Can t say enough good things about this location and the store manager, Braedon. He spent almost an hour helping me diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my auxiliary battery in my jeep. Most places would have told me to go to a mechanic as this job required a bit more work than a traditional battery replacement. Braedon went above and beyond to help me out and saved me a bunch of money in the process. Fantastic experience!!

The friendly and helpful staff member made sure that I had the correct part for my work truck. I will go here again when I need other parts. When they fall off my truck.

Great counter staff. Smart lady knows her stuff. Plus great customer service Five stars all the way.Specialty parts in stock to service my Acura MDX and RL. In and out within minutes and car issues are gone.

The team at this store are second to none! I went in for a battery, found out my terminals were super corroded and needed to be replaced. They were in terrible shape. They not only changed my battery but fixed the terminals as well. I couldn t be happier. The Assistant manager worked on this for 30-40 mins to make sure everything was done right and it worked properly. There is no other auto parts store for me, this is the only store. Thanks for all the help. Matt

I am fighting cancer.I asked the staff if they would install a new battery and install the battery at my house.They told me no problem and I had a new battery in my car in about 30Minutes.I thank Management and staff for being kind and I really appreciate the big favor

Showed up with a dead battery, they tested it And had the new battery die needed in stock and installed it for me in less than 20 minutes.the staff are so kind and Know exactly what to do.

I checked the calendar yesterday and was shocked to learn it was 2023 - and O'Reilly Auto Parts STILL does NOT have an cell phone App to look for parts on line. O'Reilly's business strategy is identical to Blockbuster Video. I saved a trip, a phone call, being placed on hold and found what I needed on Auto Zone's app. Wake up Mr. CEO.

Evan was so helpful today and very knowledgeable! There s a young man in there with long brunette hair that is very unprofessional. This is my second time I ve come in there and a co worker will ask him a question and he s very unprofessional , rude and not knowledgeable. I brought cash this morning but explained to Evan if they didn t have change I could use my card if I had too . He stated we should so he proceeded to ask the guy and he smartly & loudly in front of another customer saying people come in here early with cash thinking we re a bank I don t know who people is . I ve spent a lot of money recently over the last couple weeks for my car so his attitude and tone is very unprofessional. Otherwise this location is great and Evan & the previous employee we re awesome ! They both had great customer service. This place deserves a 5 star but the one bad apple needs to be picked out !

Been using O'Reilly Auto Parts in Huntersville as needed for a few years. Alway had great service from the guys.Well, my truck battery was dying and I knew they would install it really quickly at no extra charge from past experiences. SInce I had just broken my leg, O'Reilly was my first choice.Sure enough, super simple, super fast and nice guys. What i did not expect was the old battery in my truck was still under warranty. I did not ask, they noticed it and said, hey, this is our battery and it looks like it is under warranty. The refunded my purchase price and swapped out the battery at NO CHARGE.Wow. They could have just kept my $$$ and moved on. They did the right thing and earned 5 star review. Super guys. Thank you both so much. Wish I had their names.Mike Dow - A fan!

We purchased a new battery for our car yesterday. Our salesman was extremely nice and even installed the battery for us which my Husband and I found to be extremely helpful and courteous!! Highly recommend this location and we will continue to use this store for any other items we need for our cars!!!

Awful place, I will not return! They had a dog inside the building. the dog came running, growling and barking at me. No one was sympathetic, I m terrified of dogs, only thing one guy could say is, I promise you she don t bite I couldn t even purchase what I originally went In there for.

Cooper was such a help, he ordered all the parts that I needed and watch my car for me while I called a mobile mechanic! If I ever need anything long as cooper is there, I ll be coming to THIS O Riley s to GET IT!Appreciate the guys here .-A happy customer !

The Best customer service, knowledgeable, and parts always in stock. The associate recommended competitors option to purchase parts offered in a bundle as opposed to buying individually (Macy's approach).

The sales rep was very helpful and answered all my questions. The prices were fair and they had everything I needed in stock. This is my first stop for parts.It can be difficult if you want to take a left out of their parking lot when there's traffic. If it's a problem, take a right and then the first left is the post office. It's easy to turn from there

Came here to pick up coils for my car to do a tune up, they acted like they had no clue what they were doing and when I left to pick up my spark plugs from another store and then finding out it was at this location, they said they didn't know how to process the return. Threatened to call corporate on the store that WAS helpful because they were going above and beyond standards to meet my needs. Absolutely ridiculous. The associates seemed to still be in high school and it was like it was both of their first day of work.

This is going to be long. There just isnt enough that I can say about this particular location. My husband and I were traveling back home to Pa from Myrtle Beach and our Harley broke down along 77. We called this location for a part, and they also recommended a company to tow us as we had been trying to get one for hours. They let us keep our bike there until the part came in the next morning. Amy, one of the employees then drove us to a hotel for the night. They let my husband use tools to try to fix the bike, helped us in every way possible...even driving him to Lowes, and one of the employees wife then drove us all over the place looking for a truck to rent to get our bike and us home when it became apparent it couldn't be fixed. I am astounded at the concern, helpfulness and compassion everyone there showed us. We were exhausted, desperate and very alone down there and they made us feel so at home and cared for...and I cant thank them enough for that. The entire staff that was there on friday sept 27 and saturday sept 28 deserve recognition beyond this simple review, as they exemplify the most important aspects of a business. They are knowledgeable, so very helpful, and provided compassion and assistance above and beyond anything I could have imagined. We got so lucky to break down where we did...thank you ALL for everything, from my very bottom of my heart!

Needed an Exhaust Hanger at 7PM on a Sunday - O'Reilly was the only place open, and had exactly what I needed in stock! Jeremy was very courteous, helping me find the part I need within less than 5 minutes! Thanks O'Reilly Huntersville, NC for being there when I needed you!

I have always had good success at this auto parts store. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, they usually have certain small engine parts that I need that sometimes I can't find at other stores.

Weekday staff before 2pm are awesome! Super friendly all hours of the day! Oil AND filters are recycled here. Not going anywhere else EVER!

On 1/15/20 I purchased lucas power steering stop leak from this location . The label states that if the product doesn't work then my money will be refunded. I returned to the store today because the product didnt work. I had my receipt also. I was told that oreilly auto parts doesn't have to honor the money back guarantee because its not thier product. This is 100% unacceptable as i purchased the product from oreilly and when i asked about the guarantee initially i was told that it would be honored . I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau against this company and will never do business with them.again. They are thieves and liars
