I was very impressed with my experience. The worker that helped us was Daniel DeWalt and he was super friendly and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and asked if we wanted snacks, told us where the restrooms were, and was just super hospitable. Their snacks were good and it's just a fancy, clean and friendly atmosphere. The price of the car we bought was good and I would definitely recommend this place.

Just bought a car and brought it back to service due to a small concern. Nick took his time and did a thorough job at figuring out what was going on. Very diligent. He s great and I am happy with the service.

Today's feedback is focused on the Sales Department specifically. I have been given the run around to get my rims painted I was promised when I signed my lease back in May. As you might expect from a car salesman, Sonny over promised and under delivered. Poor communication and worst of all no accountability for dropping the ball repeatedly. We've agreed to several appointments for me to drop off my vehicle from May through Sept and each ocassion was a wasted trip from my home to Mazda because things were not organized or planned out according to our agreement. Instead of apologizing, Sonny placed the blame on everyone and everything but himself. Case in point, I am here for a 9am drop off which we scheduled last night and I was finally given a loaner, with NO GAS in it. I'm done shopping here. Needless to say I escalated the issue up to the new sales manager to finally get some motion. Give them time to work out the kinks in staffing before shopping here.

Always a pleasure.. I love that I can always get a convenient maintenance and service appointment. The location is super easy to locate. The staff is always very friendly. The location is very clean and has lots of snacks and drinks available.The waiting area is cozy and well maintained.. the women s restroom was clean and well stocked as well.The estimate for my oil change was about 30 minutes off and they left a pretty good wrench (per my boyfriend who found it) under my hood. That s a win for meThank you guys

I really like this dealer. Today I was in for service. I was greeted, they knew my issue - which was just service today. Had a free coffee and snack. Recommend. Also, in today now to look at new cars. Good selection. No pressure. A good shopping experience so far.

I am writing in response to your inquiry regarding my purchase experience. Quite simply, it was excellent. I was very impressed with my sales associate, Jonathan Curtis. He was knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. The price negotiations were cordial, and I am very happy with my deal. When both the buyer and the seller are happy, you know that you are doing something right.On my drive home, I realized that I had left my garage door opener behind. I called Jonathan the next morning and he said he would take care of me. Well, he did. He had my door opener and license plate overnight shipped to me. That s what I call great service. Thank you, and especially Jonathan, for going the extra mile to make my purchase experience a great one.

Always professional. Prices are what you expect for a dealership servicing your vehicle. We have had a few occasions where we were notified the vehicle was ready. But they are always quick to remedy the problem.

They flunked my van for a safety inspection and gave me a list of $2500+ worth of bogus things that were needed. (Clean carbon from engine? I've already done this. $59 wiper blades needed? Nope, nice try. Alignment needed in order to pass inspection? Not according to Al.) Two cans of starting fluid disappeared from my van when I had them inspect it. They give free inspections, but have your work done at an honest repair shop.

If you have time to waste come here. They will tell you a whole bunch of different times are to when your car will be finished and they will all be wrong. Be ready to sit here for HOURS even if you re the second person to enter the dealership right after they opened. Absolutely ridiculous. Take the longer drive to the South Mazda dealership. They ll get you in and out so fast. I ve tried this place twice and I m switching back to the other dealership.

Love this place. Best service I ever had at a garage. Brought my CX-5 recently (that I purchased on the west coast two years ago), they were diligent, cleaned the inside for free and even did extra checks and fixes that were covered by my warranty and that I did not request (again, for free). This place knows that if you treat people well, they will probably buy their next car here, and they are right to think so. Smart and honest business.

The sales staff is great and the buying process for the two cars we've purchased were great, the service has been unresponsive and frustrating. Both cars have had issues that were warranty fixes for bugs, regenerative braking bug, radar cruise issue (mazda 6) and the most recent a top issue with a new Miata. We have had to take the initiative to return calls after the original visits when we were told they were unable to determine the fix and needed mazda to research, the most recent item took three calls (with no return calls) and almost a month before we were told there was a fix and we scheduled an appointment, at that time we asked for a loaner car and were told no problem. When dropping the car off we were told they didn't have us in the system for a loaner and the fix would take at least a day, so I had to take a cab home. I'm still waiting to see if they actually call us back to tell us it's ready my guess is I'll have to call them back for a status. The sales staff is great but dealing with service here is more than frustrating, buy here and have serviced at another dealer, that will be our next step hopefully other dealers have more customer focused staff.

+Free inspection, which was free-Decided to get an oil change since I was in for inspection. These guys put conventional oil in a Miata. The printed window tag has an oil weight marked out with sharpie and a different oil weight written on it. Not feeling very confident. I haven't had a service place put conventional oil in a car in over ten years I would guess.-Service techs put a scratch on the end of the driver side door. This car is never parked near ANYTHING. Always parked at the end of the parking lot. This morning I discover the paint has been chipped off the end of my drive side door. Was opened into something during the service appointment.Needless to say I won't be going back here nor would I recommend it. +One star for free inspection.

I do not recommend Keffer Mazda's service department.On the positive side they are clean and the people appear to be professional. Otherwise, I had a negative experience. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to diagnose one faulty part in my car. They charged me $100 yes $100 for the diagnosis and when they finally diagnosed the problem they told me that it would cost 400 dollars to replace the part. I suspected this was way too high. So I called multiple repair shops and found out that the actually cost of repair was about 150 dollars. When I tried to find out why they quoted me 400 dollars they were very unclear and wishy washy with their answer. So I believe that they may have some honesty issues. Personally I would go somewhere else, even if you have a Mazda.

They kept us there all day and rushed us through the paperwork and they put in extra charges. List price went from 35,000 to 41,000. Don't buy a car here. When they washed it I found a dent and a scrap. In my brand new car.

Brandon Zollars is professional and savvy. When I came in for service, I mentioned that I thought there was an electrical leak that was draining the battery. He knew which test I needed right away (called a parasitic draw ). Luckily the car passed the test.

I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO TEST DRIVE AND PURCHASE A HONDA THEY HAD. I PUT A DOWN PAYMENT SO THEY COULD HOLD THE CAR, BECAUSE I LIVE OUT OF TOWN. THEY SET ME UP A VP APPOINTMENT AND ALL. I DROVE FIVE HOURS THERE ONLY FOR THEM TO BEAT AROUND THE BUSH BY SHOWING ME RAGGEDY MAZDA S. I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THEY SOLD THE CAR. I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SALE MANAGER WHO GUARANTEED ME THEY WOULD HOLD IT, ONLY FOR HIM TO TELL FINALLY ME THEY SOLD IT. HE THEN HAD NO REMORSE ABOUT MY TIME & MONEY WASTED.
