It is understood that after they give you a quote, you have to add taxes, that is clear, but it is very important that you ask for a written and detailed quote so that at the last minute they do not charge you charges that were never mentioned.

Since the management change, noticeable changes came into place. Priority for life members are grandfathered in but traces of its benefits are no longer visible in their services options when you schedule a service online which can be a bit confusing since they still honor it when you come in. Car wash and NC state Inspection is also removed as a service option online, which defeats the purpose of being able to use online scheduling. They still offer them but you have to ask for it. Nonetheless, their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and since this is where I bought my car and closer to where I live, the little nuances is tolerable.

For starters, I have never taken the time to review a place before, but this business should be spoken about. Took my vehicle in due to a starter issue.. while fixing my starter they advised me they located an oil leak. They originally tried to charge me around $150 to locate this leak and I declined the service. Next thing you know they locate the leak for free and try to charge me to fix it. I declined again and now apparently I also have a wheel bearing issue. I declined this service and brought it to Scott Clark Honda and they looked it to and what do you know! No oil leak and my wheel bearing is magically fine! Do not bring your vehicle to get serviced here.

Almost 3 hours for just an oil change. If it wasn't included for free due to my honda purchase I would never come here.

I was annoyed having to sit there for 3 hours for maintenance, but thankfully they were able to get me a loaner so that I could handle the rest of my appointments for the evening. They were very friendly and had great customer service. I'll definitely go back for any additional service needs. I'll just make sore to drop my car off next time!

They have had my 2020 Ridgeline with 30,850 miles in the shop over 5 days and no idea why it's loosing power. They provided the dirtiest loaner on the lot. No pride or care in the service that they are not providing. I'm now not considering purchasing another Honda ever, due to this experience.

Less than helpful. Buying the extended warranty was a waste of money. They treat you like you have no idea what you are talking about. Won't waste my money here again

I'm a 72 yr old Great Gramma and I was treated badly. I sat for hours, filled out the same papers multiple times. Told one thing and they would do the opposite. They had my car after I bought it 10 days at a time and fixed nothing. I asked for service paperwork, told many times I'll email it to you...to this day I don't have it. There was a problem with the convertible top. They said they replaced a part and it didn't fix the problem...my mechanic looked at it and said there was no new parts. They said they spent $500 on new parts but could not supply me with paperwork. They did lower the price the $500...I believe that money was what they didn't spend on the car to fix the problem. I bought the car over a mo th ago and just got it back last night. I could go on but I have repairs to go do on my car. Thx

Horrible experience. I was considering purchasing a 2022 Accord Hybrid which was priced around $34,500.00. They taxed on additional fees totaling $2,999.00. That is ridiculous. They justified the cost byp saying every dealership is doing this. We are charging less than everyone else. These guys are an absolute joke. One star is to many. Do not purchase a vehicle there.

They didn't get me the help I needed and the vehicle I was sold turned out to need work done with a car payment and the service guys didn't say much at all. Not happy with it!!

Back in February I wrote my review for the vehicle I purchased at Priority. Great experience and super customer service. I'm writing this review for my Technician, Daniel C. and the entire Service Center team. I recently took my new vehicle to have routine maintenance and service. It is so comforting to know that Service Tech - Daniel C. is there for me and puts my mind at ease to know that he is looking after my new vehicle and has my best interest at heart. (Daniel C. has been my go to mechanic for years and I followed him to Priority). He is so very courteous and if you need anything, believe me, he will let you know right then or if you can wait a little while before you have to spend the money, he will let you know that, too. People who are on a budget can appreciate someone like Daniel C. to give it to you straight and he is the most honest, dependable, and best reliable mechanic I have ever met and dealt with. I am so fortunate to not only have Daniel C. but the entire Service Department team treats you like you are the only customer walking through the door. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by a team member and walked through the process of leaving my car with such ease. Every single service staff member was friendly and you felt so important to them, which is very rare these days. Priority and Daniel C. has my mind at ease when it comes to my car care and I am so appreciative to Daniel C and every single service staff member there. ***Above all else.......Thank you Daniel C., for pointing me to that very car I purchased by snapping a picture of it sitting in the lot and caring enough about "me" to suggest that specific vehicle for me to purchase. You explained the entire vehicle to me and in detail how everything worked, including the bells and whistles. Thanks for knowing I love the color "Red", also. You knew I needed a new vehicle and knew Priority was the place to buy it!! You were absolutely right!! I have never been happier with the vehicle "you picked" and I am so fortunate to have such great experiences with Priority and look forward to the continued best car care anyone could ever ask for!!! SO WONDERFUL compared to other dealerships! I went for service and everyone was helpful, friendly, accommodating and they finished on time. Their policies are customer oriented and this is where I'll go for my next Honda.
