Chris made the whole process so smooth for me! After getting an inspection and oil change, they noticed I needed some other work done and Chris got me scheduled for that work very quickly and was very transparent with estimate and pricing. I got a second estimate and Christian Brothers was still the better value. Couple that with the excellent service, and I m now a forever customer. Highly recommend!

They didn't have time to fit our car in but they talked through the diagnostic we got from O'Reilly and helped us determine it was still safe to travel. They were extremely helpful and polite, we were very grateful!

Wow just wow!What a difference customer service and the right attitude makes! This shop is a breathe of fresh air. I was in need of a 4 wheel allignment and have had this done at several shops around town over the years. Decided to research shop reviews online and read read read about allignment. I chose Christian Brothers not just from their stellar reviews, but from their educational info on their website. I scheduled my appointment, and was not disappointed in anyway! I had an excellent mechanic (Justin) and excellent informative gentlemen keeping me posted along the way. (Which is odd to me... This NEVER happens anywhere else)When we were done, there was a thank you note and a surprise in my console. And she drives tight as a top! @269k miles hi

Left a small trailer tire to be mounted, picked up hours later and was charge an outrageous $40 ! Lesson learned, buy the tire already mounted and skip the extra cost and time wasted. Actually wound up paying $20 more than if I bought tire on Amazon already mounted.

Christian Brothers was amazing! From scheduling our appointment to getting my car fixed, the experience was easy and the team was professional. Brandon and the team went the extra mile to help me solve an issue I had been dealing with for three months. They made the phone calls for me where I was running into dead ends trying to find a part for my car. I m so grateful for Christian Brothers help and will definitely be back when I need my car serviced again.

Loved my experience with them! They were respectful, prompt, and lovely to interact with. I needed them to put a rush order on my tires and they completed it 3 hours before I needed it finished so that I could pick up my friend from the airport! They even provided a little thank you card when I picked up my car. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

**UPDATED 5/24**The owner promptly contacted me to correct the issues. Tires look better than brand new (see before/after pictures). Alignment is great and mystery noise under Jeep is gone. It took two trips, but overall it was a 5 star service.--------------------------------------Will not be going back for anything beyond a fluid change. Would have been 2 stars, but they did give me $100 off the bill so I paid $200 more than I should have, instead of $300.I dropped my Jeep off Monday at 9am with a list of services. I asked for a quote on the major labor before it was started. I heard nothing all day so I called at 3:30pm to check in. I was quoted a reasonable price so I approved the work. I get a call at 5:30pm saying an additional $90 in parts was needed, which should have been included in the original quote. The average cost is $260, now it will cost $410. Glad the parts are all pulled out before letting me know there is additional cost. Would have taken it elsewhere if I knew it was going to cost that much.After all that I was told it would be ready Tuesday morning. I hear nothing all day and call at 2pm to hear they are still working on the alignment and there is a computer issue. Call back at 4pm to find out it still isn't done and I won't have it done until Wed morning. Six hours for a computer update...The Jeep is finished around 10am on Wed. As mentioned earlier, work quoted was about $300 more than it should be, but they knocked $100 for the trouble. They warranty the work so maybe that helps offset the cost. Walk out to see junk all over my newly mounted tires. I know the mounting process leaves some residue, but is this really "quality" work. The real kicker, I was told I could use a pressure washer to get them clean. Perfect, after spending over $1,200 in repairs I get the pleasure of spending more time and money to finish the job myself.On top of it all, my Jeep still pulls to the right and something rattles underneath every time I shut my door. Just what I wanted, more Jeep noises.

If I could give this place more stars I would. They re honest and kind and tell you the most helpful information and you can tell they keep their customers in the forefront of their brains when it comes to managing the business. I have been to other mechanics and have regretted it and came right back to CBA. They were honest and polite. They were able to fit me in when they were busy to look at a possible leak. The car wasn t actively leaking at the time and instead of making something up and charging me a fortune, they came up with a plan to avoid unnecessary work and monitor. Christian brothers have been, across the board, impeccable in their focus on honestly providing a quality service at a fair price. Their employees are paid well, and you can trust on their techs to provide an accurate and safe assessment to what you actually need. They don't oversell specifically because they know that doing a quality job brings back a better long term profit. The owners business sense is as good as their techs are at diagnosing your car's problem.

Had a really great experience working with Christian brothers when the brakes went out in my car. They were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and appreciated that they took the time to explain everything to me as I'm not super car-savvy! They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one, so I recommend them to anyone looking.

We were on the highway, driving through town, on our way from Canada to Orlando and our car made a loud noise and then sounded like we blew a tire. We pulled over and the tires were fine so we knew we needed to find help. I googled and by God's grace this company came up and I just knew this was where we needed to go. We got there and wow! They treated us so well. They took a look and found the problem. By some miracle they were able to fit us in (other customers informed us they are a very busy place) and hoped that they would be able to get it done by the next day. They shuttled us to a hotel we found for the night and worked so hard on our super rusty car (Canadian winters lol). The next day they picked us up from our hotel and as promised had our car fixed and safe for our long journey ahead. We are so very grateful to them for everything. Austin and all of the staff we were blessed to meet, were so kind to us and offered to help in any way they could. If you are unsure about who to trust, look no further! They are amazing!! And if they were not 12 hours from home, we would be regulars. Thank you again for saving us!

Dustin at Christian Brothers was incredibly helpful with my Honda accord! I was stressed when the check engine light came on the dashboard my way home from work, so I stopped by Monday, 7.10.Dustin helpfully showed me where a vent had been disconnected, assumingely when I had had my oil changed three days prior.He ran the codes to make sure it was safe to drive, helped me reset the oil reader on the dash, and explained a probable exhaust issue when I voiced my concerns about the car overheating and idling hard. Along with the lights being gone, I now have peace of mind and more understanding about the car I m driving, as it is my dads and I don t know too much about Hondas. I m so thankful Dustin! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, even during busy hours/one hour before closing time. They made me feel like top priority, even while completing a service they offer for free. I will 100% return in the future and recommend.( oil changed at Strickland brothers, not CB.)

I brought my car here for an oil change a month ago or so. I was told that maybe next time I should get my brakes flushed.My wheel bearings just went out and I showed up without an appointment hoping I could get fit in. They were able to start work on it in the afternoon and finished it. I needed bearings on the front, but the rear was ok.I appreciate the honesty here. They didn t push unnecessary services. They could have said I needed the brake flush when I got the oil change but didn t.They have a shuttle and will take you home if the work will take a while. I m not sure about the distance limit.Staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely get all my service done here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

I was referred to Christian Brothers by Discount Tire (they stripped a lug nut and a lug post) for a repair. I wasn't able to get the tire rotation completed by Discount Tire, due to the lug post issue. I asked Christian Brothers if they'd do the rotation along with replacing the lug post (paid for by Discount Tire) ... they did the tire rotation for free! I was perfectly fine with paying for the the tire rotation (since it wasn't part of the referral from Discount Tire). Great bunch of folks!Service: Tire rotations

I liked absolutely everything about my experience! Dustin and the crew were absolutely amazing! I contacted multiple repair shops other than the one that referred me to Dustin and I was turned down by them all. To say I was in shock is an understatement. Dustin went above and beyond by researching my issue then explaining all possible outcomes and agreed to help. I had to tow my car from the dealership I bought it from to his shop for repair. Which to me is insane! They did an amazing job. Communication was great, service was great and I am thrilled to have my car back!! I am thankful to everyone there for being so accommodating. Thank you all for helping me get back on the road!!
