I called here when they were fixing to close because I got a flat tire and they didn t even hesitate to tell us to come in. They took care of it right away for me even though there was 10 minutes left in their work day. Any other place would ve told me that I can leave the car overnight and they d fix it the following day.I m so grateful to Curtis who helped me today. He had amazing customer service and I definitely will be coming back in the future for anything tire related.

I had my car towed in to get a new tire and was sitting for 2 hours after explaining that I needed to be at work a hour prior. I was sitting from 12:17pm to 2:05pm while being 1 of 2 people that was there. This place is a joke. When I asked how long, he said whenever he gets the paperwork. When the car was FINALLY done, he handed my keys with no words on where my car was parked or anything. Just handed my keys. Horrible service for me. Will NEVER return

My tire had a really slow leak w no puncture. The guys were able to find the culprit and replace it (valve stem), they were very generous and didn t charge me. I ll be back for my next set of tires, thanks.

My mom took her car in after having a flat tire on the front drivers side wheel of the car, she was told she would receive a call after they finished replacing the tire. She did not get a call and instead had to call the next day to see if her car was ready, and when we went to pick up the car I drove the it home. I then found out the flat tire still on the car and the back drivers side wheel was replaced instead. We then took the car back to get the proper wheel replaced, and the man talking to my mom had a total lack of customer service. He planned on charging her for a new tire despite the mistake being on them, even trying to upsell her on the more expensive tires and then asking her what she wanted to do about it instead of offering to rectify the situation. This was not a good experience and I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I had my rear brakes replaced today. The customer service was great. Cal and Brian were very personable. Cal went out his way to ensure I was comfortable while I waited. They got me in and out faster than I expected. I could tell that other customers were also pleased especially when 1 customer left amd came back with donuts for the NTB team.

I selected this NTB location based on recent reviews. Unfortunately, I did have a good experience. As a new customer, I booked my appointment online for brakes and new tires, including alignment. However, when I arrived at the location is when everything went wrong. My appointment was at 9 am. I arrived at 8:45 am. Upon walking in, no greeting. I had to greet them, and then they responded. The representative states the wait would be at least 2 hrs just to get estimates. Why make an appointment to wait 2 hrs before the work could start. I left the location without getting my vehicle serviced. Lesson learned: If you book an appointment with location, remember the time slot is just a placeholder and it can take several hours to even get your car inspected- so have someone pick you up or Uber home.

Don t go anywhere else! Call Yankee (Cal) or Eddy, they ll take great care of you! Got these beauties and an alignment for under 9! Yup! And their waiting room is comfy! Great free coffee!

Came in with 2 nails in my rear tire today and Bryan and the team took great care of me! They got me in and out plugged my tire up and got me on my way for less then I was expecting!!Thanks so much Bryan, just another reason why this is my go-to tire and service shop !

Good service and pleasant staff. Didn't try and sell me more then I needed but did take the time to ask me if I wanted to replace my windshield wipers. (they needed to be replaced :))

Cal was very helpful and considerate when having to purchase a set of tires spur of the moment. He was able to get me in and have my tires in adequate timing. I would recommend this place and location to anyone and ask for Cal!

I have been to many NTBs, however, this location in Huntersville has always treated me really well. Cal is fantastic and always gets done what I need even without an appointment. I highly recommend this location, and I would try and work with Cal as your service advisor if possible.

As a woman, I want to trust the people working on my car and advising me on repairs/maintenance. The people at NTB Huntersville have always been reliable, trustworthy and respectful. The whole team there is welcoming and friendly. They are my one stop for oil changes, inspections, tires, and repairs.

I don't recommend. Service continues to get worse. One day they will do a tire replacement if you bring your own the next day its not a service they offer. Love that I was able to got to a competitor for a lower price. NO STARS

Fast, friendly and professional service. Was actually looking for Goodyear when I came across NTB. Went in for an alignment and had a funny wobbling sound in back of car. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a separated thread yet said tires are at end of life. They didn't have tires in stock and said they could order yet also encouraged me to check around to see if someone else had them in stock. Found them elsewhere and NTB gave me a quote to price match. Meanwhile, while they completed alignment, also diagnosed a tire flat sensor. Ultimately, they only changed me for the Alignment. I'll go back next time I need service or tires.

Cal we easy and nice to work with. I had a 4pm appt and was out in about an hour. They were able to patch my tire which I was grateful for. Would recommend.

I had an issue with my TPS sensor going off and narrowed down to my right front wheel. I took it in to have it repaired, picked it up when it was ready, and the following week had the same issue. I took it back in and Matthew took care of me. I explained the situation and he apologized for the continued issue. I've now had my vehicle for two weeks, with zero issues. Thank you Matthew for taking care of my issue and making it right at no extra cost. That's great customer service!!

Continued exceptional Service.I just wanted to share an update of the exceptional service that I continue to receive from Ben and His Team. I make a quick pop in to have the tire pressure check on the tires that I had installed 4 months ago. The Tire have an exceptional ride. I went inside for a brief moment and was asked " How may we help you". I shared that I just needed to have the tire pressure check and was directed to pull up in front of the open bay. I was greeted by the Tech, and He took immediate action. They had me in and out in just a few minutes. The service remains exceptional. Thanks to Ben and His Team.I had been looking for an affordable set of tires, who isn't, for a 2015 Honda Crosstour I recently purchased.After an extensive search, I narrowed My window down to the BF Goodrich Advantage TA Sport tires. On Clearance and at a great price. Ben had taken exceptional care and very professional. We had set an appointment to return once the tires arrived. Things happen and the tires did not arrive. The purpose of this review is to acknowledge Ben's professionalism with regards to handling the situation. Ben was phenomenal. He was able to locate a different tire that would ultimately meet / exceed My expectations. It is too soon to speak to the ride and performance but it is evident that Ben's purpose is to make sure to take care of the Customer. Thank You Ben for taking such great care of Me and the situation. GREAT SERVICE.

I ve been coming here for years, made an appointment for 12:30, said they d be finished with 2 new tires by 2:30, and it s already 4:00pm! Had to cancel 2 other appoints for today. This is very disappointing and the service has gone downhill dramatically since my last visit. Will be looking for a new place to shop for tires.

I used to love going to NTB for tires and the quality of service, however yesterday I will not do business here under the new hires.The associate Cal spoke very rude to me when I came in. Per the phone call that morning I informed them. I needed a single tire REPLACED, as well as an alignment. When I arrived Cal told me to write my name as well as my phone number on a piece of paper. After I did that I went to go sit back down, Cal says Yo come here . Questioned me if the piece of paper was mine, and the rudely told me to write why I was there and the name of my vehicle, which he didn t tell me to do at the beginning. Already taken back at that, I left the building. About two hours later Cal called me and said the tire cannot be REPAIRED. We already discussed it cannot be repaired. The tire was completely bald?? I already informed them why I was there. The two hours of waiting should have been to start working on my car, not to look at it and see what the problem was.Also tried to get me to buy two tires on the axle which is completely understandable. however I m planning to get new wheels for my car in a month or so, the new tire is temporary.About an hour later I get a call back from the lady who was much nicer, I don t remember her name , however what she said the technician recommended really set it off for me.The technician who performed the inspection on my vehicle recommended 4 tires, new shocks in the front and rear, and new brake pads in the rear.The tread life on the 3 other tires are not low enough to be replaced. And I replaced the shocks LAST YEAR. I asked them why the shocks needed replaced, they informed me the mileage of my car recommends new shocks, and they said shocks are after market. Which was a smack in the face due to the shocks being OEM.I have been an auto technician for almost 6 years, and was not able to get a new tire mounted at my shop due to our tire mount machine being broken. Hence why I went to NTB. The only thing they recommended that was true were my rear brake pads being at 1mm. I m replacing the pads myself next week so no worries there.The servicing of the tire replacement and alignment were great, and I appreciate them doing the job, however Cals behavior, and the technicians recommendations were enough to make me not want to go back here. Which is a shame because I have recommended NTB to many family and friends before this experienceI would like the manager have a conversation with Cals customer service, and to educate technicians to not upsell repairs that aren t necessary. Integrity should be at the top of the list for an automotive repair shop. I seriously hate to write reviews like this but the experience was enough for me to speak on the matter.Unfortunately my SD card was not in my dash cam yesterday, so only lord knows what was said and done when driving my vehicle after testing the alignment.

Came in an hour and a half early for my scheduled appointment because earlier plans fell through. Eddie brought me right in and my service was done in under an hour. I have been coming here for years and Mavis or not the customer service is impeccable. Thanks Eddie shall see you all soon. I drive 25 mi just to come get a service because the are the best NTB/Mavis around. Please promote this excellent gentleman to run his own facility or multiple. Thanks Eddie!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are absolutely a joke since Mavis bought them out. They can't balance tires bc they never have the weights. Cal checked me in over 2 hours ago however didnt botger to ever tell me there were no weights and offer to reschedule. You make an appointment and they leave you sitting 2-3 hours, no one touching your car then shrug their shoulders. Horrible Horrible team, they cannot even tell you who the managers are and what the customer service number is to call anyone to complain! Stay very far away! Update, apparently the store manager, Matthew Luxfor was working but would not help because he said "it was his day off."Update::: I called customer service like you said to do in your comments and talked with Dawn. Probably one of the nastiest human beings I've encountered in customer service. Took a bad situation and escalated it. Mavis is a complete joke. If you cannot handle basic customer service, NO ONE should ever trust you with their car!Dawn with your customer service department needs to not be in customer service. If your calls are recorded you absolutely need to listen to how incredibly rude this lady is. She has no business dealing with customers. Make sure you listen to that recording. Furthermore she was so rude, she did not fix the customer service issue only escalated it. Also told me she did not have to give me her Supervisors name. Is that protocol?Mavis is horrible.
