For all eyes looking to get repairs on Mercedes, BMW, Audi,Volkswagen and so on so forth. I just want to share my experience here at this shop. So I originally dropped a 2006 Audi A6 Quattro with 100,000 mi on it and needed to get it past for inspection and a code was coming up that they said they pretty much knew 100 percent the problem. So it took them a week to get the part after determining what they thought the issue was and I was getting this done for my Mom just to pass inspection. So I said if it isn't the problem then y'all will pretty much be able to fix the problem if it isn't that and they were like yes. So after picking the car up and looking at everything that they had done it was 400 and something dollars to replace a purge valve a purge valve the most simple thing that can be replaced whatsoever they did not describe what this issue was before I said go ahead with it and turned out was not the fix.So they wanted a money grab and don't recomend this place.I am so So I want my money back...Not a good relationship to start off a mechanic and now I had to share so u won't make the same mistake.If you want a good mechanic please respond and leave your email and I will give you the best in Charlotte area.

I recently changed my Fuel Injectors and needed to have them indexed. Called and spoke with Tony, and he told me to stop by anytime. It won't take long to do it. He also made sure I had the codes for each injector. Went by, and he took care of me quickly. In and out in 15 minutes. Great service, not to mention that Tony is just an all-around great guy!

Entire staff is helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought a used Mercedes E350 in 2019 from out of state. I live Uptown and feel lucky to have found this location for service. Understanding being on a budget, they've earned my trust with helping me prioritize repairs that are more urgent vs the dealership, where everything is a must-do fire drill. Car is running great! Thank you

Take Your Car Someplace Else!MB had my car on and off for over 7 months and returned it worst condition than when I gave brought to them. Simply put, when you take your car for repairs you only want 3 things: Your car to be fixed, good customer service with communication, and reasonable prices. I could write a book about my dealings with them, but this is a review, so I ll do my best to give you the shorten version.I took my car to MB on March 15th of 2023, 214 days later I got my car back in worst condition than we I brought it to MB. During this span we only had our car a total of 25 days. Here s of list of things that MB did to my car and my family. Forgetting to fix things they charged me for. (Another mechanic verified this and when I told MB about this, they literally ignored my text and emails about it. However, they did fixed it, which means they saw my messages.) Breaking and or causing more damage to parts on my car and then accusing me for it. (I barely had the car at all for the 7 months yet almost every time I told them something happened when they did a repair, they blamed me or my wife, or said my car was just a bad car.) Transporting vehicle parts in my car. (Caught them twice doing this.) Never fixing anything in a timely manner. (Telling me to bring my car in and then letting sit for weeks sometimes before doing anything.) Horrible Communication and lack of empathy. (They don t listen well at all and the owner is entitled and rude.) Accusing my family of not having money for repairs even though we never had any problem paying them for all repairs and paid on the spot every time. We now have a 2024 AMG GLE 63, I don t think money was the issue. (They accuse every one of the same and never offer an apology. Just read their responses to other negative reviews below for yourself. I m sure the owner will say something negative about me also. It s laughable.)I could keep going, but I won t. I do want to say thank you to their CSR Woody, even though he wasn t great he did do his best correct most problems with lack of support from the owner of MB.I have proof of their mistakes including text, emails, and pictures I can post if necessary.Overall, I would give them a negative review if I could. Please read though other reviews posted before my review, you will see some of the same issues I mentioned.

Let me start by saying that this place is a higher price than other places by about $20-50 for service cost. But they are incredibly clear on their prices. I am a teenage girl so I am constantly screwed and taken advantage of at most places. I cant recommend this place enough for women since their prices are the same regardless of gender. You will never have a surprise extra $200 cost or need your blinker fluid replaced here. Girl approved!!!

Unfortunately, I feel the need to leave a 1 star review for this shop because of the lack of communication and lies. I brought my BMW X5 here for a diagnosis/second opinion about a water pump that is causing a communication error which in turn is causing the check engine light to come on.I needed this repaired because my inspection is due and I need the check engine light off. I brought my vehicle here because I was quoted very high from BMW to repair it. I brought it here and once they finally got to my car to diagnose to make sure it was indeed the water pump I was very pleased with the initial price that was a quarter of what BMW quoted me. After being told that they need to connect with tech service I waited days longer to get an answer on if the water pump was indeed the cause of the check engine light.I got a call from the shop foreman saying it was in fact the water pump and that the price would be double of the original quote. I was taken back from this but swallowed my pride and took them up on the quote. (I don t feel as though the part was that expensive after extensive research.) The foreman told me the part would be in after the weekend and to drop my car back off to get it done. I was okay with it.Well the days after the weekend I received no call Then the week after I called again and was told the part would be there after that next weekend No call . I called once more and was told AGAIN the part would be there after THAT weekend No call So in the end this isn t about service. It isn t about price. It s about the fact that they lied about a simple part delivery because of either: A. They don t want to do the work or B. They really aren t sure if it s the water pump (the mechanic didn t seem sure after he wrote that he would need to replace the pump to make sure that s the cause of the engine light).In my opinion if you go here just make sure to get a second opinion on what they say the issue is and don t leave your car there because of the wishy washy waiting for the part dilemma. It s a shame that shops can t stay true to their word and that you literally have to double check everything to make sure you aren t being jerked around. As this is my family car with an INSPECTION due and taxes needing to be paid, which I explained to them multiple times of the urgency, I will not give this place another chance to service my car.

Awesome experience. Dan spent extra time with me to explore my options. His consultation led to a part replacement that saved thousands of dollars (not an exaggeration) over a repair at the dealership. My car is tip-top. I couldn't be more delighted. And everyone at the shop was super friendly. Dan squeezed in my repair and I am very appreciative. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I came in with a 2003 E39 with some random transmission electrical issues . Not only did Tommy help me understand what was going on, he showed me as well , and was very patient explaining the wiring and diagrams to me . Thank you so much Tommy ! I took my hardtop convertible to these guys and within 10 minutes they had my problem fixed, Great service and they know exactly what they are doing, 10/10 would recommend to any bmw/mercedes owner.

This shop solved the issues ANOTHER shop created for my vehicle. They re Mercedes experts and helped me avoid a trip to the dealer. I would not hesitate to leave my vehicle with them. Their staff has a lot of experience, it s amazing. They see a lot of business so you gotta be patient with them as their volume appears to be on the higher side. These guys are true professionals. They will get to the very bottom of what s going on and fairly price a solution for you, thank you MB!

They are the worst please do not take your car here they gave me the runaround for months .told me my frame was bent on my car and never was bent . Gave me the runaround . Should have of just told me from Jump ?They didn t want to work on my car.Bad communication. They are liars

I would strongly strongly and I do mean strongly recommend no one takes a car to this location I was told by the mechanic at this location that my BMW X3 had several different issues and that he would not even feel comfortable working on my car andif I was him I should sell the car because it was that much damage to fix and they are supposed to specialize in BMW's good thing that I took it to BMW of northlake and the only thing my car needed was a fuse and a wire harness near the battery cost me all of $382

Great service and attention to customer needs. I choose this repair facility for both my BMW's.Stopped into MB because my AC didn't seem to be cold enough on hot days. The guys took me straight in dropping what they currently had going and took care of my issue. You just can't find personalized service like this. Love this shop!Service: Air conditioning

I would avoid this shop if possible. Simply put, the staff isn t helpful. The consultant who called me back spoke with a tone of arrogance. He spoke over me multiple times. Most importantly he offered me no solution to my vehicle s problems.Please put yourself in your customers shoes. Spend a moment to actually understand their issue(s). You re charging hundreds of dollars but they can t even get 5 minutes of quality time discussing the next steps?!?

These guys are great! Few auto repair places genuinely try to help keep your costs down. I was having issues with my air condition and they not only resolved it, but found a quick fix that didn t cost anything. Even saved me a diagnostic fee. Really appreciate businesses that take care of customers like they are family.Update: stopped in this week because I couldn't figure out how to open my BMW key fob to change the battery. They not only helped me fix it, but insisted on going across the street to get a new battery and install it for me. Really appreciate the service and customer orientation of this team!

***ATTN SPRINTER OWNERS***Yes, MB services Sprinters. As an expedite driver, I have been to dealerships throughout the country. MB is not a dealership, but has Mercedes certified mechanic/technicians. You can even talk to them. They understand the demands I have to keep my van in tiptop shape. Fast expertise and, my favorite part is their communication with me throughout. Excellent business.P.S. bring your own cookies.

My wife's car is a 2010 MB ML350 Bluetec. The A/C stopped working last summer. Normally, I just add freon but on this car it would not accept it so I took it to Tuffy's. The A/C service charge was around $180 but the air was just cool therefore I was disappointed. MB Mercedes BMW Mini repair shop got the vehicle to allow the A/C compressor to operate so it is now blowing cold air. My wife is happy, I'm happy. The A/C service cost is around $159 and the Diagnostic cost is around $80. I wanted to go for the A/C service but ended up with a diagnostic charge too which is why I am giving a four star rating instead of five.Service: Auto maintenance

Trash. The left my cap loose after an oil change and caused my BMW 750 to leak out all the oil. Then once I took it back it came back to me with transmission issues. I paid upwards of 1200 dollars to have spark plugs changed and came back with transmission issues. After a back and forth and then refusing to fix their mess up the bannned me from coming and had their lawyers send me an email. Stay far far away. One of the owners is very much racist as well, he doesn t like people who don t look like him! I d give the zero stars if I could better off going to the dealer!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Honest assessment of my beloved 2011 BMW 740Li. They discouraged me from making a transmission repair that was over $9,000. They were very up-front with me that the car was not worth the repair cost. Highly recommend this shop for service on Luxury European cars. Dan, Woody, and Tony are my guys!!!! Was told by another mechanic shop that I needed ignition coils, spark plugs, and a timing chain yes a timing chain, which would have costs me over $9k!!!! I wanted a second opinion so I took it to MB. Dan performed the diagnostic and told me that I didn t need a thing!!!!! My mechanics for life!!!! Thanks guys!!!! First off let me start by saying Tony is truely a God send. My engine on my commercial vehicle locked up and my business was in jeopardy of ending. Tony not only found me an engine at a great price but also installed it rapidly as if it were his business on the line. Nothing but great guys over there! Always start to worry whenever my bmw breaks and these guys always give me the answers, their communication is great and they re always willing to explain/answer questions (which I ask a lot of).
