Wonderful dealership and great employees at Huntersville. Christiano went out of his way and took that extra step to ensure the specific car I was seeking was available when I drove over from Greensboro on the Friday after Thanksgiving . Sales process was low key, friendly and professional. Brandon in finance handled that similarly and I m thrilled I got the exact car I wanted. Truly Beyond Blessed and Thankful For The Outstanding Car Shopping Experience with Salesman Cristiano Alberto. Found My Dream Car in a used 2021 Chevy Spark. Cristiano sent me all the information and sent videos of inside the car. Brandon in Finance and Marketing went over all the paperwork with ease and found a great extended warranty for my car. I came into the car dealership and meet Cristiano on his day off. The whole buying experience at Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville was The Greatest and Grandest. The Review only allows 5 stars. However I give everyone there a Billion Stars. Looking Forward for All The New Adventures in My New Chevy Spark! Walked out Family and Friends!

George Smith did an excellent job in making sure I was able to get the car and made the whole buying experience an excellent experience!! Today I was able to realize a life long dream owning a Corvette. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Cristiano. He was pleasant and very personable. He made me feel welcomed and was very attentive to my needs. He answered my questions while offering excellent advice. He confidently told me I was going to be a Corvette owner today.After introducing me to Brandon in Finance, they became the dynamic duo DEAL DONE!!!I can t say enough about my experience. If you re in the market for a new vehicle, you would be wise to give Cristiano a call. He s knowledgeable, kind and will work extremely hard to get your deal done. Cameron was great! As soon as my windshield was in, they got me in and out quickly. I m usually not a big fan of going to dealerships because they are crowded and usually slammed with work. I was able to drop my car off quickly with no wait at all. They even looked into a computer system issue that my car was having when it wasn t scheduled for them to do so. I ll definitely be going there for my future car needs! They were kind and easy to work with.

We came to Parks just looking to see if we could work something out on purchasing a Chevrolet Tahoe. Not only did we find my wife s dream car, we made a friend in the process! Had a low pressure experience which is good. Dallas Mason did a great job with communication and finalizing the deal. He s very personable and an all around superstar. Salesman has ignored my texts for a week now since I purchased the truck. He was all about communication until I paid for the vehicle now I can t set up a time to get a key made for tailgate that they said they would do. Everything is great until you sign the paperwork, then your nothing.

First of all, i loved the diversity at this dealership. All the staff were friendly, and I didn t get the pushy salesperson vibe that comes with most dealerships. Someone had just purchased the specific vehicle my husband and I had our eyes on, but Cristiano Alberto helped us find one that was even better! He was very knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the entire process. Brandon (finance dept) was also super helpful with our process!

Cristiano really helped eliminate the typical car buying experience by bring the car to me to test drive at work. He also didn t do the typical haggle dance and was able to close the deal very quickly. If you don t want to deal with the typical experience and you re ready to do business then Cris is your guy.

I've enjoyed my experience at this dealership. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is super easy, and I m sure I ll be making my finale decision on my next vehicle within a day or so at this location. I will advise anyone to car shop here. Not only because of the high quality vehicles, but the high quality of customer service as well. Thanks to my guy Cristiano for customer service at its best.
