on Car and Paid FULL PRICE. Not a big fan of the color White but thought we were getting a great deal but we know different now. We Love the Corolla and have to get use to the color but next time we will hold out for the Color we want. Just 1 thing though if u have Excellent Credit don't let them Finance you go to a Credit Union. They tried to hit us with 7.99% Interest for 72 Months for Excellent Credit then got us to a 5.4% for 72 Months. The Interest Rates are lower at Credit Union. Credit Union is below 3.99% for 72 months. We were told 5.4% was best they can do but they lied. So as of today we Refinanced at 4% and Lower Payments. For anyone looking for a Great Interest Rate get ur Amount to be Financed and go to the Credit Union. Just get your Amount and Finance Elsewhere. Know before u go. Also if u want Extra Extended Warranty on the car ur looking to Buy the Credit Union offers it for a lot less money. Hope this helps someone.

Excellent experience purchasing from this dealership! First obsessed with my new car!! We were just considering a trade when we pulled onto the lot on Saturday and thankfully Alex stepped in to give us lots of direction and advice to guide us without pressuring or pushing. Brian was patient with us while we explained what information we needed to make a decision and Abril was efficient in getting us in and out. Extremely professional team. Would recommend this buying experience to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Walked into Toyota today to buy my lease out. Immediately Alex approached me. Alex was very friendly, very knowledgeable of the different cars they had on the lot. He then had Paul help me with the sale. Paul was professional, and was able to help me buy out my lease. Overall was a smooth process. I am from out of state and both Alex and Paul were very knowledgeable about helping me out with DMV questions and orientating me to this states processes. If you need services from this location ask for Alex and Paul.

Our experience began with Steven, who had an engaging personality and went the extra mile to show us some upcoming cars for sale. My daughter took an interest in a used Rav 4. Then we met Christian, who was also beaming with a great personality. He was friendly, straightforward, educated us on our options and ultimately won us over and into a brand new Rav 4! From start to finish it was a great process. We started with Dominic R. who showed us each model to help us make an educated decision. Michael Brown helped us next he was professional, compassionate and made the decision to purchase easy. Finally Jennifer in finance explained everything thoroughly, answered any questions we had and even helped get the car ready for us to drive home! just moved to Mooresville and my girl Demi and I needed a car. Alex was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE WHEN IT CAME TO ANY CAR WE LOOKED AT. Ended up with a Rav4 Hybrid Limited. and We love it. George Bolden took care of us with the financing and Nate Richardson made his magic happen and had us out the door. overall great Experience. the ONLY thing is the next day when I was walking around the car admiring it, I noticed one of the exhausts is sitting lower than the other. I haven't had the time to bring it in to show them. I REALLY HOPE THEY FIX IT FOR ME. lets see

Eugene, was the first person we met and that brought us into Toyota. We knew that he was friendly at the beginning of our conversations. He introduced us to the Tundra models. Eugene thoroughly educated us all of the different models of Tundras. He then introduced me the hybrid Tundra. He knew that s I would like the most! Sold! The sales agent we were introduced to, Roger, was very friendly and informative. Not only did we discuss the truck pricing, he educated us on different types of loans. Our discussion on the final paperwork and costs was very smooth. He constantly worked with us on pricing and checked with additional management on pricing. No complaints!

Everybody here is awesome. We start Lao in the service department and decided to check out the new cars to change models. so we went off to find Mike Brown who always does our car sales and leases.( and no, I'm not related to him).David who had done our financing in the past has done a really good job training Alyssa, who is our finance person today as we navigated through the paperwork. She knew what she was doing. She was thoughtful she's sweet she's honest.All done driving home in our new 2024 Corolla. Yay us!

I purchased a 2021 hybrid Toyota carolla from this location. I walked in early morning with no appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. In no time I was introduced to Santos who was very personable professional and knowledgeable with the cars on the lot. We test drove two cars I was interested In. Then I sat down with Paul and talked about numbers and financing. The next day, Paul helped me get a good interest rate and worked with me to get everything situated. To wrap up the sale I sat down with Sharnette and she went over all the documents I needed to sign and explained everything and answered all my questions. Everyone was very professional and kind, I was offered snacks while I was waiting for everything to finalize. I would recommend this dealership 10/10.

I had a fantastic experience looking for a new Corolla. Everyone was really nice and made the process of buying a new car super quick. I was only there for about 3 hours total. I was able to look at several cars, test drive, and then go through the process of buying the car and signing the paperwork in those 3 hours. As requested from your 4 text messages and a personal request for a review to get a monthly bonus, I will gladly share my experience. 3 years ago my husband and I became customers with Toyota of North Charlotte when he purchased a Camry and I leased a Highlander. My lease was ending which is what brought us back in. We were shown options of buying my lease, leasing a new vehicle or purchasing. The new vehicle they were trying to get me to lease was never even able to be opened because they could not get the key out of the lock box so I never even got to sit in it. The "product specialist" that I was working with even forgot to lock back one of the cars as we were walking away I had to tell him that the box was still open (you're welcome by the way) and we seemed to know more about the cars than he did. After all was said and done I decided that it was best to purchase my lease which was even announced over the intercom even though the sales guy knew it made me uncomfortable but he still considered it a purchase. Then after waiting for another 45 minutes we were finally able to go back and sign all the paperwork. I went through the entire process as if I was purchasing a car from you guys but never received the perks of purchasing the car like everyone else, my car was never detailed nor pulled up on the side. My keys were handed back to me and I was instructed on where to go to find my car at the front. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend the dealership. The 2 stars are for the car itself and how much I love it.

We loved our experience here. It was our first time in a dealership looking for a car for ourselves but everyone here made it easier for us. We were greeted with smiles and our sales rep, Cristian Suarez, was very helpful and informational when breaking down the sale for the car we loved. When we went to finance to finalize the purchase, Tyler helped us understand every document we signed and made sure we were all set before taking off in our new car.

Great Team!! Alan knew exactly what I wanted and took me to it. Ken Cooley really made the process seamless, made us comfortable, explained the options I had and advocated for me when negotiating my terms. Sadly i don't remember the team leads name that really crunched the numbers to get the perfect deal but he was also a great help, very polite and accommodating. Walked away with a brand new Tundra and a great deal!

From the moment I parked my car, I was met by Adda who very professionally took care of me. I was met by several people before taking a test drive and then Christian was exceptionally good at working through the details at which point we came to an agreement. Jennifer was excellent at coordinating the documents to finalize the sale. This was nothing but a positive experience.
