Just have to tell my story my truck broke down I77n exit 23 in NC had to walk to NAPA they didn't have the rite have for my radiator so I ask can I pay someone to give me a ride back to my truck that's when Cameron said he would do it but called another parts place and found the rite part this great man took me to the other place but waited and took me back to my truck tried to give him the money and he said no never taught it was real people and this world but I met one former in your debt Cameron my God Bless you and your Family .And here's the best part we was different races.

Great parts store off the beaten path.Super price on auto windshield sun shades. $2Counter guy dug two out of the rafters in back of the warehouse. Happy.Clean well organized store. Tools galore!

Absolutely more than impressed by the service and the hospitality from this store. Had some friend's down from 12 hours away to visit and when we were taking our friend's to explore my caliper decided to lock up on the way to Charlotte. Luckily they had the part and were kind enough to loan a few tools i needed to change it amd continue in our way. Thanks again Napa, from one Napa guy to another!

Came in to get my alternator and battery checked out. Made a call before hand and was greeted by two employees who were ready to test as soon as I got in. Cameron and Noah both tested my alternator and battery. They determined it was the battery that needed replacing, they immediately got me a new one and replaced it for me! Cameron and Noah were both great and I appreciate them greatly for their help and attitudes.

The service at this store was amazing. I am a pretty new car owner and the advice the assistant manager Nathan gave me on my visit taught me things about my car that I didn't know. I had to buy new lug nuts for my wheels as well as new wiper blades and the experience was super helpful and easy for me. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else for my car.

Great prices and parts selection, always get my parts here to support the NAPA 9 team! Picked up some wipers and a bulb and was in and out in seconds. Couldn t be better!

NAPA Auto is definitely the tree mechanic place to get parts! This Napa is very clean and the people working there are very friendly and professional. I use NAPA to keep my cars going on the road and on the track.

Coronavirus aware! Store was well stocked with items and very helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Staff assisted me with many parts price lookups and very quick. Def.recommend this NAPA Auto Parts store.

Way toooo sloooow!Went there during lunch to get anti-freeze. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, three people behind the counter. Meanwhile, Googled another parts store.Went to O'Reilly's one person behind the counter and ask can he help as I walked in. Got my anti-freeze and back to work in time.

Steve and the guys at this NAPA store are the best parts guys in the business. I buy quality NAPA parts for myself and my customers at Browning Automotive. This is the place that will get you what you need and help you out.

Helpful but slow. Had 8/9 things i needed, all but the a/c valve tool. Rarely busy, but still a bit sluggish service.

Great place. Awsome employees. Only problem is google maps can't find this place. Google maps takes you to a dead end. Please Google. Fix this.
