The staff at this location is very friendly and offered fantastic service. George, Ed, and Steve were very friendly and helpful with servicing my vehicle. I was in and out in no time and appreciated the professionalism. Good place to go for routine maintenance and tires, thumbs up.

Ran over an Allen key on a Sunday, Called NTB and they told me to come on over. George the service manager was awesome. He was Friendly, informative, and professional. Him and his technician Shakur were excellent and got me in and out quick and easy. Had the kiddos with me and they even took the time to educate them on a couple of tools and displays around the waiting area. Will definitely come back here in the future. Thanks NTB team.

I went to Mavis Tire at 16628 W Catawba Road on April 18, 2024 and needed a valve stem replaced! Olivia and George immediately took care of me and promptly scheduled the repair while I waited! The repair was completed flawlessly and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience!! Shakur performed the work quickly and with great care. Thank you Mavis for a great experience, I will be back!!

Called in for a state inspection and oil change at 8am and was seen immediately. My vehicle wouldn't start on the way out because of my poor repair, but the manager Ed and techs saved the day by troubleshooting and fixing the issue free of charge. The price was very reasonable, and the office associate, Olivia, was polite and kind. I would recommend to a friend.

My experience with this location, was absolutely amazing. George (The Service Manager) was a huge help, and showed that he cared for my best interest has a customer. Shakur (The Technician) pulled my car right in once George was done and completed what I needed done. I will definitely come back if I have to, and would recommend this location to any and everyone!

George, the service manager, is so great! I came in last minute with no appointment for a tire repair and they took care of me! Shakur is the technician that helped fix my car and I m so grateful I came to this location last minute. Had other minor issues with my car that other locations tried to give me the run around about, but George helped and even educated me on a few tips. I will be returning from here on out!

I had a great experience at NTB! Olivia and George in the front were incredibly helpful and friendly! I had new tires put on and they did an assessment to see if I needed an alignment. The whole process was fast and easy. I will definitely be coming here again!

Had a great experience here! Got a screw in my tire & they were able to get it fixed swiftly and efficiently. Olivia was great and had excellent customer service. 10/10 experience. Will come here again!

I had a screw in my tire that needed patched. I was able to walk in with no advanced notice. Service was fast and courteous. They fixed my tires with no issues at all. Olivia made sure I knew exactly what was going on and kept me comfortable during my wait. I highly recommend using NTB and the one here in Huntersville really did great.

Great customer service. Very attentive employees. I trust them with my vehicle. I have a location closer to me but prefer to go to this one because I feel like they care. No issues so far, but they listen and want to make sure your car is safe to drive

Called up right before closing time needing a tire patch and talked to Olivia. Dustin showed me all of the debris inside and explained exactly why something like that would happen. They set me up a new appointment to get the tire replaced in a timely manner. Very knowledgable and friendly. Customer service was fantastic. Will definitely do business here again.

I have always had a wonderful experience with this location primarily because of the store manager, ED. He always is super friendly, outgoing and eager to address any of my vehicle issues. I recently had a battery issue that ED addressed but he also diagnosed that the starter might be a future issue. Sure enough, it indeed failed but ED quickly located a new part and got it fixed. I would definitely recommend this NTB to my family and friends based on how Ed has treated me at this store.

Coming to this place on a busy day, George, the service manager had to call me to reschedule so I don't have to wait too long. He and the team here were friendly, honest and competent. I feel comfortable taking my car here for service.

I recently purchased new tires from NTB and Ed which was a good experience. One of the new tires unfortunately had a puncture and Ed was able to get me back on the road the next day so I could travel out of town. They go above and beyond and are always friendly to answer any additional questions you may have. Thanks Ed!

I just have to share my wonderful experience with this store! The time I walked through the door they were professional and made sure I knew every step they were taking to fix my tire. Courteous and great caring staff! I recommend this store and will certainly be back.

Had to get new tires and my car alignment. Prices were decent. Was quoted and hour and a half... Took about 15 extra minutes which is pretty good! Big shout out to the guy who helped me...I think his name was Matt? Smaller guy with glasses. He was all over the place almost like organized chaos. You could tell he takes better in his work! There were a couple other higher management? types there who were friendly but maybe not as attentive as Matt. So thank you!!

Stopped by NTB this morning because my tire was losing air pressure rapidly but I didn t have a lot of time to spare. The manager, Ed, was able to squeeze me in even though I didn t have an appointment. The technician, Scooter, figured out that I had a nail in my tire and he patched it right up and I was able to make it to my appointment on time. These guys are very personable and definitely care about what they do for their customers!

Came in on a Sunday without an appointment due to finding my tire flat last night. Was greeted by George the Service Manager and went over some options. I ended up deciding on taking George's recommendation and replaced all 4 tires.I was lucky they had 4 in my size. Shakur the technician was amazing, and got me right in. The service these two gentlemen gave me as a walk-in on a Sunday morning without an appointment made a world of difference to me.I highly recommend this location, as both George and Shakur made what could have been a stressful situation a real easy experience.

The people here were very helpful. I was able to make an appointment for tire repair in a timely manner. They repaired the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour. I will definitely come back here for tires and work to be done on my vehicle.

Horrible experience, will never be back. Brought my Acura in for a headlight replacement. Everything was fine, paid $600 a week goes by and it s out again, I bring it back, they check it out, say they are going to charge me $600 again! For the same thing. I expected for them to replace it for free since it was one week later the part they out on broke again. I contacted corporate, no response ever from them after corporate guy on the phone told me the general manager would reach out. When I went to pick up the car, the guy at the desk was rude as can be! I just asked what I was being charged for, he flips the screen around and just points . I asked multiple times to explain to me, had to raise my voice before he stopped and said sorry it s not you, I m just having a bad day unacceptable in any job field.

i was heading out of town on Tuesday and realized I had a tire with a leaking stem valve on Monday afternoon. NTB squeezed me into their schedule and fixed it very quickly. Also, the guys there were extremely pleasant. Great experience, and we couldn t be happier with their service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great experience at this NTB. Ed does a great job with customer service and handling service in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that with Mavis taking over, they are discontinuing the 3 year program alignment. That is what drove my business to NTB years ago, and will be a deciding factor in me continuing to go to NTB.... Aside from that, which the employees can't control, I am very happy with this location.

I ve been coming here for years, they re fantastic. I ve gotten my last 2 sets of tires + I get all my oil changes done as well. Ed, the manager in the office, is very friendly & professional. Highly recommend!

We went for inspection and needed tires to pass, George helped us with our tire purchase and Landon got us out the door quickly, inspection papers in hand.I stop by whenever I have a tire issue and they are always happy to help at NTB of Huntersville. Great staff, great service.

Will never use them again for any services. Bought new tires in 2021 in 2023 was told I needed new ones as the thread was low. It had a 60,000 mile warranty on the thread life. Was no where near the mile mark. I called and was told bc they were bought out and they no longer have any record of me in the system. I called 4 times asking for a manager and no one ever called me back or was available. Which was funny bc the first time I called And asked what the warranty was they found me and then I disappeared in the system.
