Only reason I gave 2 stars was because they gave me a discount, otherwise it'd be 1. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire pressure check. I kept having to check in with them on updates, and each time it was an "oh yea, this is wrong so we need to do xyz". Had I not kept checking in I don't think I would have gotten my car back that day. They were slow, unprofessional and didn't really seem to care that people had travel plans. I'd rather take the drive to Matthews where I know the service is dependable and they communicate efficiently.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Good luck getting someone to answer, had to drive down just to see the guy at the service counter playing on his phone. I left a voice-mail before i drove down and got a call back 3 days later, scheduled an appointment while i was there but apparently didn't it's just pending, requested a call from a service advisor (apparently the people who call back from voice-mails left to the service desk are not service advisors) about the loaners if need be by the appointment time requirement and that was 4 days ago still haven't gotten a call back. Might cancel appointment and go to another one. Best of luck if you want quality customer service just to get an appointment set up.

I get my car serviced here exclusively. They do a great job! You have to remember to make an appt. though. With times being how they are, alot of parts can be on back order. Also they are shorter staffed than they were previously, so PATIENCE is in order. All in all this has been a trustworthy place to get work done on my VW for almost 3 years now.

Bought my car a week ago and already heard an issue while driving. Took my car in and still have NO update. Tried contacting my service advisor, and could not get any help as to my car repair... Terrible customer service and they are super slow at what they do. First and last time I would ever come here for service.

the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with, I have been trying all morning to reach the service department via their answering service that is operated by an independent agency that answers the phone and when trying to talk to them there is so much background noise that you can't understand the conversation due to all the other agents working in the same room , once I was able to comunacate with them I was sent to a voice mail for the service department that was full and could not take another massage , that may be a clue that I'm not the only one having this problem, I let a massage yesterday morning early not to start work on my car yet but that massage was never read and they worked on it anywayService: Electrical

the worst customer service I have ever experienced almost imposible to get anyone on the phone in the service department and if you leave a massage for a return call no one calls back Tammy was suppose to call me back a week ago and I am still waiting and Jerry is no better I went down to see them due to not being able to get them on the phone and stood by Jerry's station and he continued to talk to the guy ahead of me about all this personal things that had nothing to do with service of any carI purchased my car new from them but will never purchase another from them

It's the worst dealership I've ever met. I went to buy my car. They asked me for a small deposit to insure the car because I was going to go until the next day to pick it up and when I went they had already sold it to someone else and now they won't give me my money back. It's been a week and nothing is rats. Be careful, they tell you one price and then give you another.
