Short Story: Amazing, just amazing. They did an amazing job, they acted with integrity, honesty, and a sense of purpose. They did not have any hidden fees, no delays, they communicated well and were HOENST!! There was no decent nor false hood this is what we as customers used to get for customer service as standard 20 years ago. It is the PEOPLE that made this go from excellent to amazing. They fixed my 2016 BMW M3 to as good as the day it came off the factory line. I could not be more impressed with their quality, cost, and effort and would send anyone here. PLEASE do not go anywhere else, you will be wasting your time.Detailed Story: After saving up for 7 years I bought the super car of my dreams, a 2016 BMW M3 in a stupidly pretty Sakhir orange (looks like the morning sunshine) and it is just what I wanted and more; however, she had some front bumper damage that I needed to get fixed to make her like new. After waiting 7 years to buy this car, I was more than a little paranoid about having just any shop fix her . after all it is a very difficult color and of course the body work is that of a super car. As such I searched high and low for a body shop capable and confident enough to work on her. As I am an engineer, I am somewhat of a perfectionist, and I would be hyper aware of ANY slight color differences or body work not matching up. To add to the difficulty, I have a protective film on the car which has changed how certain parts of the car have faded relative to the others, as it is 8 years old now.After weeks and months of searching and talking to shops, I met Amanda and her team here at Caliber and let me tell you she was HONEST!!! Honest about the damage and work it would require getting her fixed but me being me, I pushed her on the paint that I was worried it would not match fully. Her response was to the experience and tenure of her paint team. She had such a resolve and confidence in her paint team that it was flat out unwavering, in retrospect I can see why.The work is perfect and when I say it is perfect there is no other term for it at all. You nor I nor anyone would know there was any work done to my car. It flat out exceeds expectations. I was worried about it not being good enough or a proper match and all my worries was for nothing thanks to Amanda and her team. The groups quality was exceptional but beyond that they were professional, personable, and honest. They acted with integrity, walking me back to show me the panels they recommend being replaced and why (I of course already knew about it but the fact that they didn t try and snow ball me but instead provide reason for ever cost) something was needed to be done was just . unheard of now-a-days.With it being a super car and me being an engineer I flat out 100% thought when I went to pick up my car that of course there would be some kind of well it took longer than expected, or the color match was hard or something and the cost would shoot up . NO!! There were no hidden fees or anything, they worked with integrity and honesty which this day in age is hard to find. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their cars and want it done right!Overall, I am a customer for life and will send anyone and everyone I can here, as I know they will be just as satisfied as I am. They did a stellar job for a good price and I could not be happier.

I ve had body work done on several vehicles over the years, and Caliber Collision in Huntersville is far superior. The communication and service is amazing. Don t bother looking anywhere else. They deserve the business.

I received excellent service at the Caliber Collision in Huntersville, NC. I am very happy with my auto repair work. My vehicle looked brand new, and they even cleaned the interior. Jameson, my Service Advisor, was professional, and personable and kept me updated as promised. Trish at the front desk was always friendly. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent service experience I had at Caliber Collision.Initially, I was provided with an estimated completion date for the repairs on my car. However, just one day before the expected due date, I was informed that there was a missing part required for assembly, resulting in a delay of an entire week. This oversight in the initial planning process greatly inconvenienced me and shifted all my expectations.Upon receiving my car, I noticed a noise coming from the door, necessitating a return visit. Although Sam was able to rectify the issue, it consumed additional time from my schedule.Furthermore, I observed that all the window deflectors had been replaced on every door, allegedly due to work performed on one of them. To my dismay, a different brand was used, which deviated from the original manufacturer's specifications. This decision was made without any prior coordination or communication, despite the fact that all accessories for my car were sourced from Ford OEM (Part #: VGB5Z18246A).Upon raising this concern with Sam, I was assured that the issue would be addressed, and I would receive a call once the necessary replacements were available. Despite two follow-up calls on my end, I have yet to receive any communication from your team. This lack of responsiveness is quite frustrating, especially considering the time and effort I have invested in this process.I am eager to bring closure to this experience; however, I am unable to do so until the window deflectors are replaced with the appropriate ones. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance in resolving it at your earliest convenience.

Everyone I communicated with at the Huntersville location was extremely pleasant, professional and informative. DJ delivered my car as promised - looked brand new. Trish in the office was a sweetheart. I was VERY happy with the service and final results. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again but hopefully that won't be necessary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had to bring my vehicle in for repairs and from the start of the intake they were very professional and thorough in explaining all of the details and estimates to me. They communicated with me via text message throughout the process and kept me in the loop on what was happening with my car. Even finished earlier than initially estimated. Great service and the body work was done very well.

Best experience I could ask for! They really seem to care about their customers and making sure we get our vehicles back in a timely manner so our day-to-day lives don't get substantially interrupted. I have been thrilled with the customer service and quality work. I have used caliber collision this specific location twice before never any issues. This time however, I did not have a good experience. Allison was assigned to me and she was unclear when explaining things the adjuster I was working with was even unclear on what was happening. Her customer service skills needs some updating, Because clearly has no regard to be friendly or helpful. She was very rude and Unaccommodating. I did not appreciate it at all.

I had a fender bender and was encouraged to use Caliber Collision. I'm so glad I did. Chris Sands the Service Advisor was great. He explained everything to me up front. And then he kept me posted through the process. They completed the job sooner than I expected. They even cleaned my car and delivered it 100% repaired. The workmanship is impeccable. The time to get into the shop for an estimate an repairs are lengthy. Also, my personal experience is I had to stay on top of getting my repairs done on my vehicle. After getting the estimate and the insurance company paying I had to call the company a month and a half out to find out when I could bring my car in. Automated communication system was great. Kept me informed the entire time. Their relationship with Enterprise got me efficiently from drop off of my car to pick up of rental car within 15 minutes. Caliber Collision did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and returning it to like-new, pre-collision condition. The paint (3 stage process) looks flawless, the body panels are aligned perfectly, and the front-end alignment is perfect! My car was returned to me in pristine condition and I couldn t be happier! Additionally, the service provided by Caliber Collision was impeccable! Jenn was so incredibly friendly and she provided me with status updates every step of the way. I even left work early when I picked up my car just to ensure I had the opportunity to thank her in person for her amazing customer service. Nice reception area, very friendly and professional. Got me taken care of quickly. Once leaving my car for repair, they kept in contact with me. I did not have to follow up at all! Very courteous and kept me informed! Quick turnaround and car is clean inside and out when I picked it up! Great job on my car!
